[Chuunin Examiner]

CE Subscription Office and Blimp.

Just outside the city lays the park where the 'Chuunin Exams Organization' has made its home for this year's event. Tents to shelter the crowd have been erected all around the park, in food stalls the cooks shout of the delicious goods they are producing and entertainers of all sorts mingle through the crowd, all drawn to this place by the event along with the crowd. And crowded it is, in the mass of people it is even hard to raise your arms. Although security officers and police are patrolling everywhere small pickpockets, usually children, still run through the mass, leaving many baffled citizens penniless in the midst of the festival. Big screens flicker everywhere, both inside the tents and on many places outside as well. For now they only show commercials, but once the Chuunin Exams would start they would be employed to report the struggle for Chuuninship.

In the centre of the carnival terrain there is a small clearing where the crowd cheers to those who manage to get past the armed guards into the fenced off circle behind them. Armed guards, who would only allow those to pass them when those exhibited all the signs of being a Genin. They would look like quite intimidating in their black samurai armour that covered every part of their body, even including their face, which was hidden behind a steel black mask. They brandished their sword and shields in a most valiant fashion, though it was difficult to assess if they were actually proficient with the weapons or just holding them up.

Behind the guards there was a little sing up desk, consisting of an oakwood table that for some reason looked like it should be inside and a swivel chair that actually looked pretty much like the table in terms of the location it should be at. Behind the desk sat a woman in her thirties, flanked by two more guards. The differences between her and the two guards couldn't be greater, she wore a pink kimono, embroidered with a floral pattern, they wore plain black Tosei-gusoku armour. She had quite a pretty face and long cascading jet black hair, whilst the soldier's menpo's showed nothing but the same snarl and giant kabuto's covered the rest. She was armed with pen, paper and ink, they each donned a katana, wakizashi and naginata. But then again, their jobs were vastly different, she had to register every shinobi who intended to participate in the exams and the guards were there to prevent anyone from scaling the rope ladder until such matters had been handled.

Behind the woman dangled a rope ladder limply on the ground, rising stately into the air where high above the ground a zeppelin floated, carrying a huge luxury compartment on its stomach into which the rope ladder disappeared. Upon climbing the ladder and entering the zeppelin proper one would find him or herself inside a vast common area. A vast black slate stone floor carpeted the room, corked bottles hung from the ceiling in which green fireflies fluttered around aimlessly, illuminating the room in a most peculiar soft and yet romantic emerald light. Rosewood tables were spread around the room in a seemingly random pattern, surrounded by black leather chairs which would provide comfy seating for people to sit and converse as they would wait for the event to start. Large bay windows lined the walls at the front and sides of the vehicle, allowing a beautiful, yet slightly greenish, sight of the area around. In contrast the back wall was occupied with three doors. The one in the centre seemed locked and unusued. The two on the sides were used by three young waitresses, which seemed to have been selected for their jobs due to their nice ‘personality’.

Kamina had finally arrived at the Chuunin Exams. The smell of food filled the air in this now bustling carnival. It was amazing how many people were here. It was hard to lift your arms, let alone make it to the clearing to get on the blimp. Kamina slowly made his way through the crowd, fighting the urge to kill every last civilian in the direct vicinity.


Kamina was wearing his usual attire, black kosode and hakama. Black leath chest plate and tasset belt, both donning crimson metal studs. His crimson haori over both the kosode and chest plate. Underneath the armor, which was really just for appearances, two katana rested. One was crimson, the other black. 


With this massive crowd in the area, there wasn't much of a breeze. Which was actually pretty sad, as Kamina's long, spiked black hair looked best flowing in the wind. As well as his multiple layers of clothing. Not like such a thing mattered to him anyway. He only cared about letting loose and taking the lives of others at this point. He had waited too long to release the inner demon know as the God of September from within him. 


