One of the village elders has been in often contact with a merchant in the country. It has come to light that this merchant has supplied the corrupt elder with several resources to make the coup d'etat a reality, in exchange for the opportunity to sell drugs within Amegakure. The man is said to be holed up at the Pawned Prawn, an inn at the countryside, bordering the country of Hi no kuni. Investigate him; Verify that he does indeed supply wares of malicious content. Once verified, use any means to capture him. He must be brought back alive!
Description: Verify the criminal activity, then bring the target back alive! Being discovered before you uncover the truth results in mission failure.

The trio made their way across the countryside, a light drizzle overhead, or what was a light drizzle to Shinobi from the Hidden Rain. We have a different idea of what weather is, he thought. His gray jacket took the brunt of the rain but his hair was starting to get soaked. Some drops dripped down in front, but he didn't care. This is a good day. His butt bag was secured to his back, containing his ninja tools. His sword was there as well, just in case. Hopefully I won't be needing this, I'm not so good up front. His pack containing basic supplies and sustenance was slung over a shoulder.
They were making their way east across the fields, that much he knew. The objective bordered on the Land of Fire and there was only direction where it lay. They would need to confirm that their was in-fact criminal activity taking place first, and then their target was to be brought back to Amegakure alive. A difficult task, killing someone would have been infinitely easier, he looked around as he pondered it, we'll need to utilize subterfuge in order to get close to the mark. There will probably be fighting too, a guy like this probably has hired muscle.
Nakazo looked at Athena and Kode in turn as he spoke, "What do you guys think our approach to this should be? I'm thinking we could make use of the Henge no Jutsu as we near the Inn and we go in under false identities. We can analyze and confirm our target before we make our move." Being discovered would result in the mission failing, so it's crucial we do things as quiet as we can.

Description: A Light Weapon. These weapons do +1 Amour Points of Damage. The Range Increment of this weapon is 5 meters. A caltrop is a 4-pronged iron spike crafted so that one prong faces up no matter how the caltrop comes to rest. The user scatters caltrops on the ground in the hope that the opponent steps on them or at least forced to slow down to avoid them. 1 slot of caltrops cover an area 2 meter squared. Each time a creature moves into an area covered by caltrops or spends a round fighting while standing in an area, they may step on one. If the opponent steps on a caltrop the Caltrop deals 1 Armour Points of Damage, and the opponent's movements is reduced by 1/2 because its foot is wounded. This movement penalty lasts for 24 hours, or until the creature is treated with a First Aid: Healing Hard Check, or they are healed from minor wounds.
