Raiton – Sousagatakoushi no Jutsu (Thunder Style – Laser Storm Technique)

Skill: Ninjutsu
Effect: Summons a powerful thunder storm that emits thick, blasting bolts capable of tearing through even the strongest of earth and metal. Best of all, it can follow a general target once locked at high speeds, similar to a taimaster, and does not stop until the user cancels the target out.
Special: ‘Handseals’ – Hold ‘Ox’
Drawback: Consumes a handsome amount of chakra. Can only be used three times per thread. Does not discriminate between friend or foe. Requires the user to hold the ‘ox’ seal while in use. Requires one turn to summon the storm.
Description: After the necessary handseals are created, a strong thunderstorm descends from the skies, darkening the clouds and inciting a cold air about. Quickly after, a powerful thick lightning bolt descends in the form of a straight, constant flowing thunder beam. Light blue in nature, it’s radius spans forty meters in a circular, spherical pattern, and its constant output can destroy even the hardest of surfaces. Excellent for a raiton user to use whenever faced with large obstacles or foes. The user guides the bolt whilst holding the ‘ox’ seal, and must keep eye contact at all times with whatever it is they wish to target.

‘Suke appeared into the area, his eyes gazing along the horizon of the middle of the desert zone. He himself only knew a few things here and there to really work on while at the same time he made sure to keep his kids at a structured frame. With a steady idea he now moved onwards to a cave, his eyes looking at it as he smiled and set the two kids into the cave while having some steady idea about things. He himself steadied his kids into the simple and single place of interest while now focusing his sights on creating a new field of knowledge.
This new field of knowledge just so happened to be that of his training escort, the lightning release to which he could train ever so well with while at the same time keeping the kids entertained while inside the cave for the time being. His fingers twirling around as he circled chakra within the circle to let tiny sparks shine. What he was doing was merely condensing the limited lightning chakra for the time being all while also picturing it into a larger more extravagant circle of lightning that arcs about and produces a laser show of sorts.
For his kids they enjoyed it with glee, ‘Suke himself finding their enjoyment of his technique to be ever more useful to him as he only smiled and wafted a generous amount of muse for such a thing as he smiled happily. The power of his technique was quite low for now, just incase an arc did slip past his control as it were. He right now focused on maintaining that spin of electrical current to entertain his children while the mouth of the cave was wide and open with air coming and going. The sand outside easily enough spewing out the dark dampness that was the general consensus of the air.
He himself gripped his hand closed and extinguished the lightning and thus the light inside the cave with his eyes looking around calmly inside. His ears listening as the children clapped and the sound of drips were heard from water at one of the caves many caverns. He now twirled his finger yet again to generate the lightning once more with a steady and generous amount of power as it lit up the air once more and thus the cave was lit like an electrical current though fluorescent bulbs. ‘Suke was pleased with this as he only smiled and continued to please his kids with such tricks.
The cave was cavernous, the light dim from the lightning chakra ‘Suke produced for two young two year old twins. ‘Suke himself dressed in a dark robe of a shihokusho and his hakama over it while having a rain village headband around his head. His waist held a white sash and under his clothing was a kunai holster with eight kunai and a summoning scroll of medical goods. On his waist was a sword named Kyuushi but aside from this nothing really could be told about the seven foot five inch giant with lightning arcing around himself.

Drawback: This reserve of chakra can only be used toward clan techniques, and is the first amount of chakra the user expends during battle. The user generates a “chakra well” once per day. Outside techniques, substances or buffs, such as “Solider Pills”, cannot be used to further increase this amount. This set amount, and will not stack with preceding days.
Description: With their unique body type, and constant use of chakra, the Masamune clan has adapted to the constraints of continuous chakra consumption. Known as a “Chakra Well” the Masamune clan is granted a reserve of chakra to be used for their techniques. This is an innate reserve of chakra dedicated to clan abilities, used to compensate for the continuous demand of chakra from said abilities. All clan members are granted the extra chakra based on their specialist type. This is a reflection on their body’s demands for spiritual energy; which gives them a set amount. The user is granted a single “S-ranked” amount of chakra PLUS an additional “B-ranked” amount of chakra if the user is a ninjutsu non-specialists, a “A-ranked” amount of chakra if the user is a ninjutsu specialists or a “S-ranked” amount of chakra if the user is a ninjutsu master. For example, a ninjutsu non-specialist is granted a single "B-ranked" plus a "S-ranked" amount of chakra. This reserve allows the user to last longer during fights, where their bodies would demand the extra amounts of chakra or be spend toward a single powerful attack, which will not end up devastating the user's chakra reserves completely.

Effect: Grants the user the ability to emit powerful electromagnetic fields.

Drawback: An area where a Katon base flame persists, that is of greater value than the rank of this technique, creates a "dead zone" within the polarity field: an area where no magnetic field persists until the source is removed.
Description: By channeling and transforming their nature release, and using their iron rich bodies as a catalyst, the user is capable of projecting a electromagnetic field in the shape of a sphere. While at the center of this sphere, the user is granted the power of magnetic attraction and/or repulsion of varying degrees. Unlike simple magnetic fields, which contains a north and south pole, the complex field created by the clan can have these poles shifted as a collective whole, or parts and sections. Multiple objects that can be magnetically influenced with this technique are capable of moving omnidirectional while within the sphere. Additional hand seals will grant the user an assortment of technique; satetsu (iron sand) being the most prominent and trademark of the roster. When first learned, the user can project this sphere up to 25 meters away from their body. This increases by another 25 for every rank thereafter, with 100 meters distance gained as a S-ranked technique. Relearning this techniques as a B-ranked technique nets the user an additional 10 meters until they reach the hard cap of 200 meters. Alone, this technique does not consume much chakra to cast.

Description: A Venator is no longer bounded by using a Judgment while in Combat. Combatless Judgment have a set duration of 2 rounds per Class Level. Combatless Judgment must follow all other rules of the normal judgment rules. Each time it is taken, the user increases their effective level when determining the bonus of 1 specific judgment.

Description: The skills Observation, Disable Device, Forgery, and Lockpicking gain +5 and the user gains a +1 per Die roll. Next they also gain the ability to increases the speed of progress when crafting items. When determining the progress of work on an item, add +5 per Class Level to the skill when Crafting. The user can use one of any of the Artisan techniques in conjunction with item creation with no extra cost in time, or effort. So they can choose to add one Hidden Meaning, Fool’s Prerogative, or a Tame the Savage Breast ability to any item for free. Lastly the user also gains a +10 to their Appraisal and Skills to Decipher Scrolls, and also may learn Skill Focus on a different area of Craft to their primary one. The user may also learn Artisan Skill Bonus, Mastercraft, and all other Artisan Techniques in this second craft as much as in their first.

If given a Basic Component for their art, they can spend an hour and hone them into implements that will grant a +10 circumstance bonus to the user's skill. If given Masterwork Component for their trade, they can use the same customization process to allow them to grant +15 circumstance bonus for their own use, though the tools in question will still only grant the normal bonuses to other individuals. For every additional quality the room will grant a +5 bonus while using the Component, giving a +30 for a Perfected Component.

Still need 8 hours of restful calm in order to restore chakra and Armour Points even if you have a lesser sleep requirement to stay refreshed.