Finally he made it to the center of the carnival. Which of course was his, and (hopefully) many other Genin's destination. He was ready to get to this exam and move forward with his goal of leaving this world and rejoining the realm of the God's. That was really the only thing he ever thought about. Though he did enjoy fulfilling any desire he had.


Kamina was sick of wasting time and trying to push through the crowd of people. Suddenly his soul shot out from his body, of course nobody around would notice or feel it. It passed the samurai guarding the rope ladder and stopped, thus Kamina instantly appeared where it had stopped. He didn't wait for the guards to react to him, he simply stepped forward to the desk with registration desk. 


"I'm here to register." Kamina muttered in a bored tone. He didn't care about this damn registration. He wanted to move on and get to the killing. Killing anyone and everyone that crossed his path. Though he knew that he couldn't do that and pass the exams. So he had to await the actual test layout to see if it were possible. 

[Nara Sithis]

Sithis made his way towards the location, on the way he brought himself a trail of brown rice spiced with red peppers, KFC Chicken his Favorite just like in Kumo Served, and a bag of BBQ Chips. He made his way towards where everyone was. God this please was packed. He did not dear remove his mask, He stood in front of the guards. He did not even blink he simply slipped through. Once inside he noticed one another. So Sithis was late? In reality Sithis was Very early. The ferry managed to catch him by surprise and arrive quite fast. It took considerable amount of skill to sneak pass the Guards, Sithis managed to do it.

Sithis had a Scythe and other items that were deadly. His eyes shot at the man who was there. Besides him. He approached him. He said nothing to Kamina. Sithis goal was to become a God, to enslave the world and become God of the Ninja world. To Seek immortally. Chuunins will be making him one step closer however, Sithis was already impressive in skill being a B Class Ninja. Turning on his foot Sithis spoke. "I'm here to register." he said calmly yet his voice hissed like a snake. His face was hidden from the world as he had a mask, and he was hooded much like Hooded ANBU Dressed. He also carried a Scythe.

Passing by Alexis made her way up towards the Chuunin exams noticing two ninjas. A Masked one which was hooded, and a fellow Taki Nin. Instanstly. She made her way towards her fellow Taki Nin and smiled. "YOU, ME, DINNER!~ After Chuunins~ YOU TREAT ME~" She cooed like a bird. Then turned her attention towards the desk."I AM HERE FOR THE CHUUNINS!~ SIGN ME UP` AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHYYYOOO~" She yelled out hyperly.

[Aimi Kaguya]

Aimi stood just outside of the ring of people and tents and just looked, a bit awestruck to be honest. There were so many people here out in the open just outside of the city he'd been directed towards. He didn't even think that there were so many people in the actual city at this point! Not that he would know, he had actually entered it ever. When he got close enough that he could see the city, he observed where the mass of tents and people were as well as the zeppelin that floated high above the city itself: A dead give away as to where the exams were being held. He'd made his way around the city and to this crowd, where he now stood contemplating how to get through.

The many policemen caught his attention though. Dressed in their black armor and wielding their swords and shields, they appeared to be the only figures of authority in this throng of people. Or at least the only ones that he could see. Taking a deep breath, he dove into the sea of people and waded his way over towards the closest one. "Excuse me!" he called out over the roar and bustle of the crowd, an especially loud vendor being the one he had to speak up above the most. The guard turned to him after he caught his attention. "I'm a genin, here for the Chunin Exams!" he proclaimed, pointing down to his left leg and his headband that identified him as a shinobi. His lack of a proper jacket would have been signal enough that he was in fact a chunin, though if that didn't give him away the fact that he wore all of his equipment out in the open should have. His buttbag, sword, goggles and knife holster were all in open view on his head, hips and right leg respectively.

Looking him over, the black clad guard considered his claim for a moment before turning and pointing him towards the middle of the mass of tents and people. "The sign in desk is over there. All shinobi who want to enter the exam need to register for it first."

