Fuuton: Suiran Reppu (Wind Release: Verdant Mountain's Violent Wind)
Rank: "D","C", "B", "A", "S" Rank
Skill: NinJutsu
Effect: A wind technique using winds to lift and control a certain amount of weapons or people using powerful and at some points violent winds after utilizing the wind release. However, this can only be done to a certain extent.
Special: "Handseals"
Drawback: Must be learned multiple times, last handseal must be held for the technique to work. Once the seal is broken the technique will end.
Description: Performing the necessary handseals, the user will affix their wind release chakra and summon a small to large amount of powerful wind around a certain number of objects. At this point they can be suspended and controlled, moved through the air. However, the ability and amount of things possible to be moved varies along the rank learned for the technique. The winds if commanded can be very dangerous at any point in time, however it may only maim or move. When first learned at "D" Rank, the user is capable of having lifting a total of 10lbs. When dealing with weaponry, the weight of each weapon will be added together to result in the max; same with shinobi. When "C" Rank is reached the user is capable of lifting 50lbs. At "B" Rank, 200; At "A" Rank, 500; and finally at "S" Rank, 1000lbs.

Even geniuses train on daily basis and Eisen wasn't one to shy away from his hard training in order to slowly rise up the ladders of power struggle that filled ninja world. And he was going to make sure he would survive that power struggle, for survival of the fittest was most important lesson he learned. And in order to survive as fittest shinobi you had to learn techniques, techniques that people easily overlook and techniques he could use to further his talents.
Unlike people of the clan or talented shinobi individuals Eisen only had his talent for learning fast, but he had no background in ninja world, he didn't learn how to mold chakra from anyone else beside what he could gather from his teachers in such a short time. He had neither glorious clan he could go to, nor superior talent, but he was a hard worker and sharp mind to understand his mistakes.
"Mother I am going to train, don't disturb me." Eisen said to his melancholic stepmother as he went into his room and checked the scroll one more time. The idea behind the technique was simple enough, but for someone other than him the whole theory would be terrible mess to understand. The jutsu used chakra inside his body, radiating from him and molding into the air, fluctuating as wind and guiding an object upward and around. Something like what people would call levitation. Still there was a limit how much he could lift and how much he could hold something in the air.
First he sat into lotus position and started breathing exercises. Breathing in and out, feeling every part of his body in his mind, feeling the stream coursing through his body always helped him with chakra molding. He could feel the difference in his mold, like a hurricane twirling inside his belly each time he drew upon his source.
He extended his hands in front of him, channeling his stream till he could feel the tingling on the tips of his fingers. Slowly he formed tiger hand seal as if a part of yoga exercise. Then his fingers danced. Tiger, rat, bird, horse, bird. Finally he burst his chakra out of himself, grabbing a hold of the air and mixing his inner wind with the air outside him. But in the end his wind just flickered away like a dust in the wind. Eisen's chakra was just too gentle to control the wind. Again he tried it and again, trying to figure out the mistake he might be making. Sakaki tried increasing the amount of chakra, the force of his chakra, molding it more, molding it less, but it was a fine balance easily tipped without enough experience. It was like he was trying to hit a bullseye without seeing the target, he couldn't know if he was getting closer of further. By the end of his first hour his body was sweaty and breathing harder, his chakra drained faster and faster with each attempt.
There was some point he was missing, some essential thing he didn't notice before, something that was amiss. And then his tired gaze looked through the window and saw the leaves on the tree dance with it. The wind didn't forcefully try to break them, they danced around them and with them slowly, adjusting to the barriers. He was trying too hard.
With this revelation he tried again, lessening his grip onto the air, but instead letting his chakra levitating around with the swirly twists of the breeze, making an invisible trail he saw as a blue line in his mind's eye. He could mold his chakra into the wind, but it was yet another thing to direct it and lift and object.
For the sake of training Eisen prepared a small metal brick less than 5 lbs in weight to train on. He molded his chakra with the wind like he did earlier and then he first let the chakra flow freely, then slowly and gently influenced the path, slowly taming the wind with each second. From moving freely to listening to silent suggestions to being a tool of a kid, the wind changed it's role quickly as it approached the brick and grasped around it. Still the grabbing of it was easier than lifting the darn thing, for the mass of the brick was going against the will of a little boy and his chakra. At first Eisen strained hardly to hold onto the brick with his mind and then shakily lift it of the ground just few inches.
Then it all came to the strength of the mind. Although Eisen was a survivalist he needed to strengthen his mental fortitude too and hold this brick for as long as he could. One minute. Two. Five. Sweat was overflowing. Seven. He already started to crack. Eight. Nine. He was barely holding the bird hand seal. Ten minutes was his current limit. And a bad limit if he thought about it. He could do more and he would in future. But for now he had to train more.
