Found him?
F
or a brief moment Emi thought that the clicking sound hadn't been anything positive as the door hadn't budged even the slighest. But as Turin appeared to be finished with the lockpicking, he saw that the door slowly began to open up. Emi moved in a little in front of to cover him for any possible projectiles. It was however quiet - too quiet. His eyes scanned the room on the inside almost hoping to see the contours of possible enemies, but there was nothing there. The boy breathed out and stood up from his defensive stance while allowing his umbrella close before he put it back on his back. They were alone? was that a welcome for them or just another trap? Neither his eyes or ears were getting blocked from any source, so when he had looked around in the room, he was confident that there were no traps at the entrance. Turin appeared to have the similar view to the scenario and told them to move in.Emi had barely been able to move into the room as he was stopped. His upper body twitched as the hand was put on his shoulder and his unconscious screamed that he was getting backstabbed. He had been prepared that the sand ninja could've been a threat, but his supernatural vision allowed him to realize that the person touching him was actually the kazekage. His entire body moved around to face the kazekage while his gaze quickly made sure that the hostile one still was not too close to him. A genuine fake smile that was supposed to ease down the tension a little was all he had time to give the kazekage before she handed him a few tags. He was familiar with the type and even suspected that he had one or two somewhere in his robe, but he nodded to the kazekage and drew two kunais.
Sure thing. Just take care, there were at least a handful of ANBUs in this corridor before, and they will focus their attention at you as the political power you possess are far greater than ours.
It was not as much of a threat as it was meant to be a helpful advice. He was however a little stunned as the girl ended the small discussion with "hun". That was a word he had never experienced hearing, at least not towards himself. At first it sounded so alien to him that he suspected it was a foreign language, but ofcourse it wasn´t he realized as he hurried to catch up to Turin. During the dash, Emi attached the two lock tags to the kunais he held. Before they had reached the stairs on the other side of the corridor, the gentle ticking sounds of the man's steps echoed throughout the area. Emi hurried to put the kunais back into his robe and drew his umbrella again. When he saw it was the sole reason they entered the prison - coming at them alone, he knew it had to be something strange going on. So he firstly tried to look down the stairs, to see if he was followed, and then he quickly checked behind them, to see that they weren't getting surrounded. What would happen now? He wondered as his rage began to make him eager to attack the man. Tamiwara had completely disrespected him, and he now had the time to revenge that. He smiled.
