Observation
Rank: "E"
Skill: Skill
Effect: This skill focuses certain powers of observation - sight, smell, hearing, and touch.
Special: ---
Drawback: ---
Description: Can be learned by an Animal. A failed check indicates that the character is oblivious until the thing is pointed out to him. This skill is important for ferreting out advancing enemies or ambushes, generally real-time events and actions occurring, versus scrutiny, which covers static objects or areas. A Game Master may roll an Observation skill check for a Character any time there is an NPC, monster, event or happening that a character might notice, even if he did not specifically state that he is monitoring his surroundings. Characters are capable of noticing any event within their perception. Observation reveals only facts, not motivation. If user has 25 or more Ranks in Evidence Analysis user gains a Synergy Bonus +10 to Observation. Each time learned user gets 1 die roll to increase the skill.

Ryko immediately left the Mizukage's office and headed towards the clients house. He walked in front of a apartment complex finding a young guy in his early twenties with sandy blonde hair chilling on the patio. Ryko walked up to the guy casually."Hello i'm the ninja who has taken up your request." Ryko said relaxing his body a bit. Although he wasn't chasing a thief this would still prove useful for training at the least. "Oh really? Thanks mate, you see I was walking down a alley eating a apple with the letter in my other hand. Next thing I know I had lost it." Ryko continued to listened to the man as he told him what area he had lost the letter. Ryko.
Ryko nodded as he dashed of in to the distance. Ryko was stuck as he casully walked around the street he was on. The guy had said it was near some place with a fountain. From there it would be behind the fountain and that entire area would be a possibility as to where he would have dropped the mail. Ryko made his way until he came across a large fountain of with what seemed like a star. He zoomed in on it carefully hat faced towards him with inscribed words on it.
Realizing that must have been the front he headed past it surveying the area.
Ryko only saw three possible alleys in which in he could check so with a sigh he simply walked over to the first wanting to hurry up and complete this mission. After all he had better things to do than this. He needed to continue his training and complete 6 more missions after this one.
