Kusanagi was glad to hear they won't be getting attacked again. Even though he was told it was only one assassin who had attacked them earlier, Kusa made sure to be on guard. He didn't want to get surprise attacked twice. Being ready for the enemy increased his chances of surviving. The journey was nice and peaceful. It didn't take long before he could see a desert before him. He felt all his worries of being attacked leave his body when the ground he was walking upon changed to sand.
" Finally, we're home." he said with a sigh. He felt great feeling the warm, dry air of the land of wind hit his face. The journey had sure made him realise there is nothing like home. It was true what they said: Kaze no kuni was hotter than most countries, but didn't change the way he felt about his village. The fact that his home is different from other countries made him love his home even more.
