Shiki smiled as they seemed to just stand there gawking at him. Shiki looked at them with a blaze of excitement. "My Turn." Shiki said plainly letting the words drip from his mouth as he started making a series of handseals. Shiki was a gifted ninjutsu and genjutsu specialist so his speed at which he could create handseals was insane to say the least. Shiki moved his fingers around in a speed that most of them couldn't even fathom. Shiki smiled at his speed and by how lost his opponents seemed to be regarding his speed with his jutsu. Shiki knew they couldn't keep up. 

Reaching out with both of his hands he shot his hands forwards releasing a powerful surge of chakra from his hands. Shiki created a powerful lighting net in his hands and spun around slapping it against the water ball that was coming up behind him. The net was powerful enough to break the projectile up into thousands and thousands of slightly electrified water droplets across his skin. While these lightning droplets might have burned or hurt a weaker person. Shiki had already a powerful resistance to lightning. Shiki spun around and watched as the hundreds of water droplets rained towards his opponents. 

Shiki felt his uniform become wet as the water covered his Gi and rained down in between him and his ninja. "A water user?" Shiki said with a bit of playfulness in his voice. Some one hand obviously not told the new comer some of the ground rules. But it was fun to play with something a little bit more fun. Shiki saw the electrified water rush towards his students in slow motion. Damn if only he could have moved more chakra into the water. Shiki smiled. Perhaps if he changed up a move he might be able to make it work similarly. 

Shiki made another lightning quick series of handseals and fired a stream of lightning through his finger tips towards the lightning bolts. As he did the thunderous lightning shoot out of his hands cutting through the air in an explosion of steam and ozone. The ribbon of lightning hit the first water droplet and then broke into six different ribbons of lightning. The criscrossing pattern of ribbons continued as the lighting shot through every conceivable direction through the falling water droplets. The ribbons attacked from all conceivable directions towards his students.  

Shiki smiled as the students stared at the jutsu with bright eyes. They had never seen this trick before. Shiki smiled as even this new student brought something new for them to train and practice on. Shiki watched as the ribbons of lightning covered them entirely and like a fly caught in a spiders web couldn't so much move as the criscrossing lighting prevented their movement. Shiki straightened his movement and stood up as he now had a captive audience. "The first rule of nature. The first rule of being a ninja. Is to adapt and overcome. Learn to make a disadvantage into an advantage."

"The first thing you need to do in every situation is to canalize the situation and variables present." Shiki release the lightning letting everyone fall to the floor. "STUDENTS GATHER UP." The students all chanted in affirmation and darted in a horse shoe formation in front of him. "Students I know not everyone here has the blessing of the blood. But that is no excuse to not sense and take in the room around you." Shiki stood in front of the class and focused his blood limit all around him. Raising all the metal objects in the room so that they were floating. 

"These metal practice disks can only move with our application of force on them." Shiki made one of the disks float over the floor in front of until it was at eye level with his kneeling students. "This is supposed to represent an incoming threat. Whether it is from an enemy ninja or a non ninja. This is supposed to represent an arrow or perhaps a fireball." Shiki let his blood limit take control over him and have the small small puck rotate around him as if it was orbiting him. "This regardless of what it is represents threat." 

Shiki looked over at the new student who was joining in on the fight. "Now we have some new students today. So will someone please tell me the first thing you should try and do when confronted with a threat coming towards you?" There was a silence for a while but some of his senior students stuck their hands up. Shiki smiled and looked at his senior student and chuckled. "I would hope you would know by now gentlemen." Shiki looked over at one of his younger Kyoudo students. Probably no more then 10 years old. 

"What do you think little one?" The kid looked up nervously and without much confidence. "I think... I think you would try and move out of the way master?" Shiki smiled and nodded at the kid. Shiki looked at all the students while they waited for his answer. "You are absolutely correct." Shiki said with a smile. "Now why do we want to try and dodge it instead of blocking it?" The room seemed a little bit stumped by this question as well. But once again his senior students kept their hands up almost itching to answer the question. 

