Shenjie felt his need to travel arising once again as he desired to train in more harsh enviroments, to find a place where he could really practice his harsh style of martial arts without harming other people or perhaps find somewhere where he could really test his limits to the fullest extent. This idea of finding himself indicated that he was going to continue his warrior’s journey on beyond his home, off into what would be known as his finding of self even more so then it already was as he wore only his Gi and carried his staff on his person. His rope Muay Thai hand wraps were tied around his hands and his mixed appearance gave him a strange feel as he wore an overcoat over his Gi. It was definitely time for him to develop into a much more cultured and learned young man as he would venture out into the world to teach the concept of passive martial arts and the inner power of the gates as he continued to learn about such things himself knowing that he would need more and more power to keep competing with the strong opponents he would have to fight, godric eventually being one of them he was sure. With that in mind he set off towards the land of stone, just south of the land of earth.

Shenjie had gained an excellent amount of knowledge from training in the land of stone; however his next expedition called, as was the life of a vaylist. He began to travel, choosing to make his way to the land of snow, as his destiny seemed to be calling him there. Why? Shenjie was unsure; however something from the frozen land enticed him, not to mention he was beginning to enjoy the much colder weather that the winter brought. It was going to be a long journey; however that being said Shenjie was ready having packed food and water for a few days as well as an extra set of cloths in his messenger bag. Shenjie was set for the road as he began running hoping to make it to the land of snow.

The cool sea breeze blew on Shenjie's exposed nose as he pulled his winter scarf up to his face. He had spent the past few hours loading up the barge he had agreed to board as he plotted his course to the land of hotsprings. It was going to be a long journey, but for the most part he was prepared. It had been a while since he had been on a ship, but his excellent balance always kept him from seasickness. As he placed the last crate of what smelled like an exotic tea of some sort, he sat down in the hull, resting a moment as he could hear the gangplank being lifted. He was skillful enough to know when that they were doing such things, as he had hyper senses. Regardless as the ship left port, he decided to take a short nap before going up to the main deck for the rest of their journey.
