Even though he was missing his home, Kusanagi was getting more and more excited as they were slowly approaching. He couldn't wait to see how the Capital of the Land of earth was different from his home land. He wanted to find out what kind of fruits were grow here, how the people of this land behaved and how the temperature of this place was during the night. Even though he was physically tired, his mind was busy planning ahead on things to do once he got to the capital. "Yes ma'am!" he spoke with a cheerful smile. Kusanagi was okay with everything his captain wanted them to do, so long as it involved exploring, meeting new people and seeing other new cool places.

As Amira and her fellows entered the outskirts of the city. "This is pretty cool..." She muttered quietly to herself as she slowed down to meet Kusanagi's pace. "You know, I honestly don't know where to look for an inn?" She laughed happily as the began to walk along the busy streets of the capital. It was a huge city in all actuality. The guards that guarded each checkpoint as they entered just simply displayed their military power that could be easily overthrown by a pair of skilled shinobi. However the prospects of doing so seemed less flattering as she began to realize how crowded the city actually was. "You know, I guess we should head to the embassy if we can find it." Amira said quickly grasping Kusanagi's hand and began pullin him down the street towards the stony fortress looking embassy.

"Let's get this over with." Amira chirped happily as she pulled her remaining competent teammate along. Ramses had been less then enthusing the whole trip; however he would probably go back to the bar to drink a bit or something less flattering. The chilling cold of the Stoney village sent a chill down her spin as they dashed toward the entrance. The mouth on Kusanagi's hand felt odd against her palm as she pulled him along in attempt to get to the embassy. "Hurry up slow poke." She said as they approached the front gates of the stony fortress.

Whoa! This is soo cool. he thought as his eyes examined the place. The city was so big that his eyes didn't know where to look. The place was crowded that he wished he had wings so could fly up and get a better view from there. The people were a little different from the one in Sunagakure. He put on a smile as he strolled down the street along side his leader. This was the reason he loved missions that took him out of his village. He loved his village dearly, but adventuring was way more fun than staying at one place. "Mission find the embassy!" he said in excitement. He wondered what kind of food were eaten in The Land of stone. After that long journey, he needed something to keep his stomach busy.

As he was busy fantasizing about his favorite meal, he got interrupted by his team leader who grasped his hand and pulled him. According to his knowledge Kages were very formal people, but his leader seemed different. She was 12, so he was pretty sure they were going to have fun. A billion dollar smile could be seen on his face as he walked hand to hand with his teammate. He laughed out loud at Amira's comment. He was not going to let her get away with with it. He increased his speed in attempt to reach the gates before Amira.

"So that's how it's going to be is it?" Amira said jokingly as she too began to increase her speed. As she ran towards the embassy gates, she noticed how large the building actually was. Resembling a fortress, the embassy began to tower over the pair. She felt each breath relinquish a crisp fog as she and Kusanagi raced through the street. She was definitely more physically fit than Kusanagi. Specializing in Taijutsu, Amira knew that if she wanted to she could easily out run Kusanagu; however she began to slow down and keep pace with him as they approached the building. The aura of seriousness began to wash over the young Kage as she remembered the weighted letter that resides within her pocket. "Just stay outside and stay hidden, numbers might unease them." Amira said as she stopped before the gates still clasping Kusanagi's hand. "Stay quiet and watch from that window there okay?" She said releasing her partner's hand before she turned her back to him and prepared to walk on into the embassy.

"If I do this...I'll need you to step inside" she said making a fist which was the signal that she commonly used for such an occasion. This embassy had been known for brutalities and would be dangerous for Kusanagi just yet. She knew that there was a chance that things might not go as planned and overall accepted that fact as she took her first steps forward. She glanced back at her teammate and prepared for the customary "scatter" command that she followed up with a right arm horizontal swipe so that her arm was out directly at her side. Keeping her eyes on her teammate for only a moment longer, she quickly approached the heavy oak doors of the embassy and too her leave. He will know what to do, Amira thought as the creaking door opened and she walked inside out of the cool breeze.

Running towards the embassy gates was fun and enjoyable. It didn't take long before they were at the gates. The building was huge and by the looks of it he could tell the people who live in it were rich. He turned to look at his partner who was telling him her plan. He felt her release his hand as she was about to enter the embassy. It felt great to have his palm and its mouth back to himself again. He didn't know why Amira wanted to enter alone, but didn't ask. Kusanagi nodded and kept the hand sign in his head. "Call me in if things get tough." he said before heading towards the window, where he would get a clear view of the things happening inside the embassy.

Amira stepped back outside into the cold once again. "I hate this weather." She said quietly before looking over to where Kusanagi had positioned himself. Amira whistled before waving him back over so that she could tell him what was going to be going on. "So I have the general location, we are going to the village now." She said as she began to walk down the steps tugging Kusanagi along as they made the return trip through the city.

"You know, it's been quite a trip." She said relinquishing Kusanagi as they finally reached the outskirts of town. With little rest , the warm looking inn's that lined the street looked tempting. However, Amira knew what had to be done. If they were going to be able to do anything productive they would have to carry on. "I just hope you can keep up." She said flashing a smile before dashing off to again enter the land of earth.