"Thank you!" Aimi replied, turning in the direction that the policeman had pointed to and following it. He worked his way through the crowd slowly, absorbing the atmosphere that was very festive rather than tense as he'd expected it to be. It was a celebration in this land! It hardly seemed a serious matter, let alone that it could be one that ultimately decided the future of their careers as shinobi. The golden haired young man didn't mind though, it took some weight from his shoulders and dispersed it among the crowd. Being relaxed as a good thing, and after rushing to get here as quickly as he could once he was told what day it was, he gladly savored the smell of cooked food and contemplated buying some for himself...


But first he needed to register for the exams. Working his way through the crowd, he made his way towards the center where there stood two guards dressed differently from the other police officers behind a wooden desk with a woman sitting behind it in a pink kimono and sporting long black hair. There other shinobi were there as well it looked like. Above them directly was the zeppelin. Taking the last step out from the crowd, Aimi stepped forward and bent over, grabbing his knees and taking in a couple of breaths. He was exhausted from the trip there, but he'd made it. Looking up towards the woman behind the desk, he lifted up his right hand and said, "I'm here to register for the exam..."

It was chaos... There was so many people. Apparently the churning exams had grown a crowd this year? Were they actually throwing a festival for it? It was so different from the other exams he had witness. Or would they be? This was just the registration after all.

Moving through the sea , Shigure held this jacket close to his body, it held too many items of value to be pick pocketed in a crowd as huge as this. Within its inner lining, the tactical vest held 15 lightning infused darts, 15 good infused darts, 15 covert listening device darts, 3 blood clot pills, a world map, and a single compass.

Even though his jacket held a decent assortment, his butt bag on his waist held 10 Kunai, 2 incendiary grenades, 3 smoke grenades, a full stack of explosive tags, and 3 very rare saddilia seeds. Lastly on his wrist was a bracket that hid a full stack of senbon. The genin had quite the Arsenal.

Shigure glided past the guards and made his way to the desk, never speaking a word. He didn't have too, the waterfall headband loosely draped around the teenagers neck was identity enough. Signing his name and writing the other necessary identifying marks down on the paper, he couldn't help but take it all in.

The exam was definitely going to be different than the rest. That's for sure.

The first to arrive after Kamina was a man in a mask and hood. The man had a scythe and a bunch of food with him him. Kamina knew that this wasn't another God, for no God would be worrying about such things as food during time of battle. The man spoke with a hiss, which once more, Kamina simply ignored. If the two of them were to meet in the exams, Kamina would simply take his head.

The next to arrive was another shinobi from Takigakure. The woman spoke of going out for a meal and tried toying with him in an unflattering manner. Clearly this woman knew that the God of September had eyes for one other person, Zeddius. His Takikage. No other person would come close to catching his attention until them. The God simply turned his cheek at the thought and said nothing in response.

Another person arrived soon after.

This man barely slipped through the crowd and crouched over in exhaustion. Kamina licked his lips in anticipation. It wasn't his usual style to pick someone weak and toy with them; yet he was going to do it now. The other two didn't show much fear to the six foot four tall swordsman, and that was no fun. Kamina's soul shot out from his body once more and stopped just in front of the blonde haired swordsman.

Instantaneously, Kamina was standing in front of the man. In another instant, his red katana was drawn and pointed at the throat of the Genin ranked shinobi. "I think you're lost. Need me to help you find your way out?" The Taki shinobi growled. His eyes were locked on the eyes of the blonde haired shinobi with an intensity that showed just how blood thirty he was. He completely ignored the fact that another Taki shinobi had just arrived.

[Nara Sithis]

Sithis looked at the man. He had a devilish smile. One that Kamina could not see because he was incapable of seeing through his mask. As far as Sithis knew. Sithis will enjoying skinning this one alive. He will greatly find joy in skinning his skin, lips, finger nails, then his eye lashes and then cooking them for dinner and eating him. His eyes shot towards the person location. He was gone, then his head titled and the man drew his Katana. Sithis dropped his food, and withdrew his scythe. Bringing it towards the location of the blade. "Your only warning. Withdraw your sword. Or I'll break it swordsman. This is not a place to fight. You ugly mole, who lacks brain power. " He insulted the man shortly.