Shiki looked over at one of his older students who had achieved the rank of bolt in the dojo. Shiki smiled as lightning bolt came crashing down towards the metal disk as he tried to move it forward. "Tell me why Hotto." Shiki said expecting a perfect answer. "Sir. Because it takes more energy to move out of the way than it does to stop the force of an attack." Shiki nodded and bowed to his student. "Momentum is hard to predict with an attack. But a good rule of thumb is that if your opponent sent it at you to kill you. It's best to move out of the way."

Post 4

Shiki held up the flat end of a disk rotating it so that the flat part of it was facing his students. Shiki moved it back and forwards at variable speeds. Shiki watched as his students examined the moving metal cog as it moved back and forth across the dojo floor. Shiki smiled as they looked on and took in his lessons of velocity and momentum in. Shiki moved the disk back and forwards explaining the relationship between speed and force. Even showing them the principles of surface area as the angle of the hit would move through the hitting and striking motions. 

Shiki ended the lesson by dismissing one of his most senior students to go and teach the class more basic taijutsu skills while he went off into the individual practice room to do some training of his own. Shiki found a lot of value in teaching but for some of his more difficult things he would be attempting Shiki was honestly risking his own life and death practicing with jutsu of this caliber. Having students around and other on lookers in this situation would be dangerous for all parties involved as Shiki would need his utmost protection and concentration. 

Shiki smiled as he stood in the dojo. He sat down and meditated on his training for a moment Shiki recalled the last time he fought against an agent of the Gale empire. As a great master had once told him. To master himself he would need to master the enemy. Shiki thought about his opponents and thought about how they moved  and how they acted and fought. The gale relied heavily on their gear to make up for their lack of practice in ninjutsu. They used lightning charged gauntlets and electrified batons that would stun a man and render him paralyzed.

Shiki remembered the scent of the ninja who squared off against him in their last skirmish. The batteries and gadgets that covered the the mans gear wear cumbersome making the gale much more sluggish than an average ninja. But in a slug fest with a ninja they would win trades blow for a blow. They hit harder and their strength was coming from their equipment. The only chance someone would have to beat them was to match every single swing they made with containing chakra. With the normal amount of lightning a ninja could put out being roughly a raiten no ken. 

Shiki had to imagine that in terms of power on a 0-100 scale the average amount of pure lightning energy that could be emitted from was roughly 20 points of pure lightning energy. Shiki realized that the average lightning shinobi would only be able to put out 10-20 points of raiten energies per each punch. Shiki thought about a way that he would be able to fight them clearly. Shiki would need to come up with a way to more skillfully dodge his opponents moves. Shiki smiled as he thought about how to outskill his opponents.

Rubbing his crusty eyes to get all of dust and gunk out. "God...I hate waking up at this ti--" As he said that, he looked up at sky, the sun was in the middle of the sky. "Shit. It's noon. It's too early for training right now!" He grunted in anger, he flipped his sleeping bag on him to block out the sunlight. He heard the chirping of birds of many types, mocking birds, humming birds, etc, etc. He sucked his teeth while sighing, "Fuck it. My lazy butt needs to start training again...It's been too long..." With effort, he escaped the bag and get out of it. His white hair was now long and more wild as it was leaning one side. He was shirtless with black, baggy pants that were sort of loose. "Time for me to get inside the Dojo so I can start doing my thing but what should I do first..." He said quietly. He began to packed his sleeping bag into his satchel so he could prepare to go out towards public.

After a hour or so of traveling, he finally made inside the Village of the Cloud. 'Been a good while, eh?' He thought to himself as he saw people of different shapes and sizes, children running around to old people talking about their affairs in life. Didn't really matter to Takeshi but it was still nice to see. He went up to one of the fruit stands where they were selling a outstanding amount of fruits and vegetables. A nice, young man(Maybe 17) greeted Takeshi. "Would you like to buy something?" Takeshi nodded his head as he reached in his pocket, pulling out a 25 Ryo and handed to him. He picked up 2 bananas and a strange, spikey green fruit, it felt very spikey and it kinda hurt to hold for a long time. He placed into his bag and walked away expect one banana as he ate it while walking to the temple.

