[Ryutatsu "Sakurai Sword"]

Name: Helping the fashion king.
Rank: “C” Rank.
IIC Length: 2 days.
Difficulty: Moderate.
People required: 1-2 Genins or 1 Chuunin/Jounin with up to 2 Genins.
Objective: Assist a designer during the fashion event.
Description: One of the leading fashion designers in Kumogakure named Kazuo Fuyutsuki has asked for help. Two of his best assistants unfortunately can’t assist him during a fashion event due to their grandfather’s funeral. Fuyutsuki has requested the Raikage to send a couple shinobis to help him. Your job will be quite varied. You may be asked to do everything from dressing models to protect Fuyutsuki while he goes from A to B. If your RP is good, you can choose a non-shinobi clothing article such as a pair of brand shoes or a high-end watch.
Reward: 9,000 ryo for decent RP, 10,500 ryo for good RP. Shinobis only. A free non-shinobi clothing article can be given if your RP is good (GM discretion).

Ryutatsu made it to the entry way of a great building that was the home and shop of the famous Kazuo Fuyutsuki. He was there because ofnthe request for Shinobi help and his Kage said it would be good for Ryutatsu to act as this man's bodyguard for a bit. Ryutatsu had no serious feelings on this and decided to go ahead decided to do the mission.

Ryutatsu was in his traditional clothes and tactical vest full of his metal weapons. In his hands was a finely made Katana from his home dojo in a metal scabbard. In his vest pouches he had his ryo, his kunai, his knives, some caltrops, some marbles, and a whole lot of shurikens of many types. He bulged in some places with all the metal.

Metal was Ryutatsu's friend and abilities are based off it. He may be young but he was big for his age. Because of his size and abilities he was both strong and fast. Speed was his forte when it came to techniques but he didn't lack strength in any measure.

He didn't know what he was getting into with this fashion king. Ryutatsu wasn't the fashion type of person, serviceable was a term was used more often with him. His own clothes were in excellent shape and looked fine on him. He was to be a representative of the Kage.

The look on Ryutatsu's face was serious as he took his duty. For the few down times he had in his pockets his almanac and encyclopedia. He was alert as he arrived. He was going to protect this man for that was his duty as a village shinobi.

A man in his 30's dressed in black appeared from behind the counter. "May I help you?" inquired the man in a somewhat nasal voice. He was apparently one of the head staff members here.
The shop itself did not have a huge selection, but it was all top notch in terms of quality. It was clear that Fuyutsuki was quite a seasoned designer.

Ryutatsu's quick eyes took in the collection of wares with a disinterested look. He wasn't the fashion kind of person but he looked to make sure their wasn't any nasty surprises waiting for him as he made his way to the man in black that appeared to be about thirty. He walked up slowly to the man with a professional look of a young Shinobi.

He responded to the older man with his professional voice. " Sir I am here to answer the request the owner of this establishment gave the Kage. May I see Kazuo Fuyutsuki to see how I can be of assistance to him?" He was in uncertain territory but he knew his craft and figured the one who requested shinobi assistance would know what he wanted out of the help.

He had an air of patience around him as he waited for the man's response, and He wasn't distracted very much by all the merchandise in the shop for he was here on a mission not to shop.

The older male raised his eyebrows as the boy approached him. "Sir, I am here to answer the request the owner of this establishment gave the Kage. May I see Kazuo Fuyutsuki to see how I can be of assistance to him?" inquired Ryutatsu.
The clerk then remembered the request he had sent to the Raikage tower. 'Was he really everything they could spare?' pondered the guy as he looked at the smaller male.

"One moment please" told the inky-haired man before he went to the back room. Some murmurs were heard for a minute or so. The clerk returned together with an older guy in smart clothes. "May I see your ID please?" inquired the older man.

The guy in smart clothes was indeed the designer. But he knew that there were many who would pretend they were his friends. Especially at missions like these.
He could see why his assistant was sceptical. The shinobi in front of him looked like he was a supersized eight to nine year old child.

