Hitora sighed a bit as he felt like a failure, but then he remembered this was not an easy technique within a very hard elemental release. He then looked up at the sky and breathed in and out slowly, letting his mind collect itself as he thought a bit on how to go about correcting the technique. Though nothing came to him with much of an answer beyond keep trying. He had come this far, he was not going to let a little failure stop him from learning all of these techniques now. As he continued to breath, he made a decision on how to continue.
He then began to form his handseals, weaving them slowly but then speeding up to full combat speed the young man had already memorized them and figured that the prior failure was not due to any kind of handseal mistake. As he wove them he began to form in his mind the mental image once again, letting the various steps that would occur play out perfectly in his mind almost like it was a movie of some kind. Hitora was going to master these techniques if it was the last thing that he did.
As he formed the handseals, he began to mold his chakra, allowing the technique to slowly build up in his mind’s eye, his lava seal glowing the bright orange that it normally did. Hitora continued to think and imagine the technique he would be performing, he knew that he was going to get some lava rain this time but he was not sure just how much he would be able to get. Nevertheless, that was not going stop the young shinobi from finishing the technique and he was never going to stop trying his best with this tree of Jutsu.
Hitora then finished weaving his handseals and molding his chakra and began to push his chakra into the ground beneath him. As he pushed he could feel the ground shaking before suddenly a dark cloud belched from the volcano but this one was tinged with the orange of lava, though he was about to feel some sadness he watched as a short but harsh rain suddenly fell from the sky, about half a meter in diameter from the volcano. Smiling a bit Hitora felt his work becoming more and more clear to him as he continued to practice the technique.
This success bolstered his will and gave him a second breath to continue his training, though he could feel his tiredness setting in from lack of chakra, perhaps one more try then he would rest to let his chakra reserves replenish.