Shiki thought about how his body would need to move and react to manipulate his form around his opponents attacks. There was a real art to learning how to dodge properly. Shiki remembered as he was getting ready for his next exercise. Shiki stood in the center of the dojo and made a quick series of handseals and summoned forwards two lightning clones. Shiki didn't really want to start jacking himself off about his own abilities here. But the only person who could really stand up against himself in this dojo was himself. Shiki gathered the chakra up and got ready. 

As the lightning was being formed to take shape. Shiki made the lighting take form by instructing the lightning how to move using only his hand seals to instruct the lightning on how to move and how to take shape. Shiki smiled as he released the jutsu and pulled the trigger on his jutsu. As he pulled the trigger on the jutsu there was a faint zap of lightning that filled the air as the smell of ozone filled the room. The lightning filled the room in the center of the training map. Suddenly there in front of him stood two exact replicas of himself. 

Shiki smiled and bowed to... erm himself and took a moment to examine his handy work. The lightning clones were just like him in every single possible way. They had his exact mannerisms and they looked, smelled and even spoke like him. Shiki squared off in a fighting stance and readied himself for a bit of combat with them. Stepping down into a tiger stance Shiki smiled as the first clone stepped down into a pheonix stance. The stance was another one of Shiki's favorites for combat but the attacks were always flashy for the most part. 

Shiki stepped forwards throwing his right foot forward feinting a kick to test his opponent. As he tested the swing he saw his opponent move slightly over and to his left. The fights with himself always tended to start like this. Where he would sort of tentatively throw swings at himself to see how the other would react. Part of the problem with being so dangerously lethal was that if someone made a small mistake, his self included it typically meant that the fight would be over in the time it took to make one small stupid mistake. Every small movement and minor adjustment mattered.  

Shiki spun around and threw a quick three punch combo at his clone who effortlessly parried the first swing and stepped into his attack throwing its elbow towards Shiki's chest. Shiki was forced to stop his second punch and throw his left hand over horizontally to cover over his chest. Shiki knocked the elbow to the side and stopped himself from being struck. This was the an eruption of static shock that went through his hand as he knocked the punch away. Shiki knew that he had a small opening here. Stepping inside his clones guard he got ready.

Shiki smiled as he knocked the elbow away and stepped inside his clones guard and opened his right fist into a tiger paw punch. Packing his fingers into a small striking platform Shiki threw a swing with his right fist into his opponents collar bone area. Shiki knew that this was the place to strike if you ever wanted to end a fight quickly in a fist fight. This is barring the throat of the eyes of course. The point of this strike would be to hopefully incapacitate the clone by breaking the area on its collar bone such that he would be able to hopefully prevent his opponent from using his arm. 

But the lightning clone was much quicker then Shiki gave him credit for. As the lightning clone was getting his arm knocked away he was already going through the motions to prevent himself being knocked out of the fight so early. As Shiki came around with his swing his opponent swung around and knocked him around to the floor by twisting on his heel. As the heel collided with Shiki he fell to the floor hitting the mat with a resounding thud. Rotating on the mat he spun around bringing his heel around into a swing to take him down to the mat as well. 

The heel hooked around the lightning clones leg and as he did he spun his leg forcing his leg into a lock. The clone came crashing to the mat but as he did the clone wove a quick series of hand seals and tried to bring the lightning down in his fist in a lightning usage called lightning no ken jutsu. Shiki moved his head to the right and twisted his body to stop the lightning from destroying that pretty mug of his that he enjoyed so much. Shiki gritted his teeth and watched as the lightning hit the mat spreading a cacophony of force along the ground. 

Shiki watched as the sparks erupted off the floor and the wood on the floor was cracked and splintered as the lightning arced from his hand to the floor. Shiki rotated his body so he wrapped his legs around the clone's waist putting himself into a full guard. Shiki flexed his abs and forced his torso to extend all the way to prevent his clone from being able to get a full advantage on him. The last thing he needed was to get his face beat in by a likeness of himself. Shiki smiled despite all the difficulty of the fight against himself. 

