Shiki walked into the small forested arena. He was looking forward to this fight. It had been a long time coming. Shiki kept his blade Thanatos close to his side that was still studded with all his magical gems. Shiki also had a chest rig that was filled with 2 slots of explosive tags, 1 slot of acid tags, 2 slots of senbon, 4 slots of kunai. He wore two gauntlets but the gauntlet on his left arm had and extendable claw blade that could come out of his gauntlet on command. His metal grieves clung to his thighs and the small 6 meter spool of wire hung in his but bag along with his grenades and spare hunting knife.

Any Successful save against this effect renders the target immune to this effect from this item ever again. It looks like a traditional broad sword, only that the craftsmanship is otherworldly. There are also 5 slots on the Blade where harness gems could be place. on in the pommel of the blade, 1 on either side of the sword where the blade meets the hilt. And then 2 more on the edges of the hilt itself.

Description: Jewelers are always after the perfect pearl, a flawless sphere that is the perfection of the oysters toil. While a perfect pearl may fetch a kingly sum, Alchemists and others who harness the natural Alchemical properties from gems and minerals will scoff at such a perfect specimen. For these people, the pearls true luster and Alchemy is only revealed in a seemingly flawed specimen. A pearl that has grown with 2 ovoid hemispheres that resembles a brain in shape allows the natural Alchemical properties to be harnessed. It is rare for a pearl to form naturally into this shape, and a highly specialized profession of culturing pearls to grow into this shape has cropped up. Even with growing cultured pearls, the chance of successfully growing a gem of the wise is slim. It requires a well-crafted seed to be prepared and then placed inside the oyster. After several years the oyster is opened and only then will the culture know if they were successful. The pearls natural Alchemical properties is released in a properly grown pearl. Holding or wearing the pearl improves the wearer’s intuition and strengthens their willpower. The bearer receives a +25 competence bonus to Sense Motive skill checks and a +4 competence bonus to Will saves.

Effect: A harnessed Gem allowing the holder to rain down bolts of lightning against their opponents.

Description: The emerald has long been prized as a gemstone, valued for its deep green color. The druids have a long and rich Alchemical history and they were the first to discover the alchemical potential locked away within the emerald. Since its discovery, the lightning gem has become a powerful weapon. When an emerald is cut into the shape of a six-pointed star the gems Alchemy is harnessed. From that point on, a person can use the lightning gem 3 times per day to call forth bolts of lightning from the sky. The bolt of lightning flashes down in a vertical stroke at whatever target point the user chooses within 240 meters of the user's position. A maximum of 15 bolts can be called down over a 1-minute period, one bolt called per round. Each bolt is 2 meters wide and 10 meters long and deals 30 Armour Points of damage. If the lightning gem is used outside in stormy weather (a rain shower, clouds and wind, hot and cloudy conditions, or even a tornado) each bolt deals 50 Armour Points of damage instead. The lightning gem can be used to call lightning bolts indoors and underground, but not underwater.

Such a large forest, Amira thought to herself as she let her muscle relax, her beige BDU uniform covering her body, her hair would have been tied back, but alas she wore a white cloth over her head and had her matching beige sungakure headband around her head, making it clear that she meant business. She sore her standard tactical flak vest over her torso and had her knife leg holster upon her leg. She held 4 kunai knives in the leg holster and 20 explosive tags, along with 20 sealing tags. She kept her other kunai upon her flak vest, one upon her back just above her butt pack; the handle facing towards her left hand specifically for CQC. She had the other knife in her butt pack along with 20 meters of wire, 20 more explosive tags, 2 stun grenades, 1 smoke grenade, and a few other things like her hair tie and a spare set of boot strings for her combat boots that she was currently wearing. She also held 5 ice tags, 5 fire tags, and 1 frag grenade in her pouch. Her flak vest had three pouches each fitted with 15 Bo shuriken, her preferred type. With her gear pretty well set out, Amira faced her opponent, which seemed to be Shiki.