[Kaishin Alexis]

She pouted once Kamina had ignored her. Simply shaking her head sighing in a disappointed process. As she begun to whine like a little child. "I want Attention." She said very slowly. Completely ignoring the fact that Kamina was no longer near her. Ignoring others around her as well.

[Aimi Kaguya]

Aimi had enough time to lift his head up and catch his breath, look around at those surrounding him and get a very quick first impression of them all before events took place. A hooded boy with a scythe. An excitable looking girl. The unmistakable glow of one's soul as it was being primed to be used. Then in the next moment, there was a man in front of him, taller than himself by a handful of inches and ornately dressed by comparison. The Kusa genin had come wearing what he always did - a white shirt with a white zip up jacket over that, a pair of jeans and a white belt. He'd come prepared for the exams of course, his butt bag was filled with everything he could possibly need from wire to kunai and paper bombs of a various sort to shuriken. On his hip was a long bladed katana and he even had a bundle of three other blades strapped over his shoulder.

Now he was faced with this man, this soulcaster, using a technique he not only recognized but could use himself, and had a sword to his throat. He stood frozen, reminded for events a few days ago in which a stranger he had met ended up killing someone out of self defense. This was different though. This man, this complete and utter stranger, and drawn his blade on Aimi with the assumption that he was weak and didn't belong there... Such ignorance could not go ignored b him. He relaxed and his brow furrowed, he tilted his head upwards and looked at this dark haired, dark skinned man in the eye - very much the polar opposite of his fair skin and golden hair - and his grey eyes were like fire, fierce and unafraid. The very action of moving his head upwards should have proved that as it exposed his neck more out to the man's blade.

"I'm right where I need to be," he said in an even tone, his eyes unblinking and looking up at this shinobi, this genin like himself. This genin was a soulcaster, just as he was, and as Aimi stood hunched over with his hands on his knees, he couldn't help but be curious as to which of their souls was the stronger? "What's out of place is your blade, though..." he continued, charging up his own soul for an assault on the man if he didn't heed his words. Where this genin in front of him's soul was a dull crimson in color, a sure sign of someone who was weak in their abilities as a soulcaster, Aimi's soul was bright, big and lustrous, such an intense shade of white that all other colors extended from it in a sunburst. Only the shinobi in front of him would be able to see it, assuming that Aimi and he were the only two soulcasters there, and the sheer intensity of it compared to his should have sufficed as threat enough.

"I'd move it if I were you," he finished, preparing to defend himself if he had to. With his soul alone he could think of plenty of ways to end this little skirmish if it even got started, let alone what he could do with a sword against an opponent who already had his drawn. His hope, though, was that the sight of his soul would be enough to ward him off; a threat solely directed at him, a soulcaster. Even still, it seemed that there were other people on his side. The man with a scythe came to his aid, placing his weapon over the one drawn at his neck. Aimi's eyes shifted to this man for a moment, who seemed to have a particular speech about him that sounded strange to him. He looked back to the man threatening him and asked, "Well?"

In all of the 'in our face commotion', Aimi had not noticed the other shinobi arriving on the scene.

Orianna dismounted from the boat and took off into the land hunting down the chuunin exams. Her outfit was fresh as she left the dirty ones on the boat to go back to snow later. Her red hair was braided back and then bound round with silk like materiel aside from some side bangs and a tussle at the end of the plait. The white and red outfit with boots upto her thighs, the red pleated mini skirt and top / cloak that made up the rest of the outfit once painted with her gloves were all set. Her formal headband was around Chiron, her stags, neck while the snow symbol was engraved on a small metal sheet attached to her outfit above her boobs. On her she had a singular Fencing sword too, it was sheathed. Her belt worn is a pair of utility belts weaved together, the belts themselves contained 30 boomerangs, 30 shuriken bo and 114 senbon.