But in a sense he really enjoyed this type of fight. More then just training something he was actually fighting himself. Beyond the metaphorical implications that should be fairly obvious. Shiki enjoyed seeing just how skillful he had become. There was no real good way for one to measure his vessel aside from testing his vessel against himself. Shiki grunted as the tried to hold off the attacks of his lightning clone. The clone raised his dominant hand to bring his handbag down on his face. Shiki raised his hands up into a cross block to catch it.

Shiki felt the force of his lightning clones strike resonate through his arms as he preformed the cross block. He could feel the lightning as it came coursing through his arms. Rather then try and absorb this chakra he figured that it was best for him to simply tank this hit and save his lightning mastery charges for later on in the fight where such a thing would actually mater. Taking the power out of his lightning clones, lightning fist right now would prevent him from potentially stopping a much larger caliber jutsu later. Shiki was going to have to tank the hit then.

As the blows connected Shiki could feel the hair on his arms stand up and his muscles give small spasms from the lightning that came coursing through his body. Shiki was born storm touched so he was born with a natural resistance to lightning. Shiki was significantly less damaged then he would have been if it wasn't for his innate resistances. Shiki grunted as the force came through his arms. He smiled and twisted his hand around twisting at his wrist. As he did he grabbed the right hand of the lightning clone with his wrist. Rotating his shoulder blades on the ground. 

As he did he pulled his right arm down pulling the lightning clones wrist down with him. The clone was suddenly displaced as they were thrown across Shiki's body. Shiki had to play with his short game. Shiki twisted his left hand free of the cross block and spun around with his left hand. Shiki brought his left hand across and placed it on his clones elbow. Controlling the clones arm with his wrist and his elbow Shiki went into a roll across the mat. As he landed he twisted his body around and put his weight to pressure on his clones locked arm. 

Shiki rolled his body on top of his opponents arm and felt the satisfying snap of his arm as he broke it at the faucet. Shiki rolled on the arm and continued the roll until he was now on his clones back. Shiki put his hand down on the back of the nape of his neck and grabbed the clone by the collar. Shiki raised his hands over his head and brought them crashing down on his clones head. Shiki was pulled down into a blood lust at this moment. Shiki brought his fist down into the back of his clones head watching as the collision caused sparks. 

Shiki watched the sparks and lighting arc from his hand as the clones head came into contact with his fist. The clones head moved the inch off the ground and hit the floor of the mat. Shiki kept up his vicious onslaught bringing fist after fist down on his head. Shiki had lost all the calm demeanor that was present on his face whenever he was instructing. Now the only thing present on his face was the wolfish grin of someone who had captured a target and who took pleasure in making a kill. Shiki raised his hands over his head again.

Shiki raised his fist once more and drove it into the clones head over and over with his hits picking up in intensity and speed as he started to get more and more caught up in his target. Shiki always had to deal with this dualism inside of him. Half of him was always a calm collected and analytical individual. But a lot of him really enjoyed this... Shiki's fist finally broke through his clones skull and his body turned into pure lightning energy. Shiki focused on his lightning mastery and reabsorbed the lightning as it moved through his body and up his arm.

Shiki felt the surge of energy move through his body in a powerful connection between body and voltage. The lightning coursed up his hand using his veins and muscle as a highway to his heart. Normally this lightning was roughly the same amount of damage that a high voltage slave collar would be able to put out when it was turned on its lethal setting. Though that voltage was generally directed towards the brain. This voltage had longer to travel which meant that it would cause way more damage to nerves in the arm and generally along the skin. 

But it wasn't going to travel directly to the nervous system. Which in and of itself was a good thing. Shiki let the lightning course through his body and re purposed his own lightning from the clone back into his body. The lightning coursed through him and re invigorated his body and the aches in his muscles. Slowly his body seemed to recover from some of the aches and bruises that filled his endurance. Shiki stood back up from the mat and looked over at the remaining lightning clone. The clone was waiting patiently to begin. 

