In the dojo of the Inner Realm, the sensei sat quietly as he awaited the approach of a new set of students. Each had come to him looking for assistance, and hell, he figured why not have a three-way classroom. Students always worked well together, and they could each learn a thing or two from the other.
Sensei Hatake flipped casually through his manga book as he waited for the first...
It hadn't been long since Majid left the comfort of his new classroom under the tutelage of Ms. Ise. Konohagakure was much larger than the village he'd grown used to as a child. With its expansive size came the fear of being unnoticed as well as the thrill of exploration.
"What should I do now?" Majid said sheepishly to one of his classmates whom he'd been walking with.
"Well I mean, you said you like learning, right? There are some private tutors in that building across the road." The young boy pointed towards a well-crafted wooden building. There weren't any signs indicative of its purposes, though there were many different people walking through its plexiglass doors.
"Guess I'll go take a class! Wanna come?" Majid peered into his others eyes, his voice quivering with excitement. His friend shook his head horizontally before informing him of prior commitments he needed to attend to. The two shook hands before amicably parting ways. "See ya tomorrow!"
Majid sprinted across the brick pathway, gently pushing through a large crowd of people. His fingers clasped the edges of the door before prying them apart. Before he had the opportunity to observe his surroundings, the door shut behind him. Straight ahead of him, he vaguely identified the silhouette of another individual.
"Hello...? Sorry to disrupt your reading!" Majid's right arm instinctively arched backwards allowing him to scratch the top of his head. His fingers slid between large groups of silky smooth hair before discovering his scalp. "I heard there are supposed to be classes going on, but everyone's leaving...am I too late?"
The older shinobi lifted his gaze towards the open door as he heard the patter of feet within the hall. A student, no doubt---or at least a small adult, from what he could gauge from the footfall pattern. Once the form had been identified, Hatake slowly closed his shonen jump.
"Interesting.. you're here before the others. And I thought you'd be the late one." the sensei remained seated, eyeing the pupil for a while longer.
Finally, the jonin rose to his feet. He pat the collected dust from off of his black cloth pants and issued a smile in the direction of the boy; of course the cloth over his face masked the smile, but one could still tell from the way his eyes closed peacefully; an aura of friendliness also ebbed in the interim.
"I am Hatake.. and just that. What is your name -- what do you wish to learn here?"
The young boy eagerly approached the masked man; his body trembled with excitement. The thought of learning something novel and exciting coursed through his body, mirroring the blood being pumped by his cardiovascular system. His eyes twinkled as his pupils dilated.
"You thought I'd be late? I didn't even know I'd be coming!" Majid's finally found his position a few paces away from the sensei. He watched the man rise to his feet, swatting away the dust similarly to how we'd try and harvest mosquitoes from our skin. Hatake towered over the young boy, though he was neither frightened nor intimidated. The mask may have concealed half of his face, but Majid could sense that Hatake wasn't a threat.
"Hmmm...when it comes to knowing things, I want to know everything!" His voice remained enthusiastic. Due to the acoustics of the room, Majid's voice echoed for a moment before being silenced. Realizing that he was practically yelling, the boy apologized for his noisiness, "Sorry...I'm a little...too awake today... I'm Majid by the way!"

It was bright out as the sun shined down upon Konohagakure. It was a rather clear day at that. Though instead of being outside, enjoying it, he had a class to be at. As he thought about it, he was a tad late. He sighed as he found the place. He was wearing his usual attire, that being a black, pullover, sleeveless jacket with a collar just below the ears. Though it didn't circle all the way around, it instead cut off at the front and went down into a v neck while his hands were within his white cargo shorts. His bangs went down into his eyes only a bit.
He raised his hand, opening the door before walking in, piercing, coal colored oculars scanning around and the people within. His hand returned to his pocket. There was a soft sound of his black sandles upon he floor which raised a few inches up his ankles.
The jonin tapped his chin. Everything was a bit broad... he suggested to the newcomer, "What say you that you two should learn first, ninjutsu or taijutsu?" Curiously, sensei Hatake watched the pooling black sands, curious as to who this new child was.
