Description: Etched with copper wires, this leather glove has vibration sensitive disks in the fingertips that are each connected to a tiny bugle. When the activated fly fingers are pressed against a surface, the glove senses sound vibrations from the other side of the surface, amplifies them, and transmits them to the bugle. Most of these bugles are attached to headsets, piping the sound directly into the user’s ear, but the bugle can be detached from the headset if desired. Using clairaudient fly fingers allows the user to ignore some of the penalties associated with listening through solid objects. User can reduce the penalties by up to 25 per Technician's Craft Class Level. User must be touching the intervening wall or door to gain this bonus. By gently heating a liquid in the alembic for 1 hour, the device creates a few drops of harmless alchemical liquid. A Wall of Thorns is a barrier of very tough, pliable, tangled brush bearing needle-sharp thorns as long as a human's finger. Any creature forced into or attempt to move through a Wall of Thorns takes slashing damage per round equal to 25. The alchemist can make the wall as thin as 2 meters thick. This has no effect on the damage dealt by the thorns, but any creature attempting to break through takes that much less time to force its way through the barrier. Creatures can force their way slowly through the wall. The Wall of Thorn brush can be created up to 20 meters per Alchemy Mastery at the time of creation. This wall is identical to a Wall of Thorns Jutsu. The wall lasts for 90 minutes or until the command "wither" is spoken in Sylvan. The briar stone can be activated once per day.

Called the devil’s heart, this alchemical weapon is crafted on the slopes of an active volcano from freshly collected lava composed of Peridot. The lava is placed in a specially treated container filled with a special alchemical solution composed of several other minerals in a brine of salt water. This solution functions to immediately cool the outer portion of the molten Peridot, leaving its core molten. The shell is about the size of a pouch. When the devil’s heart is thrown, it explodes upon impact with the ground or other hard surface, throwing fire in an 8-meter radius. Description: Throughout the ages many people have tried to see into the future, to learn if a particular action or event will be for good or for ill. Diviners of all types, from palm readers to readers of chicken entrails have sought out future omens, but for many people the gem of insight is the most accurate method for divining the future. The gem of insight was discovered by accident. An unknown Alchemist had a small piece of mother of pearl, which was used as a worry stone. The Alchemist constantly rubbed the stone and produced a small oval depression. At some point the depression was worn to the right position where the gems natural Alchemical Properties was harnessed. The discovery and importance were not identified until many years later, but today skilled Alchemists are able to carve mother of pearl with the depression to release the Alchemical energy. To use the Gem of Insight a person must hold the gem in their hand and rub the stone with their thumb while thinking about the action or event for which they want to know the outcome. The Gem of Insight will not tell them the exact future, but it will tell the person if the action will be good or bad. If the action is good and bad the gem will tell the person this as well, and if the action is neither good nor bad it will tell the person nothing. The "telling" by the gem is a thought or feeling within the person and not an actual voice. The gem is not 100% accurate; it will give a meaningful response 90% of the time (A Game Master should roll secretly for the result). The Gem of Insight is only able to see about 30 minutes into the future. There is no limit to how many times a person can use the Gem of Insight.

For these people, the pearls true luster and Alchemy is only revealed in a seemingly flawed specimen. A pearl that has grown with 2 ovoid hemispheres that resembles a brain in shape allows the natural Alchemical properties to be harnessed. It is rare for a pearl to form naturally into this shape, and a highly specialized profession of culturing pearls to grow into this shape has cropped up.