The clone raised up his hand and put a closed fist into his open palm and bowed towards Shiki. Shiki took a moment to catch his breath and as he bowed and readied himself for the next part of his training. As the clone readied his fists into a turtle stance Shiki started to ready his body to go on the offense again. Shiki wanted to see what really was his optimum edge. The Tiger stance or his Turtle stance. Shiki leaped through the air swinging his fist around with a massive back spin with his right hand. The punch came around and was easily blocked.

Shiki felt his hand get blocked as the lightning clone stopped the swing with just a quick jab with its blocked stance prevented his back swing entirely. Shiki smiled and stepped around rotating himself so that he was striking at his opponents side. As he turned he spun around readying himself for a tiger punch. As the punch was released around to his side the clone oriented his body once again to block the punch. Shiki through a round house kick as he tried to catch the clone off balance. This time the clone was ready and spun around and blocked again.

The clone was playing a lot more reserved this time around then the last one Shiki fought. Apparently they had learned their lessons from the last fight. Shiki squared off and raised his hands in front of his face removing the martial arts stance in its entirety. This time around Shiki was dropping into a boxers stance getting ready to engage the target with his hands and feet as striking points rather then taking the fight down to the mat again. Shiki squared off in a western stance and stepped forwards with his left foot forward simply to stomp the foot down on the mat.

The goal was to see if his opponent would move to try and see how his nerves were holding up relative to Shiki's. The clone didn't even flinch. Shiki smiled as he turned the foot that stomped into a fulcrum point for him to swing around and twist his body around. As he did he drug his right leg around behind him. As he did he spun around on his foot and jumped in the air as he spun around. The kick spun around with the strength of an axe and came with a velocity to his opponents blind spot. He tried to block the hit but it was too late. The hook kick caught him in the neck and and destroyed him.

Shiki dusted himself off from the fight and moved out of the dojo and moved over into the training room dedicated to the first Kyoudo. Entering the room Shiki looked up at the painting and looked at the depiction of the cloud Jonnin standing over the caldera of Kumogakure and Shiki moved over to the liquor cabinet at the end of the room. Shiki was always one to find nothing more refreshing then a nice stiff drink after a long day of training. Pouring himself a finger or two. 

A finger or two meaning about two or three 'shots' worth into a glass. Shiki swirled the drink around several times and took a sip savoring the woody flavor that was present in the alcohol. He looked at the picture and looked at every single brush stroke. Shiki looked at the painting and was drawn into just how closely he resembled his ancestor. The sapphire eyes, the bright blood limit present on his face, the bright white hair that swept back across his face in the wind. 

"I can only imagine what you went through." Shiki said looking at the painting and speaking quietly to himself. "The first Kyoudo born to the oracle..." Shiki knew the legends and had seen the visions and read the hidden codex that were at the deep heart of the Kyoudo ruins. "The Oracle was recognized as the ancient master of ninjutsu by almost every major settlement in the ninja world. The developer of the Tenkai. The master who developed the art of sealing ninjutsu inside of containers. 

This man was more then that. He was the progenitor of lightning jutsu. People considered him the first user of lightning ninjutsu and if not the first one to use it he was the first to master it in such a capacity. So much so that his very essence became infused with lightning. Upon giving birth to his first and only son he was born more god then man. A baby with a pale face and a red marks on his face. With hair as white as the driven snow and a blood filled with lightning. 

The wife was so beside herself that she had given birth to a baby that was cursed that she walked out and abandoned the child and her husband. The boy grew up to become Kyoudo Naranka the first Kyoudo and bearer of the blood. Shiki looked at the paintings face and focused on the eyes of the man once again. "I wonder what my legacy will be." Shiki said as he looked over at the painting. "Will people speak of me as the person who brought our clan back from the brink?"

Shiki looked at the painting and looked at the armor that the first lightning lord was wearing. It was a faint blueish color that was said to have been forged by the oracle himself. The metal that was made from was called stormium by todays smiths. But back then it was called storm metal. The ornate armor was the birth right of Kyoudo Naraka from his father. But as the clan was disbanded the armor was lost forever when Kyoudo Naraka fell in battle. The ancient armor was probably lost, destroyed or melted down. 