“Shiki, I told you it would come to this if you didn’t join me and my village.” She said, her exhale chilling the air a bit as she knew exactly what she was up against, and knew that Shiki held no reserves. The Sun was just rising, as Amira was to the east of Shiki, The sun casting long drawing Shadows towards Shiki, extending not only her own, but that of the trees. Amira remained very aware of these shadows as well as the temperature around her body as it was her main weapon. They were indeed surrounded by trees, her current position just east of Shiki about 10 meters. There was thick brush and brambles, piles of fallen trees and lumbers that could be used to avoid attacks or perhaps make pursuit harder if she had to run just to her right shoulder about 3 meters, She knew that this was going to be a tough fight, as Shiki was a venator just like she was. Looking towards his chest, making sure not to make eye contact, Amira watched his body letting her mist fill the air as she needed to be aware of his movements, planning to use her ability of prediction to stay posted on his moves. “I hope you made the right choice Amira muttered quietly to herself remaining ready as their battle was about to begin.

Shiki smiled and realized this was the time to buff up. If he was going to have a moment of peace where he was going to actually get ready he would need to do it now. Making a quick series of handseals Shiki cast an enchantment on himself which increased his speed. As he did he felt his body's speed pick up drastically. (+3 movements) He continued with the buffs giving himself a small peptalk with his chakra. With his hands around Thanatos he could feel the energy coursing through his body making him move even faster. (+2 movements.) As Shiki moved he made another series of handsigns that coursed electricity through his body and activated his blood limit. As Shiki traveled down the center of the map he made one last very complicated series of handseals as he slowly altered his visage to become one with the shadows around him. As he moved he would just passed the opposite end of the river bank inside of some brush by the end of the round about 40 meters out from Amira's starting point.

Drawback: One can only use this ability if it is in the range of their own electrostatic field. Only useful if one has trained Kyori Keiko a number of times. All manipulation of sensed objects is still, of course, limited by the other Kyoudo techniques.
Description: Normally one can only use their Sutatikku Nagare ability on objects they can see. However with much training and experience eventually a member of the Kyoudo become so attuned with their static field that they can 'feel' objects around them. All objects in nature carry an electrical charge even if it's at zero. An experienced Kyoudo can sense such things and manipulate them as long as it is within their own static field. This grants the user the ability of complete static awareness in their field. This is directly correlated to the amount of times one has learned Kyori Keiko (Distance Training).

Description: A training method designed to be used in conjunction with Sutatikku Nagare, this ability allows the user the capability of manipulating charges at a faster rate in order to more quickly polarize an object. The percentile rates work in a manner of seconds, meaning that if the user has not learned this ability, they can manipulate the number of charges in an object by 10% of total polarization in one second. In order to completely manipulate an object of the user's choice they must have 100% polarized it. Effect: Allows the user to manipulate electrostatics and electric charges.
Special: Rat, Dragon, Ram, Tiger, Monkey, Dog, Horse, Rabbit once per 5 turns.
Drawback: Objects must be visible. While actively using this ability, the user must remain perfectly still, and no other jutsu may be used while the user is attempting to manipulate charges. Only metallic objects or semi-metallic objects can be manipulated.
Description: Allows the user to manipulate and control electrostatic, which is by definition electricity at rest. This gives the user the ability to move around both positive and negative charges on objects, which, in the end, can result in the ability to either repel or attract objects to and from each other. It must be noted that this jutsu strictly follows the concept of the Conservation of Charges. That means that without influence, all charges within nature are balanced at zero. Only when acted upon do these charges change. This ability is a requirement for all members of the Kyoudo Clan. When the user first gains this ability, they have only the ability to affect one object at a time within five meters of their person. At maximum, the user may move 10% of an object’s positive or negative charges to another object. While actively using this ability, the user must remain perfectly still, and no other jutsu may be used while the user is attempting to manipulate charges. Description: A type of training meant to be combined with Sutatikku Nagare, it allows the user the capability of mobility and, at higher levels, the ability to perform other techniques, all while the user manipulates the charges of objects. The user's rank of this technique determines how mobile that they are allowed to be.
• “C” - Allows the user to move at a running pace while controlling currents. Any intense physical combat or the use of other jutsu while controlling these effects will result in the user being unable to manipulate charges for the rest of the turn and for the duration of the jutsu that they were using.
• “B” - Allows the user to fight in intense hand-to-hand combat while controlling currents. However, any use of jutsu while controlling the current effects will result in the user being unable to manipulate charges for the rest of the turn and for the duration of the jutsu they were using.