After a few hours riding the pair were getting tired and sore but they would find the signposts to lead them to the area where they were to sign up. She continued her charge through finding the path but when she would began to come across a swarm of civilians the pair would dismount from one another and have to slow their pace. They still would continue to walk fast at least while they made their way through the crowd eventually coming across the black armoured dudes.

With Chiron by her side she approached the desk and took her seat not paying attention to any other entrants right now. Excuse me, My name is Orianna LeFleur. May I enter the exams, I am a Genin from Snow with my companion Chiron. Once she would be all registered though she would politely arise from her seat and bow in respect before making her way to the holding area of sorts.

One by one the examinees started to trickle into the registration area. Rapping her fingers on the table the woman would look up at the first new arrival.

Dr. Neuro, RN:

Looking up at you the woman would nod. "I am here to take your registration." She returned at your obvious statement with a smirk, tapping the end of her pen on the table and looking back at you without actually doing anything for a few seconds. "Nah, I am just jesting with you sweetie. Name, age and village please!" she would say after what seemed ages (about fifteen seconds), penning down your credentials as soon as you stated them. "Terrific! Just go up the ladder into the waiting room in the zeppelin, drinks are on the house! You are 18 years of age, so you can order alcohol, just so you know, it is forbidden for you to share alcohol with those under the age of 18! Well, go up and have fun!"

Nara Sithis:

The second apliccee, this one Masked, yet stuffing his face through the mouth Slit with fastfood? CapItal. ”Nice mask you got there! Let me guess. Fasfood gave you a neckbeard! No, no, wait, not fat enough…. Uhm… Horrible acne! That’s it! Or are you just extremely ugly? That’s why you got the lisp is it not? A most unsightly harelip?” She Asked with her Head tilted to the side as she penned down Your credentials. ”Nice scythe, Watch out you don’t cut the rope Ladder with it on your way Up!” She Spoke, pointing at the Scythe. Did I forget to mention you have a Scythe? ”Foods and drinks are on the house. No alcohol for you though, you little ugly rascal! You are too young for that. Now go up. Also, you got a scythe there. Ooooh! That’s for popping those zits, no?” She chuckled Behind her hand. God, it was too easy to make fun of people who acted too high and mighty for whom they actually Were.

Kaishin Alexis:

At the approach of the third candidate the woman in the kimono would throw her arms in the air. ”WHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOH!” In a clear imitation of Alexis’s own ‘whoop’. ”Yeah! You go girl!” She shouted, penning down your name, age and village after these things were stated. ”Just go up the rope ladder to the lounge, foods and drinks are on the house!” She suddenly stretched out her arm over the desk, trailing her fingers across your stomach. ”Ooor… You could order a bottle of tequila, come down again and I’ll show you how to have a dinner with nothing but alcohol. I see you already brought a glass…” she said ominously with a devilish smirk, her index finger trailing over your belly button. Man, dressing indecently really did the trick.

Aimi Kaguya:

Blinking the woman looked up at the blonde man from the village hidden in the grass (damn, that must be a small village) approaching her desk. ”Why hello there sweetie.” The woman resonded, looking up at you, with her big almost black irises, and twirling a strand of her ebony hair around her finger. ”Tell me, who are you?” she asked, penning down the details as soon as they would be revealed to her. ”You look threatening.” she mentioned a bit off, softly licking her lips a bit. This woman really had issues. On the other hand, she seemed to even out on the crazy/hot scale, either on, or above the Vicky Mendoza diagonal, at least, from what you could gather so far. ”Well, up you go on the rope ladder, foods and drinks are on the house and don’t give any alcohol to anyone under 18. Especially the colonel here.” she mentioned, pointing to 'Masky' with her last comment.