Shiki recalled his long climb up the mountain to find the kyoudo settlement that he had searched so long and hard for. The cool wind rushed through the mouth of this mountain valley. The cold wind seemed to cut through the layers and layers of clothing that clung to his body. The wind and cold seemed to act as hooks against his face as he pushed further and further up the side of the cliff side. With every gentle gust more of his body heat was pulled away from him as he toiled up the mountain side. Every movement he made had to be oh so careful as he tucked his climbing gear into the crevice that led up the mountain.

Every inch needed to be fought for with his time, his patience and his attention. The smallest mistake could cause him to fall losing hours of progress and in the worse case even his life. Grabbing the rope and making sure the not was good he tapped the metal post into a place in the crevice and hammered it in further with his climbing tool. Once it was in he would give it a few tugs to make sure that it was secured as he made his way up. Once it was set he could use the peg as a foot hold and a place to tie off his rope.

All of this was done to get himself another eight inches up the mountains edge. The process was slow but if he rushed it made him more prone to make mistakes. Every once in awhile he would afford himself a look down just to examine the floor underneath him. He could see where he started from all the leagues below him. He was proud of himself for seeing just how far he had climbed. All the effort was there, but it also gave him a painful reminder of just how far he would fall should he lose his grip. He took another deep breath and took in that cool mountain air around him.

It chilled his lungs and gave him that sense of clarity as his body seemed to move of its own accord. He could see the snow covered caps on the mountain's peak above him, the small sun that seemed to shrink as it rushed towards the horizon line. He wouldn’t have much daylight left. Once the light was gone he would have to work all this by flashlight. The darkness would make identifying ice on the rocks all the more tricky. Even still, he had never seen the clouds this close before. He could almost touch them.

Shiki looked at the sky above him and with every inch of exertion that he pushed himself on he moved further and further up the mountains face. There was a gorgeous cry of a mountain hawk came swinging around the edge of the cliffs summit. Shiki looked at the golden hawk as it soared around hm. Shiki wasn't sure why the hawk was there. If it was simply curious as to Shiki's existence or if it was watching the strange animal that was so determined to kill itself by falling off the cliffs face.

Shiki watched the eagle and imagined how it must feel here unburdened by the weight of his packs and soaring on the up welling of the wind around him.  Shiki felt the cool wind whip against his face pulling the the heat from his face and numbing his skin. Shiki smiled as he felt a new wave of motivation course through him. A level of determination that spread through his body and mind. Perhaps he couldn't fly like the mountain hawk. But he could certainly reach it's heights. 

Shiki smiled as he pulled himself up along the crack through the winding scar that cut through the top of the towering cliff face above him. Shiki put his leg on foot hold after foot hold. Making sure that each out cropping on the rock was secured and tight before he made his movement to the top of the mountains cliff side. Finally the end of the cliff was so close he could almost taste it. He was right there... Just a few... More.... feet. Shiki's muscles were cramping up and his adrenaline started to spike. 

Finally with one last push with a bit of extra exertions Shiki raised himself to the edge of the cliff. Finally he made it to the top of the snowy platform and rolled himself to the top of the icy embankment and looked around at the pale white snow that covered everything around him. It was the same color as his pale skin and his snow white hair. Shiki smiled as he looked over all around him and just took a moment to let the air back into his lungs. For just a moment he sat there taking in the air around him letting the icy frost fill his lungs.

Shiki was feeling the numbness on his body shift into a dull ache as his skin was finally recovering some of its feeling as he took in his deep breaths. As he took in more and more air he could still feel his body ache as the air was so thin that his muscles had still been fatigued the the lack of any sort of real blood flow. Shiki took in another deep breath and looked around the snow bank for just a moment letting the peaceful scenery around him settle in around him.

Post 4

Shiki sat amidst the snow and took in the total stillness of this peak. So high that the wind itself no longer seemed to reach any longer. There was a silence that seemed to permeate all exorbitance around him as he sat there on his perch on the mountain. Shiki looked around and just sat there for a few minutes letting the cold creep up inside of him. Shiki gathered some chakra and started to form some lightning inside of his body. As he did he pushed the lightning through and around his skin warming his muscles and bones. 

