Personal File Submission
Rank: D
IIC Length: Two Days
Difficulty: Easy
Objective: Fill out a form provided at the lobby desk of the Amekage Tower and return it once ready to collect the reward.
Description: There is much sorrow in the Village of Rain. From a ninja once forgotten to coming back still faithful after her abandonment - to the decrepit village being made whole once more; there comes a time when one must take steps to finding those loyal and those unloyal to the village. The Amekage urges his people to provide information necessary and those loyal will provide this willingly. Information asked upon may be of themselves, of something they know, or historical facts they know. The information will be kept under lock and key for Amekage eyes only so no worries of it getting out if it were detrimental to the ones saying such things (It is preferred that this be one of the first missions as an Ame Ninja you do).
Reward: 3,750 Ryo

It was high time that Turin win himself some points in the Kage's office. Simple enough, just fill out a form with some information about himself and be viewed as a loyal and trustworthy shinobi. Being held in positive regard by those with greater power than he would be useful in the long run. Besides, what could be easier?
Firstly, the personal information. How much to tell? He could start at the beginning, from his humble start as a beggar in a desert village, having only heard stories of the wealth his parents had once claimed. However, he didn't feel like this particular sheet was asking for his life story, nor would he give it even if it were. No, all of that about before he came to Rain Country as a child after escaping the harsh punishments given to thieves in Wind Country would be irrelevant to the Amekage.
Probably best to keep it to the useful information. What he was good at, what he was interested in doing, all things that the village could use militarily. Nobody in power cared about where he came from or why he possessed his particular set of skills, the Amekage would only care about what he could do. So, that's what he added first.
al-Sahar, Turin: A rank, Chuunin Class
Professional Marksman: Highly accurate at extreme range. Maximum effective range: 500m.
Infiltrator: Master of Glamour Perception. Master of stealth and espionage skills.
Mission Specialties: Assassination and Espionage.
That seemed pretty good for the first section. Clear, concise, and an accurate picture of his abilities. Of course, there were things that he left out. Most of the skills that he knew weren't included, and the severely understated his maximum range. It hurt his pride to do so, but if he found himself with this information being used against him, having his enemies underestimate him gave him the advantage. Naturally, he would have loved nothing more than to brag on and on about how good he is at all of these things, but he had to keep in mind who might be reading this. If the Council decided to take offense to his poking around in that whole execution business, once he really started digging in, it would serve him that they don't know the full extent of his power.