And there was the typical silent treatment guy. The other stereotype to always attend a CE in addition to the ‘I am so emo cool, look at me brooding before I destroy the worl’-type. Pouting a bit the woman would shift a paper your way, on which you could write your credentials. After taking back the paper the woman would grab a post-it and start scribbling on it, before grasping your wrist and sticking it to the back of your hand. It read the following: Welcome, you have to wait in the lounge, up the rope ladder. Food and drinks are on the house. Including alcohol. Have lots of that first, because as sober as you are now, you are kind of in need of a douche. Because there seems to be a lot of sand wedged in that vagoo of yours. With her head tilted the woman simple beamed an innocent smile at you.

Fui:

And there was the final entrant so far. At the sight of you approaching with your animal companion the woman in pink would chuckle. ”Hey sweetie, I see what you have going on. It’s a stag-party.” Yes, a horrible, horrible pun. Better not do that again. ”I am sorry sweetie. What was your age again?” she chuckled behind her hand, writing down all your credentials. ”So, Snow right? That is so sad. Don’t worry, go up the ladder and you will find food and drinks on the house, including things that are not vodka or sheep organs stuffed with more sheep organs.” Hiding her mouth behind her hand in a conspiratory way she would whisper to the stag. ”It’s the cold, it does something to their brains.”

[Nara Sithis]

Sithis withdrew his scythe from the blade. "Fuck this shit. It's not my business. Kill yourselves if you have to for I Care. That's one less person I have to worry about. " He turned on his heel and made his way towards the registration desk. He gave her his age, Name, Rank, and Village and anything else she asked for. He said noting to her about his face. Sithis was very charming and handsome. Unlike the troll in front of her him. He made his way up the ladder where he was told and awaited further instrumentation.

[Kaishin Alexis]

She snicked lightly like clueless little doll. The woman ran her hands around Alexis's stomach she blushed darkly. "One moment." She said. She went up the stairs and took two alcoholic drinks. As well as a big bottle of wine. Coming back down the ladder, And leaped onto the Lap of the Examiner, and brought her arm around the woman's neck. "Drink up. We must drink before the Chuunins Start." She said handing her a the two glasses, before she opened the bottle and begun gulping it down. Emptying the bottle half way she spoke. "WOOOOOO! Kamina, come try this wine it's really good" He cooed towards him. Alexis would sleep with guys and girls. Gender wasn't an issue to her~

[Dr. Neuro, RN]

Kamina was trapped behind two ninja when a voice could be heard from the table. Registration was complete and he was able to move on to the blimp. As much as he wanted to kill the two of these ninja, he wanted to obtain the rank Chuunin more. The one thing that got to him was the fact that the one who was showing exhaustion just a moment ago was now revealing his inner strength. His soul was shining pretty brightly.

The ninja with the scythe turned away from the fight. It didn't matter to Kamina, he was a mere human anyway. But the shinobi with the bright soul was something more. 'Another God?' Kamina thought to himself. He had no idea what to think; he did know that the two of them were likely to cross blades again. His soul shot out from his body again and went diagnally in the air toward the later. Suddenly Kamina shot up and finished climbing the latter of the blimp.

[Aimi Kaguya]

As the two shinobi withdrew from him, one seemingly for no reason other than he didn't care to be there for any longer, the louder of the two, and the other withdrawing to the blimp. Aimi was left to himself, and he let out a sigh of relief. It'd been a long trip there, with many a bump and turn along the way and he hadn't come all this way just to start a fight pointlessly. He was thankful the two had withdrawn, at least for now... but he certainly knew who were the aggressive ones in this years exams now.

Standing up straight, Aimi moved towards the oddly placed desk and stood in front of it."My name's Aimi Arisato," he said to her, his tone a bit quiet and his over all demeanor shy but unwavering in wake of the woman's remarks towards him. She really was beautiful, and she obviously knew it with the way she twirled her hair... her confidence made the young genin all the more nervous, as he tended to be with new people. "I'm uh, a genin from the Kusa no Kuni... the only one this year." He lifted up his left leg to show off his identification - his headband, tied around his thigh. His brow furrowed as she licked her lips and commented that he looked threatening, unsure how he should take that. "Uh, thanks..." he said dumbly.