The small and faint humming of electricity coursed through his body melting all the ice and snow on his person. At first Shiki was chilled even further as the ice melted into a cold water on his skin. But the lightning's heat eventually caused the water to evaporate from his body and his clothing and the water slowly dissipated off of his clothing as a warm steam. His clothing wasn't so much heated as it was simply dried out but even still Shiki suddenly felt himself in a state of total bliss. 

The warmth moved through his frozen bones and warmed his nerves that were in his body. The tingling in his body subsided and returned to a warm status that filled his body with a warm cozy feeling in front of a fire. Shiki turned and kept facing the mountain itself. He did not want to afford himself a look to the valley below until he had made it to the peak of the mountain. but this point right here on the mountain was the perfect place for someone to sit down and do some meditation. 

Shiki started gathering his chakra and focusing on the area around him and simply took in the beauty and the stillness around him. For so much of Shiki's life he had been in a constant state of turmoil and conflict inside of himself. But Shiki used this moment to try and find a way to make himself understand and focus on the stillness on his body. He tried so hard to quell the storm inside of him and make it more like the scenery that surrounded him. Trying to find that inner peace that his instructors always wanted to find during their training. 

Shiki was someone who understood what it meant to be still. Even then... Sometimes he knew what it meant to be calm. But the one thing Shiki never understood was the concept of being at peace. Shiki was a storm born and that was more then just a title. There was always some deep emotion or trouble that was brewing inside of him. Shiki focused on the stillness around him and felt the heat from his body that was filling the air around him and trying to warm the entire mountain around him.

Shiki smiled as the stillness around him tried to calm the moving storm that was inside of his body. It was a bit of a trick wasn't it? To try and calm ones self down. It was a losing battle and Shiki knew it. But he looked at the frosted tip of the mountain and focused on the ground around him and focused on his self internalization. Shiki looked at the earth around him as he focused on the earth twisting and stirring around him. He could feel the magnetic pull of the earths poles around him calling at him through the air all around him. 

Shiki smiled as the young lighting lord closed his eyes and focused on the calling of his blood limit. Almost without his own activation the powers of his bloodlimit came alive around him. Shiki smiled as he opened his eyes and he felt the polarity of the magnetic field all around him. Shiki could feel the entire earth underneath him at this peak of the planet. He felt at one with the earths magnetic pull around him. Shiki kept his eyes closed and could feel his power amplified around him. 

Down at the bottom of the mountain Shiki could feel the drawl of the earths magnetic and gravitational pull that seemed to call him down to his soul leading to the very core of the earth. Across the horizon Shiki could feel the longing of the polarity of the earth around him. Like two lovers seeking each others embrace they chased across the sky. Shiki looked up at the wild blue heavens above him and he saw the aurora of the magnetic spectrum that shot itself across the blue skies above. Shiki watched in amazement.

This is why he came right here. There was not a more magnetic powerhouse on the planet then the natural magnetic pull of the planet itself. It was so strong that Shiki was able to see them across the skies themselves. The range of his blood limit was great. Stronger then any other living kyoudo on the planet. But the one thing that Shiki could not do that the great kyoudo Naranka was able to master his distance of the blood limit that he has able to look and see the streaks in the sky from his station on the ground. 

Shiki sat there and watched the sky shift and move under the twisting and turning of the earth. Shiki watched the earth shift around him and examined the sky for the remainder of the day. As he watched the sky twist and change in colors he thought about how the relation of his magnetism would change and reflect with the skies above. Shiki thought about the sky changing with the changing of the rotation of the earth. Shiki smiled as he closed his eyes and slowly felt himself becoming one with this divine magnetism.

Ikana Miyamoto was at a state where she was a little lost with all of this. She wasn’t an official member of the Dojo yet but she was entranced at the advanced training methods that the master was showing. He was the same man who had accompanied her on the mission but he seemed preoccupied at the moment. She shyly approached one of the students and tapped him on the shoulder. One of the older students. “Gomen, but would you mind training with me a little bit and teaching me the ropes?” The student shrugged and nodded. “I guess. Whatever helps.” Ikana had grinned brightly and had lead the student away from the group somewhere to a blank part of the training area. “Let’s train with weapons sir!”