Amira could feel his movements, she could see the mist attempting to move as his hands seemed to move towards the boy’s center to form handseals, and Amira wasn’t going to be having that as she drew a pair of her Bo Shuriken with lightning speed, hurling them directly towards Snow’s torso as they were within range as she quickly hurled the pair of blades towards Shiki’s center of mass, which would include his hands as she charged forward using the shuriken to cover her movements as she quickly drew another pair of her blades and launched them behind the first towards Shiki as she closed the distance quickly drawing her kunai blade with her left hand and tapping her foot upon the ground letting her glide towards the fellow, quickly weaving a few seals of her own she attempted to have her imperial chains attempt to form out of the ground attempting to bind Shiki’s wrists from BEHIND him as he approached preparing to engage him in hand to hand combat.

Master of the Secret Arts of Water and Ice

Effect: Through rigorous training and profeciency in the Clan's techniques and Bloodlimit, a Kaishin member is able to perform the clan's techniques for a fraction of the chakra cost.
Special: 25% less chakra is used for Kaishin Techniques.
Drawback: This ability cannot be combined with jutsu outside of the clan's own techniques/bloodlimit jutsu.

Effect: With this technique the user is able to create water from oxygen in the air for water techniques. When this water is created they can then manipulate the size and shape of the water, controlling it within their radius.
Special: This jutsu can be used as a source of Suiton jutsu without additional handseals.
Drawback: If the water is made for use outside specific jutsu or to manipulate the size/shape of water in their radius, then this jutsu requires handseals.
Description: By using their chakra a Kaishin member can manipulate the molecules in the air and allow them to take the shape and form of water. In doing so the user is capable of performing techniques that require a water source. The amount of water that can be made, as well as the radius depends on the rank of the jutsu. For D rank the user can create up to four cubic meters of water in a radius of four meters. At C rank eight cubic meters and a radius of eight meters. At B rank seventeen cubic meters of water in a radius of fifteen meters. At A rank thirty two cubic meters of water in a radius of twenty meters. At S rank fifty two cubic meters of water in a radius of thirty meters.

Aisu Soushi (Ice Creation)

Effect: With this technique, the user is able to create ice out of any source of water around them.
Special: This jutsu when combined with Suiton Soushi can be used as a source for Hyouton jutsu without additional handseals.
Drawback: The water source must be within their Radius. When controlling or Creating Hyouton outside of Hyouton jutsu then the user must perform the required handseals.
Description: By using their chakra a Kaishin member can lower the temperature around a body of water at an incredible rate to freeze the water into ice instantly; allowing for ice techniques to be used. In order to go into a rank of this technique a member must first learn the water creation technique of the same rank. If one wishes to train into the C rank Ice Creation they must first learn the C rank Water Creation technique and so on. The radius at which ice can be made depends on the rank of the technique. At D rank four meters radius. C rank eight meters radius. B rank fifteen meters radius. A rank twenty meters radius. S rank thirty meters radius.

Description: The understanding of this technique allows for a Kaishin user to truly harness the power of ice creation. This technique will determine how hard ice created is. The user must be the same class as the rank of jutsu they wish to learn. This means to learn the B rank version of this technique the user must be B class or higher and so on. At D rank the ice is as solid as regular ice. At C rank the ice is as strong as iron. At B rank the ice is as strong as titanium and cannot be melted with fire techniques below A rank. At A rank the ice is as strong as hard steel and can’t be melted by fire techniques below S rank. At S rank the ice is as strong as adamantine and cannot be melted by fire techniques. This technique reduces the number of rounds needed to Aim from other Range Increments by 1 as well. Example: Eagle Eye normally needs 4 movements of aiming before hurling a throw. This technique decreases the aim time by 1 movement allowing the user to aim for 3 movements before throwing a weapon.

Jouseigen [Imperial Restraint]

Effect: Creates shackles of ice from water vapor in the air or other bodies of water, restraining the target.
Special: Ox, Dragon, Rabbit
Drawback: Has little effect against targets of higher rank. In most cases, shackles don’t eliminate movement, but rather restrain it.
Description: Upon forming the hand seals, the user creates several shackles of ice from water vapor in the air (or elsewhere) in order to restrain the opponent. These shackles are most commonly used to bind an opponent’s hands in order to interrupt long strings of hand seals. Bound permanently to the ground these restraints are capable of limiting movement but not eliminating movement. (The chains themselves are immobile.) Once the shackles are in place the target is held for three turns, adding an additional turn per rank the user is above the target, and subtracting a rank per rank the user is below the target. When first learned the user is capable of forming two chains of ice. Each time relearned they may form an additional one.