Looking up towards the blimp, with three contestants already making their way up the ladder, Aimi turned back to the black haired woman and forced a smile, thanking her and then turning towards the ladder. He was barely two rungs up it, behind the ornately dressed aggressor who had threatened him, when he felt the ladder shaking. Looking up, he saw one of the contestants climbing back down towards him. Grumbling a bit, he stepped back down off the ladder and to the side to let her pass and go sit on the female examiner's lap, if she was an examiner. He watched for a moment as she guzzled down some of the alcohol in one go and he couldn't help but roll his eyes. The Taki kunoichi couldn't have been much younger or older than he was either way and she was acting much more perverse than he would normally dare. That sort of idiocy would get her disqualified, if his past experiences with the examines were any indication. Not giving her another thought, Aimi started to climb up the ladder.

A quarter of the way up, he looked down and saw another new arrival, one he hadn't noticed coming before. A snow shinobi from the sound of it, someone else from a small village like himself. She had a stag with her as well! How was that supposed to get onto the blimp? Turning back up the ladder, he tried not to concern himself with it as he made his way up.

Inside the zeppelin, Aimi stumbled forward and got down on his knees, a mixture of exhaustion and exhilaration making him fall there. He'd never been so high up before, let alone while climbing a rope ladder, and the higher he got up the more shaky it got. It didn't help that the wind kept blowing occasionally as well, rocking him in the air while he clung to the ropes. He'd felt like a leaf lost in the wind on that ladder and was glad to be on some semblance of solid ground again. He wasn't afraid of heights per say, he was just... well, exhilarated by the experience. Once he caught his breath, he looked up and around and was enchanted by the room. The fireflies caught in the bottles caught his attention immediately. They reminded him very much of his ghost lights, and the emerald glow they bathed everything in was very welcoming to him.

Getting up from his knees, he made his way over to one of the leather couches and had a seat on it, leaning back into it and sighing, resting for the first time in a couple of days properly. He closed his eyes and then remembered that he'd not eaten or drank much in the past couple of days either, at least nothing beyond stream water and the occasional berry he found lying around that didn't look rotten. He opened his eyes and leaned up from the couch, turning his head towards the three doors where waitresses moved in and out of. He raised up his hand to ask them for something to eat and drink...

But then he paused. A sudden paranoia struck him as a horrible thought crossed his mind. The flirty examiner in pink, she'd told him to eat and drink as he pleased when he was up there. She'd specifically mentioned alcohol. That made him nervous. It wasn't unheard of in past examines for the proctors to try and redirect you towards failure by pretending to be hospitable. He thought for a terrible moment that the food and drink might be poisoned or something along those lines. He'd been told the examines hadn't started just yet, but experience told him not to trust what anyone said. Experience told him that the exams started as soon as he registered his name.

Lowered his hand, he leaned back against the couch and looked up at the bottled fireflies. He might have been tired, hungry and even a little thirsty, but he wasn't about to die from any of those things and could go on. He wasn't about to chance being poisoned either. Besides, who would be dumb enough to get drunk during an exam, even if it wasn't poisoned alcohol? His thoughts drifted to the kunoichi who had sat on the examiner's lap, and that made his resolve more solid. He wasn't going to take stupid risks like she had done. He was in this to win it, he wanted to be a Chunin - and he wagered that even after a couple day's worth of tiredness, he had a better chance than most. He rested against the cool leather, content to save his energy for the time being.

Noticing Aimi arrive finally he looked at him Through his mask. He was quite an interesting man. These Chuunins were sure to be fun. Will prove his Depreciation, his main objective is to become Jounin. Then attempt phrase one of His plan. Build his own village from the ground up. However that required resources, people, and a lot of missions under his belt which wasn't really interesting. Given the fight with The Jounin Twins. He hasn't improved much. However what he lack in skill he made up with his mind.

