Between the Dunes (Training) (Open)

Isamu lay at the top of a dune soaking in the last rays of the day's sunshine. He was several days outside of Sunagakure and in the middle of what had the potential to be a long training trip. He had grown very powerful over the course of the past year and the news that this year's Chuunin Exams had been cancelled upset him greatly. This trip was a way of re-centering himself.

The sun slipped beneath the horizon sending the resplendent pinks into a somber hue. Isamu picked himself up and dusted the sand off his cloak and melody arm. He methodically checked over all of his equipment and strode off across the desert and into the night.

Isamu had spent nearly two weeks in the desert and it had done wonders for his abilities with the sand release and shadow perception but now it was time to return to the village. He checked his compass and map and turned towards the East leaving only tracks in the sand.