Shiki smiled as he sensed the metal objects being hurled at him. Shiki had cast most of the handseals for his blood limit well before he was within range of those throwing weapons. But Amira was faster then he could weave the handseals. He wasn't able to cast the rest of his jutsu. He would need to react to the attack or risk serious injury. Shiki smiled as he saw the metal objects coming and by simply used his blood limit to move the objects aside with his control of his magnetism. Shiki swirled the metal objects around him and sent them flying back towards Amira. 

Shiki was running in bounds towards Amira with his blade drawn ready to sink its teeth into his opponent when his combat sense kicked in. Something was attacking him from behind. Spinning around and pointing the blade towards the ice chain Shiki channeled the power of the lighting gem and brought down a powerful lighting bolt on the chain that would hopefully shatter or melt it into a puddle. Shiki smiled and cast down a steel jutsu as he hit the ground calling a lighting particle storm down on his location. Shiki let a wolfish smile show on his face as he would welcome the lighting here.

Effect: By fighting on and on, a user becomes more proficient when an attack may come by. This happens usually when the user becomes unable to see the attack. However by being in combat for so much they can feel when an attack is coming making them less able to be flanked.
Special: ---
Drawback: The user may only learn this technique by the class that they are. This means that in order to learn the "C" Rank version they must be "C" Class, if they wish to learn the "B" Rank version they must be "B" Class.
Description: A technique where the subconscious mind, where the subconscious body reacts just as they are attacked while flanked or while their back is turn. The body reacts in such a way to where they are capable of withstanding so much. This technique makes it where the User is incapable of being surprised attacked, a sudden second sense kicks in as their body screams out to them yelling at them telling them to move, duck, dodge or anything else within that manner. This works on whenever they are being attacked. This technique however has a major flaw. The user is capable of dodging only whenever the opponent's class is equal or lower to that of the rank of the technique they know. This means that a "D" Class user that knows this technique cannot use this against an opponent that is "C" Class or higher.

Effect: Storm size is seventy five meters. Vision is obscured, and the shocks are inescapable.

Drawback: By default, the storm remains in place for five turns, but it can be blown away by ‘S’ ranked Fuuton and swept away by ‘S’ ranked Suiton. Does not differentiate between friend or foe. Can only be used twice per thread due to the toll it takes on the user.
Description: With this technique, the user summons forth a bright bolt of lightning FROM THE SKY which strikes the battlefield, and upon striking the ground, it blinds everyone present for a moment before revealing the true purpose of this jutsu – a sea of grayish dust is ever present, blanketing the battlefield. This ‘mist’ is actually Raiton particles spread forth all around, serving to blind shinobi with regular vision, confuse doujutsu as they’d see nothing but bright lights due to the immense amount of chakra present, and finally, constantly shock whomever is trapped within. Every two seconds, all within the storm will be shocked for ‘C’ ranked damage; those carrying metal on them or those susceptible to Raiton due to their blood will have that damage increased to ‘B’. Lastly, at all times within the storm, a loud crackling noise can be heard, confusing regular hearing unless the user is adept at the Sound release.

Amira could feel the movement in the mist as she approached Shiki she could see that things were about to get pretty strange as he used his magnetism to redirect the weapons like she had expected. Amira was ready for such an attack as she used the kunai in her hand to deflect three of the blades, using her free right hand to launch the Kunai right back at Shiki again as her chains quickly shot out attacking his person once again with a returned weapon as Amira was proficient enough with thrown weapons. Amira quickly felt a bit off as something didn’t seem right as her chains quickly captured Shiki, surviving what felt like a burst of lightning as they quickly restrained his wrists pulling him to the ground as suddenly Amira could taste the plasma in the air; which was discomforting as Amira quickly stopped using that moment to weave a short string of handseals, using her ice release to make small dome around her person as she could feel the sudden pressure being asserted upon the environment. The Ice dome didn’t require very much chakra and quickly formed around her person as suddenly there was a quick flash of light, blinding Amira as her shield was still clear to a degree, though the thick glacial ice that she used was very thick and pale white for the most part. She didn’t know what was going on outside, but it wasn’t very good, she could tell that to the very least.