His eyes flicked towards Aimi. "Hey Man." he said quietly. It was best to make some friends then become an enemy. He knew Kamina was an Enemy. Maybe because he helped Aimi. Aimi would be inclined to help. "Would you care to team up together?" he asked Aimi. "I'd rather you pass it. For both of us." Sithis had no idea what angle he was playing he just needed a friend on his side. That Kamina guy can teleport. That would be quite troublesome.

His rest was interrupted by one of the genin addressing him. His eyes flicked over to him and he listened to his proposal while sitting sit, conserving as much energy as he could. Narrowing his eyes, Aimi looked over the genin carefully, sizing him up. He might have been larger than he was, but the blond kusa shinobi was certainly older. He could see it in the genin's demeanor - he didn't even have to look at his face. That a shinobi from a larger nation would ask another shinobi from a smaller nation to team up with him, under the pretense that he wanted him to pass for the both of them was folly. It stank of opportunistic tendencies to him and he was having none of it.

"No, I'll pass," he said simply with a sigh, pulling his eyes away from the genin and looking back up to the soft light of the trapped fireflies. He almost immediately forgot about the request to join forces and his mind wandered back to the idea that the food or drink might be poisoned. If it was poisoned... why stop there? As far as he knew, this blimp was a deathtrap they'd have to escape in order to pass. In these moments of quiet and still, before the exam had 'officially' begun, it would be wise to get as much information about the environment as he could.

To that end, he sat up a bit more straight in his seat and began to observe everything he could as best as he could. His eyes scanned over every inch of the cabin that he could see, he took in breaths through his nose to see what he could smell, he listened intently to even the slightest noise that he could hear and he let his mind go as blank as he could manage so that his skin mind be more sensitive to temperature changes or a change in the wind. Everything could be observed and everything had to be observed. He wasn't going to just do nothing while everyone climbed up into the zeppelin - this was his first real move in this exam. Despite his confidence that he would succeed, he knew very well that he and his village were the underdogs in this exam. Whoever was watching them all would likely be watching him intently to see how he represented his village... Aimi intended to show them what strength his village had.

Only now that he had finished the paperwork would he really notice the other people around him. The most outright of the group were the three that had already found out that they hated the other, or so it seemed... Two of them had brandished their weapons. Oh wonderful, the creepy guy that started the fight was a Takigakure Shinobi. How inviting.

Looking at the others, one was a rather loud little girl that also deemed the identifications of a Waterfall Ninja. What an opposing spectrum his fellow allies had concocted. Manic and Depressive. Where'd did Shigure fit into this Kaleidoscope of emotions?

Feeling something press against the back of his hand, he'd only now notice the registration woman had grasped his wrist. bringing his hand up to his face to read said note his mouth would nearly drop to the floor. "The Fuck? What was that for?" Though, he couldn't help but smile. This woman had some spunk that she chose not to show to the others, only to him. It was interesting, and Shigure couldn't help but be impressed. All while hiding her sassy inner monologue with a bright, unwavering smile.

"You can call me Shigure. Im Nineteen. Village is Takigakure. , if you wanted me to speak, you should have spoken first." Shigure took this sticky note and stuck it in his pants pocket. "Though, well played registration woman." Chuckling as he moved to the ladder, grasping the bar nearest to his chest, and began his ascend to another exam. Even though they all dawned a very different personality from each other, they all had one goal.

Orianna gave her own little chuckle about the stag party comment, it was probably the adrenaline rush finishing but she was starting to slow down her thoughts a little. Oh.. I'm sorry, I'm 20 and Snow isn't that bad, it's population may be a little sparse at times but we aren't as odd as most people assume. Though saying that, i'm not 100% sure on how to get Cairon up into the blimp. I think it may be best not to take him along if we are going to be up in the air. She looked around. Would it be possible for me to leave Cairon here at all? Should it be acceptable for her to leave her stag behind she would give it a hug good bye and enter into the blimp. She didn't really think about how awkward the exams could be.
