It was approaching the end of the day. The sun was just an hour from setting on the horizon. On this sandy beach there was the constant crashing of 3-4 foot high waves from the ocean. Towards the land about 100 meters away was a forested clearing filled with palm trees and minor vegetation. Along the edge where the two Ninja would meet was a wooden dock with two small fishing boats attached via thick ropes to prevent them from drifting away. On the boats themselves were several knives, hooks and fishing gear inside of them. Wooden crates full of nails and other tools also were on the dock as if they were staged there for the next in bound boat.

Shiki was seated on one of these crates. Dressed in his normal brown leather duster and casual clothing he sat facing off the side of the dock facing towards the ocean. His boots, gauntlets, leggings and clothing all had a faint copper lining running along the edges of his clothing. In his lap was his notched long sword. Made of steel and finely sharpened, the blade gleamed in the tropic sun. His short white hair clashed like the clouds against the sea and his bright sapphire eyes gleamed like the sun on the deep ocean water beneath him. 

Inside his various pouches and pockets were all of his gear. (stuffs in my bio.)

A young gennin by the name of Odayakama Senshi had been at the shore of this beach enjoying the weather and the sandy beaches. She had been gathering shellfish along the beach that had washed up after the tide as she had a small container of crabs and another with a live lobster. What a merry day it was as now she would be able to have a wonderful meal later. She had been armed with all of her shinobi gear which consisted of two slots of Shuriken, a slot of Kunai. A slot of wire, a tiny scroll, a Katana standing 60 inches tall, and a slot of wire. For her choices of clothing she had worn two cloaks. One had been a standard cloak while the other had been one from Nijaushi village.

Her Kirigakure headband rested on her neck as it shined in the sunlight. It was truly a beautiful day as nothing could go wrong or so she hoped. Her long amber hair had been tied into a ponytail which had been shoulder length. Sitting along a large boulder near the middle of the beach, she lay witness to the boat along the ocean as it arrived. How odd, she hadn't noticed it before.

Shiki stood up from the dock and turned to see the youth walking along the beach. Shiki saw from her head band that the youth was from another ninja village. Shiki frowned as he straightened the ninja headband on his shoulder started taking a tentative step towards her. Sword already drawn and out at his right side in his dominant hand. His metal gauntlet were wrapped around his steel longsword. 

Shiki stood in front of her standing about 25 meters away. His body posture was clear. Come another step closer or there would be a fight. He was tasked with defending this box of tools until the next ship arrived. Shiki closed his eyes for a brief second and when he reopened them his sapphire eyes were surrounded by a square pattern of circular dots. He could feel all the metal and electromagnetic fields around him. The Kunai on her body, the Shuriken, the wire, the sword... Shiki looked at her with his eyes and attempted to shake her confidence.

"You better back the hell off kid if you know whats good for you..." Shiki said emphasizing the use of the word kid... Hopefully that worked.

A Venator receives a moral bonus on Sense Motive checks equal to 10 per Class Level. They say that just by looking into the eyes of a Venator they are able to strike fear into their targets. Those who see the eyes of a Venator and is within 30 meters of the user will have to make a save (10 + 2 per Class Level) or become Frightened for 1d4 rounds. If the user knows Discern Lies, they are also able to sense deception (actions that reveal evasions).
Limit: Must be a Venator.

Effect: Allows the user to manipulate electrostatics and electric charges.
Special: Rat, Dragon, Ram, Tiger, Monkey, Dog, Horse, Rabbit once per 5 turns.
Drawback: Objects must be visible. While actively using this ability, the user must remain perfectly still, and no other jutsu may be used while the user is attempting to manipulate charges. Only metallic objects or semi-metallic objects can be manipulated.
Description: Allows the user to manipulate and control electrostatic, which is by definition electricity at rest. This gives the user the ability to move around both positive and negative charges on objects, which, in the end, can result in the ability to either repel or attract objects to and from each other. It must be noted that this jutsu strictly follows the concept of the Conservation of Charges. That means that without influence, all charges within nature are balanced at zero. Only when acted upon do these charges change. This ability is a requirement for all members of the Kyoudo Clan. When the user first gains this ability, they have only the ability to affect one object at a time within five meters of their person. At maximum, the user may move 10% of an object’s positive or negative charges to another object. While actively using this ability, the user must remain perfectly still, and no other jutsu may be used while the user is attempting to manipulate charges. This penalty lasts for 1 minute per class level. A successful save makes the creature immune to the user's insults until the next encounter.

The man was hostile, this much was definate. As he stepped torwards her sword drawn, this was a sign of hostility. He had tried to shake her confidence in fighting him, as he called her a kid. The glare didn't frighten Senshi, but the words he said made her cringe. It was true, she was only ten and only a gennin at that. He was awfully rude to her for no real reason. She had come here to relax on break after all. If it was a fight he wanted, it was a fight he would receive. Senshi wasn't the strongest of fighters, but she was resourceful in several regards. The first thing she had done was hold her hands up. "G-Gomenosai. I'm here not to steal your things, but on vacation. Would you like some crab and lobster? I can cook some right now if you like."

The man might see Senshi as just a normal child who really was on vacation seeing she was gathering crab and lobster to begin with. However, deception was a Shinobi's greatest tool. Tipping her bucket slightly, she would reveal the squirming crab and single lobster squirming in their individual containers. She wanted to lure the man closer so that she may finish him easily. The child had smiled shyly as she was more than prepared for a confrontation. Her ninjutsu, and genjutsu would most likely not be enough for the man. "You must be hungry after a long ship ride no? I'm hungry too!"

That was a lie. The kid was good at it... but lying to a venator? That was his last mistake. Shiki gazed upon the kid in a way filled with so much contempt that his mere presence alone would have filled him with so much dread that he would unable to move. Shiki would swing his sword from his sheath and cleave at the kid across his midsection.

Description: Each round, the Venator concentrate on 1 target, who must be within the range of 7 meters plus 6 meters per Class Level. The user will know if the target deliberately and knowingly speaks a lie by discerning disturbances in its aura caused by lying. The Jutsu does not reveal the truth, uncover unintentional inaccuracies, or necessarily reveal evasions. Each round, the user may concentrate on a different target. User may concentrate on 2 targets per Class level higher than "D" Class. User is only able to perform this technique 4 times per Class Level a day.
Limit: Must be a Venator.

Strike Down the Liar

Effect: After noticing a person has lied after Discern Lies the Venator can strike down with mighty force.

Description: A Fear, Mind-Affecting Technique. 3 times per day by using Discern Lies on a target as well as Stern Gaze, the user is able to not only strike fear on the target, but also make the target become paralyzed in the fear in order to allow the user to strike down with great conviction. Those who see the eyes of a Venator and is within 30 meters of the user will have to make a save (10 + 2 per Class Level + User's knowledge of Impeccable Will) or become Frightened and Paralyzed for 1d4 rounds.
Limit: Must be a Venator. Must know Stern Gaze. Must know Discern Lies.

So 10+8class+2 IW.  

You will need to add your will resistance with this roll. So you get 1D20 + your will or you will be paralyzed from fear.
