Pattern Perception
Rank: "C"
Skill: GenJutsu
Effect: Jutsu allows the user to perform Pattern Perceptions.
Special: ---
Drawback: ---
Description: Patterns, like Figments and Glamours, produce sensory impressions, and everyone within range perceives the same thing. Patterns contain an additional, mind-affecting element, and they can cause real, physiological effects. All patterns are Mind-Affecting Jutsus. While everyone sees a color spray, only some of those within the cone actually deal with its effects. Note: that a particular sense is required for patterns to have an effect. Sightless creatures ignore Color Spray, for instance. If you want multiple subjects to be affected by what they see, and you do not care if everyone perceives it happening, pattern might be a good choice.
Limit: ---
0/10
The duchess had not been able to kill another knight just yet. The knight was learning from the past mistake of his predecessor. It was time to step it up a little, she thought. Since as long as she could remember, she had a natural gift with hypnoses. Basically when she looked too long at someones eyes, they usually experienced unwanted effects. The ones she was thinking in her head right at that moment. The duchess switched her blade points, she looked carefully into the mans helmet, there was some space between the hole and mans eyes that she couldn't see into it. Hmm, this might take a while to get right. she thought for herself.
Both of them traded some more blows, always deflecting them. She was having a harder time with this knight than the other, it was true now she was alone dueling it. Both of her arms were beginning to get tired, it was much harder to raise them and felt heavier even-though the blades were weightless. When she could lock her eyes with him, she would while thinking of putting him into a daze, a kind of a trance where she could use his moment of lapse for her own gain, which was to decapitate him. For some reason her gazes weren't working on him. This could be another indication he wasn't a human but just some sort of a zombie, undead like the rest.
The knight did was now trying a new approach to fighting her, his blows were more technical than just power blows. He perhaps knew he couldn't get her simply just from being stronger. His footing has become faster too, if he kept this up she will really have a disadvantage. She intentionally locked his blade in a way that would let her to gaze into his helmet holes. Perhaps he will get caught after all.