He stood next to the window waiting for Amira to give the signal. When he looked at the entrance, he was her returning from the embassy. "That was quick. Were they good to you?" he asked approach his partner. He was glad to hear Amira was successful in gathering information on the whereabouts of the village they were searching for. "Now we can complete this mission and go back home." he said with a look of relief. He couldn't wait to find out what the village they were looking for looked like.

"Keep up? No more running," he said flashing a smile back, "running is not good for you, you could fall and injure yourself." Not that he was lazy or anything, but after all that long walk and all that running around he really needed food and some sleep. He followed his partner as they made their way towards the village.

The search for the village was now on as the pair set out immediately. She slowed her pace to a walk as she paced her steps with her partner's. "So let's see what this map can tell us." Amira said as se pulled her map out to see where they were heading. The path obviously lead them along to a fairly remote location that would appear the perfect location for a hidden village. She let her eyes analyze the map as the pair continued on through out Tsuchi no Kuni. Amira was beginning to feel more refreshed as they traveled towards the location that marked where the village they were searching for. "I hope we get there soon...so we can go home." She grumbled as they continued onward. The footfalls of both herself and Kusanagi pounded on the ground in a less than syncopated rhythm as the searched on for Iwagakure.

Arriving in the country where the village they were searching was located, the duo moved about looking for the village. Kusa was glad that their mission was about to end. As he walked he remembered how big a country was, and was beginning to think it would take them the whole day to find the village. Before he could ask how they were going to get to the village they were in search for, Amira pulled out a map. Kusanagi was not that good with maps, to his understanding they were just drawings that did not make sense to him. He leaned closer to Amira trying to read and learn something bout maps. "So, where are we?" he asked checking the map in Amira's hands.

Arriving in the country where the village they were searching was located, the duo moved about looking for the village. Kusa was glad that their mission was about to end. As he walked he remembered how big a country was, and was beginning to think it would take them the whole day to find the village. Before he could ask how they were going to get to the village they were in search for, Amira pulled out a map. Kusanagi was not that good with maps, to his understanding they were just drawings that did not make sense to him. He leaned closer to Amira trying to read and learn something bout maps. "So, where are we?" he asked checking the map in Amira's hands.

After a bit of walking around, the Kazekage would be the one to spot the village's large gates. Iwagakure had been found.

Amira was grateful when she noticed what appeared to be gates. "Hmmmm, I wonder if this is what we are looking for." She said scratching her head as she lightly pushed Kusanagi's head aside and took her map, sliding it back into her Breast pocket. "I think we found it Kusanagi." Amira said grasping her companion's hand again as to tug him along as quickly as possible. She was obviously very impatient, and was ready to visit the village that they had spent so long searching for. "Are you ready?" Amira asked looking back at Kusanagi and with a curt smile that hopefully prepared him for visiting one of the most ruthless and powerful villages of the know shinobi world, Iwagakure.

"What is wrong, Cap?" Kusanagi asked curiously after his head got pushed aside. As he waited for a reply, he felt Amira's hand grasping his hand again. The hand grasp worried his because he didn't want more running.; "oh yeah, we did find it!" he said seeing the gates a few meters before him. He couldn't wait to enter and see what Iwagakure had to offer. It would be his first time in another village and he hopes it would be a good a experience. "I'm more than ready!" he exclaimed confidently before following his mate towards the gates.

Amira was glad to be on the road again. The excitement of returning home was almost more that enough to invigorate he young Kazekage. As she and her partner began to travel onward, She planned out their return route by using their now very updated world map. "So home is this way...." She muttered to herself in attempt to search for the easiest route home. That was to head to the south of course since kaze no kuni was in the southern portion of the map. Leaving nothing to waste, She quickly waved Kusanagi along as she began to swiftly mobilize back to the land of wind. The place of her birth and her leadership, she was absolutely and completely ready to return back to her home. With those thoughts fresh in her mind the young Kage let her feet carry her homeward.

It felt great being on the country side again. He felt excited just thinking about home. He couldn't wait to get there and tell his family all about his travel. He took a deep breath before kicking the ground below him and following his Kazekage. The walk back to Sunagakure was going to be long, but Kusanagi wasn't worried. Remembering the incident that happened made him a little worried, "are we going to be attacked again?" he asked worryingly. He knew he had to be on his guard, so that if they get attacked again he'd be able to protect himself. He threw his hands on his back and followed his leader.

"Hopefully not, It appeared to be only a single assassin after all." Amira said with a smile as they continued along on their way back to the village. The quiet of the cool and calm country side was enough to make the slightly chilled Kage wish for the sands of home. "I'm glade we are finally on our way back though." Amira said happy that they would be returning soon. "I wonder how the village has been since I've been gone..." the young Kazekage said as they were entering the land that was her home and pride. Kaze no kuni. The soft sand beneath her sandals crunched softly as the hard dirt path became the desert beaten paths that she had grown to love. "We made it..." She said after the long journey home.

Captain Amira was ready to return Sunagakure to turn in their mission and to get Kusanagi out on some similar assignments for R and R. It had been a long trip, however Kusanagi had been pivotal in that he had assisted during their attempted assassination. He was a good lad and was now a permanent member of squad one. "You did good Kusanagi." Amira said ruffling his hair as they approached the gates. "Get ready for some more missions come
Tomorrow though." She said jokingly as the huge canyon came into view as well as a pair of shinobi that stood gaping at the blackness.
