Effect: With words a Venator can make their opponents surrender or leave an encounter.
Special: ---
Drawback: ---
Description: User can by combining the gifts of their silver tongue and mystical gives, convince an opponent to surrender or flee the area permanently without taking movements. Opponents receive a Will Save 10 + 2 per Class Level + User's Impeccable Will to negate this effect. User can use this ability once per Combat encounter but it is only considered used if the user successfully convince the opponent to surrender or flee via the use of this technique. Limit: Must be a Venator. Must know Solo Tactics.
Shiki's mind was distracted as he thought about what had just happened with those two venatores in the clearing back there. Shiki never really enjoyed taking a human life. It was something he would do without a second thought when he was pressed against it or when he was ordered to. But there was something off putting about having the option to taking someones life and making the conscious decision to reach out and just end another persons life.
Shiki took a deep breath. What if he found a way to force his opponents to surrender or walk away. Maybe the problem wasn't that he was taking lives by giving them a choice. In a sense by leaving them to their own devices Shiki was dooming them. By giving them the option to live or die he was letting them make the decision. It was forcing them to make the call between making the smart choice or the futile one.
If Shiki wanted to let someone live he would have to give them one choice and one choice alone. He would need to not let them have the chance to mess up. Shiki would need to use his chakra to remove all chance of them making the wrong choice ever again. Shiki would use his powers as one that would bring order to this world of chaos. He would strike fear into the hearts of men and beast alike.
He would make them fear even the thought of raising a weapon against him. Those that were weak would never consider themselves his equal. Those that were weak would look at him and would be turned away from ever even trying to fight him. No not just turned away. Shiki gritted his teeth as he thought through it. I need to make them have more then just an aversion to fighting me. I need them to see me as hell itself. They need to think that the only chance they would ever have to live...
The ONLY chance they would have to live would be to run away and abandon whatever they were hoping to accomplish in this place. They would disregard every single that that they wanted to accomplish in the futile hopes that they would escape Shiki's judgement. They would either need to run or throw themselves at Shiki's feet and beg that he spared them. This would make his role as a bringing of order something more tangible. Something more... Powerful.
