Starting Process:
The self-proclaimed demi-god, Parrah Ulthrac, grew bored of the bards that tried to appease her. The legends that they sang about were perfectly amusing, but stories lacked the excitement of actual events. Seeking to entertain herself, Parrah began to explore the magic of dimensions. She delved into summoning rituals of all sorts, and looked far beyond the realm of heavens.
After years of development, Parrah Ulthrac created a technique to gaze into other worlds, copy their greatest forces of power, and recreate them in her world. She achieved a mythological summoning that reached anywhere she cared to look. The recreations were made to do her bidding, and she offered them only one command: Use your talents to lay waste to the world.
Parrah knew that, with a threat large enough, the world will defend itself. That fight for their lives was the amusement that she was searching for. From her hidden city, she watches the desperate survivors of the world. She smiled at the look of horror when her great violet portals brought in ludicrously powerful entities. She applauded when her summonings were defeated.
Parrah has no wish for the world itself to be in actual peril, so she pulls her summonings back out of existence when she grows bored.
Thus the world entered a new age, to face the Mythological Hunt.
The Kingdom of Nuadaha was a nation of giants. People of great size roamed the land, a dominated the world as the greatest species. This was a dimension under the rule of an Era of Humanity. They won the race of evolution in their realm.
The greatest of these giants were the Six Knights of Topaz, elite warriors who followed under the Topaz King.
The Sixth of Topaz is Edilis Rilem. He is a knight of chivalry, willing to put his code of honor before the sake of a guaranteed victory. For this reason, he is considered the easier knight to defeat, even though he is also one of the most skilled. When his form is summoned to the world, he stands still and waits for a challenger, despite the command of Parrah Ulthrac. Until his request for a duel is accepted, or he is attacked by a cowardly sort, he will remain stationed in place. His hands are upon the handle of a gigantic hammer.
The Fifth of Topaz is Gaen Wal. She is a fortress knight. Gaen boasts that nothing can strike beyond her upfront defense. The tower shields that she carries are made of reinforced topaz, and their transparency provides Gaen with the benefit of seeing through it when she guards herself. It is said that she had been able to block a gigantic meteor by herself, though no one was around to witness the event. Skeptics claimed that blocking a meteor with a shield doesn't actually help against the damage, but these cries of reason were promptly ignored.
The Fourth of Topaz is Aolon Veiza. He is the younger brother of Elsirdon Veiza. Unable to match even half the power of his older brother, Aolon's power instead comes from command. He is a strategic general, who holds the loyalty and respect of his own order of soldiers. While his men protect and fight for him, Aolon engages in the economy of the world, no matter what world he finds himself in. Trying to take him head on often results in a whole country turning on the assaulter. Aolon is the only Knight of Topaz that is best defeated by skill and diplomacy, rather than combat.
The Third of Topaz is Kell Rudis Novoilice. He is the scholar of the forests, and nature protects him deep into eternity. As long as Kell is among the trees, he is practically immortal. Some consider him more of a druid than a knight. To fight him, one has to face the pillars of the breathing world, as well as its furry dependents. Kell's power is so immense that, even if the forest he resides in is burned to the ground, he could summon a new forest with hardly much effort.
The Second of Topaz is Elsirdon Veiza. Elsirdon commands the power of two mighty swords, similar to two of the most powerful swords in Parrah's world. He wields them both with ease. There is one sword that takes away the power of those that face him, and another that destroys whatever he sets his eye upon. Add in Elsirdon's great resistance to most of the attacks that come his way, and many will see the reason why Elsirdon is one of the three most powerful of Nuadaha.
The First of Topaz is Iai Izmaiai. She practices the art of the sword. Her blue topaz katana is forged with a sharpness that is the envy of legendary blacksmiths. Speed and power are the core of her nature, yet there are times when her body practically fades from existence. Iai's signature swing, the Swing of Hell's Song, is said to be able to cut straight through Gaen Wal's shield.
The Topaz King, Peia Nuadaha, is the living storm. To be in his presence is to be within a hurricane, which is why his Knights of Topaz are needed to relay his mandates to the kingdom. Only the knights are powerful enough to remain in his presence without risk of death. When Peia flies across the world, everything below becomes shattered and blown flat. To his people, this King is truly a god among men. Only those that brave the storm may even glimpse him.