The boy raised his eyebrow as Ikana quickly and swiftly reached under her cloak to pull out her Wakizashi and her Katana, one in either hand as she was trying to do it as efficiently as possible. She was always having problems with pulling out her weapons really fast seeing she wasn’t used to them but now she was getting better at it. She still wasn’t fully used to pulling out her weapons with fast efficiency, but she was learning little bit little. “Alright...I’m ready I think.” The boy in front of her had pulled out dual batons made from metal which interested Ikana quite a bit and at fast speed. She tried to observe what he did so that she could subtly see how he could do so with practiced ease.

She decided to practice sheathing and drawing while in the middle of their spar which might not be the smartest thing to do, but it would faster and better get her body attuned to doing such a thing. She made the first move by leaning inward and slamming her katana down overhead only for the student to sidestep, and swing with a baton clanging against her wakizashi. Flipping her katana and sheathing it after catching it, she had leaped and slammed her short blade down against both batons as the student then pushed outward to repel her. It was certainly getting interesting.

Drawing her Katana, she tossed the Wakizashi before sheathing it in her smaller sheath under her cloak and quickly drawing it. “What are you doing right now? That’s really weird.” Ikana had smiled and shrugged with an innocent grin as she resumed stance and spun the blades once in her hands. She was drawing the weapons a little bit faster each time although at this stage it still felt incredibly awkward to be doing so. She still needed to get used to the feel of these weapons seeing she’s had very little practice with them. Therefore, there was no better time than the present to be practicing drawing and sheathing those swords of hers especially when she was training with another person.

She rushed at the training partner as at this time, he was prepared for her assaults with those batons of his as he began to twirl them around his arms. That made Ikana stop and circle around him, considering her options as she sheathed her Wakizashi with her left hand and drew it again, before flipping it once. She began to brandish her katana as she then charged while aiming a downward slash with her Katana. In reality, it was a feint as she quickly pulled back and did a flip aiming to slash her Wakizashi down on him. He at that moment blocked with batons before they again were encircling together again.

Shiki stood there in his dojo for a moment and started to look through all of his old outfits and clothing articles that he had found over his time in the Senri househould. Shiki looked through all of his effects and noticed the hundred of different types of clothing and effects that he had inside of his wardrobe. Shiki looked around and examined all the different types of clothing that were inside his wardrobe. Shiki looked through several hats and outfits. Shiki smiled and grabbed a jacket out of it. 

Shiki looked at the jacket and looked at every piece of the of the stitching and the threading of the black jacket. Shiki ran his fingers across the cotton and examined the material and how the fabric looked in the light. Shiki flipped on another light on the side of the room and flooded with light as he held up the jacket. Shiki looked at the threading and how the light still seemed to gleam off of the black threading. Shiki moved the fabric aside and put it up on a massive dressing rack. 

Reaching back inside his closet looking for a different material he realized that if he was truly going to start getting himself to the point where he was going to be able get into subterfuge if he was going to be creeping around in the dark. He wasn't going to be able to just walk around with his chain mail and his leather armors all the time. Sometimes he would need to bring things that would let him blend in just a bit to avoid being noticed by all sorts of beasts and hoodlums that Shiki just couldn't have chasing him. 

Shiki moved into the closet and thats when he found the object that he needed the most. Pulling out a velvet hanger he found a black silk turtleneck. Shiki smiled and ran his fingers across the soft silk outfit. It was soft to the touch and felt cold against his skin. Shiki smiled as he set the outfit aside. His spy costume was coming together grabbing a pair of black canvas acu style pants Shiki set those aside next to his mid shine high combat boots. Shiki put the gear over to soak in the light. 

There was a beautiful moment as the clothing actually appeared to get darker on the silk as the light hit the black. The material seemed to absorb the light forcing the light from escaping the material. Shiki smiled as he set aside his outfit for future use. That was going to be an exciting instance for him when he got back to going out on another field operation. Shiki smiled at how he was able to pull of tactical as well as stylish. Shiki smiled as he started thinking about what outfit to pick next.