Ryutatsu produced his academy graduate identification that he had received as part of his parting paperwork. He had no problem proving who he was though interestingly enough his identification said he was raised or at least from the Country of Wind. He was indeed an unusual kind of Village Hidden in the Clouds Shinobi. But he had all the right paperwork saying who he was.

He even produced the signed slip from the receptionist putting him on this particular mission for the Kage. " Here you go, sir. Everything is in order." His expression and posture were fairly neutral, he was young but he was determined to present the best professional image to his client. His eyes wondered every now and then to make sure that he had clear lines to all points of entry or egress, that his lines of approached were not blocked. 

He was in a state out of habit he drilled himself for to observe and be aware of his surroundings for information pertaining to his mission. He was pretty sure whatever this guy needed a bodyguard for wouldn't be so bold to do it inside the town of shinobi, but one never knew and it pays to be careful.

"Here you go, sir. Everything is in order." told the boy as he showcased his ID. The shop assistant as well as his boss studied the papers closely.
The papers seemed legit plus that he had a headband. "All right then, come with me please" told Kazuo.

He would follow him to the back room. "I am Fuyutsuki Kazuo. I needed a body guard since my assistants have called in sick today.
We're first going to deliver some packages to my client Sayu Fujioka. Then, you need to help me measure some of her models" informed the man.

The designer would then hand Ryutatsu a backpacker. Inside was a box that looked suspiciously like a shoebox. "Follow me and stay alert" told the male as they left the shop.
He would walk down the street at a normal pace. But it did not take long for the first problem to arrive.

"HOLY KAMI! THAT'S KAZUO-SAN!" squealed two loud girly voices. A pair of teenage girls were running towards the designer with an eager look in their eyes.
Neither of them had headbands or any shinobi equipment on them. How would the Genin react?

Ryutatsu retrieved his identification from the man and his assistant. He shouldered the backpack and shrugged as he carried it while walking beside his client. The bag wasn't heavy to him so it wasn't a problem for him at all. This was bit of a cake walk mission so Ryutatsu thought at least until the two teenage girls scream and rushed at his client. This was a shock to Ryutatsu that girls would even do this at all.

Ryutatsu reacted very quickly to the incoming threat. The threat level was low coming from two teenage girls that didn't wear Shinobi garb or have head bands but one couldn't be too careful. So Ryutatsu interposed himself between the girls and his client, then stuck his hand with the sword in a scabbard out in a blocking gesture. He was placing it as a physical barrier to approaching his client.

"Halt, and identify yourselves. You are to only approach with permission from Mr. Fuyutsuki. Failure to obey may result in physical harm. " Ryutatsu's voice was firm and steady as he stare down the girls. He was paying attention to any clues to their further movements as to block them from his client. They may not be threats but they also could be more then they appear and he wasn't going to take chances.

The man took a step back as the boy stepped into the way. "Halt, and identify yourselves. You are to only approach with permission from Mr. Fuyutsuki. Failure to obey may result in physical harm." stated Ryutatsu. Both of the girls widened their eyes when they saw the male shinobi.

"We're sorry! We didn't knew that" said the older looking of the two. The duo ran away quickly, seemingly ashamed of what had happened.
"Thank you" replied Kazuo in a low voice. They would continue walking until they reached a building that had a number of photographs at display.

The older male would enter the building, expecting the Genin to follow. "Hello! I'm so happy you could come" greeted a woman who stood in the middle of the spacious room.
The only furniture in there was a table, some chairs, a counter plus some magnificent photos that hung at the wall.

"Happy to meet you Fujioka-san. This young boy here is my assistant for the day. His name is Ryutatsu.
He should be able to help you out with the models" informed the designer. "Nice to meet you - my name is Fujioka Sayu" greeted Sayu in a semi-polite voice.

She would usher him into a room at the back. Three women dressed in tights and a T-shirt were talking with one another.
"All right girls, you know the drill. We're going to measure your waist as well as your hips" told the female. The models nodded while they lined up.

"Here you go Ryutatsu-kun. Please be a bit careful. Those three girls are Kaishin models - they may freeze you unintentionally" warned the photographer.
She then handed him a measurement tape that was about four feet long. This should get interesting.

