Tsukiko arrived in the small coastal town of Nipamayok fairly quickly. Since leaving the village, she had spent a great deal of time attempting to calm her nerves. She had done several missions in the past, but something about this mission in general gave her an eerie feeling she just couldn't shake. Arriving in the small town had done nothing to assuage her fears. The clear night skies shed the full moons light over the town, but there was not even the slightest bit of observable activity. There was a palpable tension in the air, a pressure she could almost feel weighing down on her.
The long shadows offered her plenty of concealment. Her outfit allowed her to blend into the shadows seamlessly. It was a simple reproduction of an outfit she wore a lot around the village, except devoid of any color besides black. Black gloves covered her hands, thin enough to allow her to handle her weapons and not diminish her sense of touch. Thick enough to offer her some respite from the cold autumn winds of Yuki which would've stung her fingers. Her forearms were covered in fishnet mesh, with her upper arms and torso covered in two layers of black robes. A black cotton sash covered her midsection and secured the robes tightly to her body. The robes stretched midway down her thighs, wit black spandex running underneath them to her knees. She wore black boots that ran up to her knees, with black straps tightened at the very top. On top of everything, she wore a black hooded cloak that ran down to her ankles.
Clinging to the shadows, Tsu ran a quick inventory of the weapons and items she had brought with her. Her butt bag was stocked to the brim. 32 caltrops, 57 senbon, 15 large marbles, 30 shuriken, 2 kunai, 3 glass cutters, 3 fragmentation grenades, 2 incendiary grenades and 1 soldier pill. Closing the butt bag, Tsukiko ran her hands through the interior pockets of her cloak. Hidden within it's folds she had 3 stun grenades, 3 smoke grenades, 2 kunai, 15 large marbles and 6 blood clotting pills. Around her neck were ski goggles equipped with x-ray and substance locator visions. Satisfied her tiny armory intact, Tsukiko brought her attention back to the village.
Tsukiko focused a small burst of chakra to her eyes, activating the latent abilities within them. Her eyes turned a violet hue, miniature storms visible in them. Tsu took the Ski goggles around her neck and placed them over her eyes. She needed to run reconnaissance on the surrounding area. The people of the village were either all in their homes, or gathered elsewhere outside of the village. Pushing a small button on the side of the googles, Tsu activated the x-ray capability. Focusing her now extended range of vision due to her bloodline, and utilizing the x-ray capabilities of her goggles, Tsukiko began to scan the village for any abnormalities.
She honestly had no idea what she was looking for, but she knew if something stood out she would find it. Tsukiko shifted from shadow to shadow within the village, stopping in the natural concealment each time to look over the area around her, and to scope out the next area of concealment she was moving towards. The houses in the village were all dark, which Tsu thought was suspicious. There was a dock nearby, she thought would be a great starting place and she began the process of staying hidden while moving in that general direction.

O-Dai Ryuugan (Honorable Dragon Eye)
Rank: "A"
Skill: Ninjutsu
Effect: The power of the Ryuugan Doujutsu is unleashed, allowing the user to see the elements of Lightning, Air, and Water up to a certain distance and increase general seeing distance of one's eyes.
Special: Handseals
Drawback: Cannot see out of natural line of sight, takes a negligible amount of Chakra to maintain. Cannot pierce Genjutsu.
Description: The final stage of the Kazeraikou Doujutsu forces a temporary change of the user's eyes. The iris and pupil of the eye become one and change to a color decided at the first awakening depending on their mood. The color is like a cloud and swirls around the user's eye when looking around. Small lines of white will flash across the eyes like lightning bolts and continually do so as long as the eye is active. The glowing continues and on top allows for the eyes to slightly even light up in their respective color. With the Final stage of the Ryuugan Doujutsu unleashed, it allows the user to see the elements of Lightning, Air, and Water within one's viewing parameters. One's natural sight is also enhanced giving the capability of 8x zoom capabilities. The user sees the elements as three new, vibrant, and opaque colors that mesh perfectly with their normal vision, giving the user the ability to see the three elements without hindering their normal vision in the slightest. Of course normal vision can hinder this special sight, as the user cannot see through walls or other things as normal. Once the user reaches C Rank they no longer have to do handseals to activate the eyes.
Limit: Must be a Kazeraikou, must have Raiton, Fuuton, Suiton releases. Must have Ryuugan
Observation x1 8/125
Rank: "E"
Skill: Skill
Effect: This skill focuses certain powers of observation - sight, smell, hearing, and touch.
Special: ---
Drawback: ---
Description: Can be learned by an Animal. A failed check indicates that the character is oblivious until the thing is pointed out to him. This skill is important for ferreting out advancing enemies or ambushes, generally real-time events and actions occurring, versus scrutiny, which covers static objects or areas. A Game Master may roll an Observation skill check for a Character any time there is an NPC, monster, event or happening that a character might notice, even if he did not specifically state that he is monitoring his surroundings. Characters are capable of noticing any event within their perception. Observation reveals only facts, not motivation. If user has 25 or more Ranks in Evidence Analysis user gains a Synergy Bonus +10 to Observation. Each time learned user gets 1 die roll to increase the skill.
Limit: ---
