On the back of a rideback rode Claire, a massive fowl overhead throwing its shadow over her, the avian silent as it coasted along the winds like an airborne assassin. On the back of this venator was her Rifle bow, Gargantuan clip with 2 slots of Boreworm arrows on its rack, razor fletched, a stabilizer attached for further distance capability by 10%. It weight 200lbs draw. It was already loaded with a broad tip razor fletched arrow. On her left hip a pistol bow 60lbs, loaded with a single standard bolt. A 40lb standard recurve bow, loaded with a boreworm arrowhead bolt. Her hip quiver have another 5 1/2 slots of bolts inside. On her eyes were a pair of Thermal, night vision, times fifteen magnification. Of those 5 1/2 slots of bolts 1 slot have tipped with sting tips, one slot with 2 with Matakusi bolts tips and the rest of her broad tips applied to the slot. Leaving roughly 1 1/2 slots of regular bolts.
The load roar of her bike could be heard for miles, the girl tearing through the sand with nothing but pure ease. Her map said northeast and that was the direction she set off in, the bright light of the sun casting a glare off her lenses. The way the sand and dune and dunes of sand flew by, one would think it would drive you insane but she was managing. Up overhead her companion let out a cry, a simple warning of rain coming. "Rain..." She hadn't been there yet...that was a land rich with opportunity. She just needed to grasp it now, to ride off into the sunset. How easy it would be to just... leave that barren village. That was all it took for demons to nest; A barren city, one willing heart and a stupid mistake. It wasn't till she couldn't see straight that she noticed there was rainfall.