Ryutatsu gave a head bow of greeting to Fujioka Sayu. " Nice to meet you as well, ma'am." He accepted the measuring tape from her and then looked at the models with a embarrassed expression on his face. He shook himself and then schooled his features into a professional mask. His youth had given him away for a moment but he was determined to be considered a Shinobi first and young not at all.

Ryutatsu's eyes flashed bright as white spots appeared in them. He did the hand seals that released his blood line trait of controlling metallic objects and latched on with his mind the ends of the measuring tape. The measuring tape had little metal ends that were perfect for the kid to use to measure the models without having to touch them. The tape started to float as the two ends were manipulated.

Ryutatsu called out to the first model that needed measurements. "Please Step forward to get measured. Please move any excess garments out of the way during the measurements. The tape will wrap around the measured parts and I will record the measurements. If you have any complaints or comments please let me know." With that the flying measurement tape went towards the first model as he grabbed a pad of paper to record with and a writing utensil. 

He repeated the process with each model one by one. When he was done he handed the notes and material back to the original woman. "Here you go ma'am."

It appeared as if this kid had a trick up his sleeve. His eyes changed after he did some handseals. But what he did next surprised the trio a little bit.
The measurement tape floated in the air as they were held by an invisible person. Chiyo was the first model to step forwards.

"Please step forward to get measured. Please move any excess garments out of the way during the measurements. The tape will wrap around the measured parts and I will record the measurements.
If you have any complaints or comments, please let me know." informed Ryutatsu. The female removed her sweater as the measurement tape wrapped around her waist.

'Good thing I put on a camisole today' thought the bluenette as the measurement tape wrapped itself around her waist. Noriko went second while Yukiko went last.
The small male then went back to the studio with the measurements. "Here you go ma'am." told the Genin as he gave a surprised Sayu the measurements.

Her ash brown eyes studied the numbers intently. "Thank Kami - the measurements are spot on. Thank you" said the woman.
"We have one more thing to do. I want you to escort me to the city center for an interview" informed the man.

When they were about to walk out the door, a cameraman plus a journalist crossed the street. They were approaching the studio with normal speed. Both of them were adults that appeared to be healthy.
What would the boy do to get rid of those? It was highly unlikely that they were going to leave when he revealed he was a shinobi.

Ryutatsu had an idea in mind when he saw the duo coming for his client. He held a hand up to his client signaling that he should hang back out of sight. And then Ryutatsu headed out of the building with a false smile on his face and greeted the two. Ryutatsu figured his best chance with the two would be to distract the two with truth as he knew it that would be a better story than a haggard Designer.

"Greetings, news people. Its good I ran into you two. I heard that Shiki Senri of that cooking show has just came back from his travels with a bag full of dangerous snakes. If you want to catch him I would head to the Kage's place to get him before he takes off again." Ryutatsu was the picture of a helpful youngster. He was using the truth to distract the duo away from his client for dangerous would be good news story.

Besides Shiki Senri was somewhat of a celebrity himself with his own cooking show and always being on the road even for a genin. Ryutatsu thought sense Shiki was a monster hunter with exotic tales and creature the news would like to pay more attention to him then someone they could always pen down in his own shop.

Neither the cameraman or the photograph slowed down as they approached the duo. "Greetings, news people. It's good I ran into you two. I heard that Shiki Senri of that cooking show has just came back from his travels with a bag full of dangerous snakes.
If you want to catch him I would head to the Kage's place to get him before he takes off again." informed the male.

"No offense kid, but we're not interested in that. We want to talk with Fuyutsuki-san about his new line" told the man. Being a shinobi did not help much when you were only eight years old.
Adults were a bit thick that way - not taking kids seriously because they were kids. The woman turned her attention to the man.

"So, could you please tell us why you've chosen Fujioka-san as your photographer? I don't think you've cooperated with her earlier" inquired the bluenette. She was looking at the older male while her partner was aiming his camera at him.
Maybe the boy should take advantage of their technology in some way. They needed it if they wanted to get their interview and footage after all.

Ryutatsu bristled at being ignored by the adults of this village. He was a shinobi of the village but he was prepared for that. He started throwing together handseals together as his eyes flashed bright as his blood limit was released into his chakra. The white dots appeared in his pupils and his emerald eyes gained a mischievous glint in them. He smirked as he focused on the reporter's and the Cameraman's equipment.

He knew at his level he could only affect the magnetic potential of four pieces of equipment on the two assailants of his client. His first target was the cameraman's camera, video quality would degrade immediately as the magnetic field gained strength. The second target was the reporter's microphone to disrupt the sound quality as well. Ryutatsu then for the kick of it also chose a second item on each of them to make magnetic. 

Belt buckles, pens, and other small objects would be good targets. He would increase their fields until it was pulled out of their hands and off their person to become a pile between them. This wasn't the first time he pulled this trick but he was trying to be nice the first time. "Ladies and Gentlemen, It looks like your equipment needs servicing. Mr. Fuyutsuki lets go while they figure themselves out. "

"Hey, what's going on!?" exclaimed the man as he noticed the movie quality drop quite a bit. There was nothing but static on it. His female partner noticed that the sound in the microphone had gone as well.
What happened next surprised them too. The cameraman saw his belt fall down to the ground while the woman felt her jewelry being tugged off.

"Ladies and gentlemen, it looks like your equipment needs servicing. Mr. Fuyutsuki, let's go while they figure themselves out." told the boy. The older male wasted no time in getting away from the duo.
"We need to turn at the right here" informed Kazuo as they reached a large supermarket. He would turn right and expected the boy to follow suit.

It took maybe five minutes of walking until they reached the newspaper building. The lobby looked quite modern with an Asian twist to it. "Come with me please. You probably need to get a visitor's card" told the man. He would then walk towards the lobby.

"Excuse me. I'm here to meet one of the journalists. I believe his name was Fujioka. I need a visitor's card for my body guard as well" informed the designer while looking at the guy behind the counter.
"That looks about right...here you go" told the clerk as he handed them the visitor cards.

"Fujioka-san should be ready in ten minutes. You can go up to the third floor. His office is located at the left side next to the toilets" informed the man.
He thought it was a bit odd that a small boy would act as a bodyguard. But maybe he was a shinobi or someone who used a disguise for protection.

Ryutatsu just followed his client quietly like a good bodyguard or assistant for the day. He really didn't have much to comment on as they went to this journalist. His job was to follow orders and to protect this man from physical threats and that was what Ryutatsu had planned. While he followed though he played with his Blood limit as to see what he could observe with it.

Ryutatsu wasn't being super obvious about what he was doing now that their was no visible threat. He just practiced his patience and keep an sharp eye for anything that could endanger his client. All he senses were straining for any signs of danger or disquiet that would be a signal of something is wrong.

It took only ten minutes until the journalist showed up. He was a middle aged man with short gray hair plus a pair of brown eyes. "Nice to meet you again Fuyutsuki-san" greeted the male.
"Nice to see you too Fujioka-san. Ryutatsu-kun, why don't you wait here while I do the interview?" told Kazuo while looking at his body guard.

"It won't take long. I have only twenty minutes to spare" informed the gray-haired man while looking at the younger male. If he did not disagree, the duo would go to his office to do the interview.
The interview was finished about twenty minutes later. "Thank you so much Fujioka-san" said the man after exiting the office.

"No problem Fuyutsuki-san" replied the journalist. The designer then walked back to Ryutatsu with a smile at his face. "I'm going back to my studio now. It's just two blocks away, so I should manage. I want you to give this to your boss so you can get your money first" told the male after signing a slip.

"Now - I don't make children's clothes sadly. But I think maybe your wrist could be large enough for one of the watches in my collections. So please come to my shop in a week so we can give you one.
I think you did an excellent job despite your young age" stated Kazuo. He then gave him a voucher of some sort that had a watch on it.

Ryutatsu bowed his head and thanked the fashion guy. He stuffed his voucher into one of his many pockets. He appeared to disappear but he stayed an watched over the man until he got back to hos shop just to be sure. He then left for the tower post haste with a grin on his face.