Amira now quickly began weaving a new set of seals as it looked like a snowstorm outside of her little dome, and she probably only had a few minutes of oxygen saved up inside of her shield. After the completion of the seals, a column of water quickly blasted up around her small shield. In that instant the water rushed towards where she remembered having had trapped Shiki as she couldn’t see but she knew for the most part where she had been facing as she had not changed directions. A huge mass of water would quickly rush towards Shiki much like a river in full motion as Amira created a huge mass volume of water, using her chakra to do so as she used the same passives as before, letting the huge volume of water deal with the fellow, hopefully feeling the shock of his own particles as she sat safe under the water in her shield and the column of water breaking the water around. Now that the elements were in place she was ready to unleash one of her more powerful techniques, letting the feeling of the chakra draining from her body serve as a memory as she quickly began to move her hands again from the safety of her shelter.

After the completion of the seals, suddenly a huge tornado of water and wind would begin to form just in front of where she was about 6 meters which would put Shiki off towards the epicenter and he was of course chained down, as Amira was trying to clear up the storm while drowning the Kyodo. She could feel herself draining of chakra as she tried not to breathe too much, holding her breath a bit as she focused on maintaining the shield while the water was being produced.

Shiki was in quite the pickle. Just when he was worried that he was gonna be stuck in the bind suddenly all the environment changed where they suddenly he was suddenly falling through the air. Shiki was suddenly free off all the restraints around him and his particle storm had subsided into nothingness. Shiki whipped his blade around and saw Amira also in the air as well about 20 meters off from him. Shiki grabbed a hold of his blade and got ready to destroy Amira with a couple well placed wind slashes. As she would move to dodge his hits he would strike hoping to catch her off guard and track her movements.

Felt his speed about ready to end so he summoned forwards all his movements and started to commence his most dangerous technique. The dragons nest. 18 movements + 1d4

Description: A rapid striking attack. The user uses speed within their attack and attacks three times per movement to an opponent's body. This is used to stop large opponents or large objects. Depending on the user's movements depends on how many times a user are able to perform this attack. The user is also capable of adding in the technique Gosei Ryuu: Ryusen (Dragon Strike) within each strike making a more devastating attack. Depending on the user's knowledge of Gosei Ryuu: Ryusen (Dragon Strike) depends on the strength of the force that comes within each attack.

Amira was shocked when her vision returned her dome of Ice felt as if it had suddenly be dropped in midair which was very strange since last she recalled she had been planted firmly on the ground. “Strange…” Amira said with confusion as she realized what this meant as there was still a mass of water outside of her person as suddenly she felt her dome of ice getting picked up by the storm that was still present, being fueled by her mass of water which was now being thrown around as if it were a water park, much like her dome was now. Shiki though a decent distance away now was surely picked up by the storm too as he would have been within the water’s range which would ultimately dictate the storm, making it hard for him to do anything other than try to hold his breath and survive, much like Amira was trying to do, balancing herself inside the dome as it was sent swirling, unknown to her as she couldn’t see through the walls. As far as she was aware, Shiki had used much more chakra than she had, Amira thought logically to herself as she swirled around in her little make shift amusement park ride as she tried to figure out A where Shiki was, and B how she could retaliate from this position as she was swirling out of her own control per say.

The storm was so thick, it wasn’t likely that Shiki could see her well, and in fact she wasn’t even sure if she would be able to attack him from here as it felt like she was in some sort of atmospheric storm now; which wasn’t too far from the truth as she and Shiki were now being sucked into what was the typhoon that had absorbed all of the water that had suddenly been dropped right into making it an extremely powerful water tornado in midair. The swirling storm would slowly subside, but for now Amira was going to stay safely inside of her dome as it would move on its own at a sharp rate until there was a depletion of the storm. She was thankful for the dome, as surely she would have drowned out in all this swirling midair water if she had not had it, much like shiki was surely doing right that moment.

-Shiki is in range of this now huge midair storm so dragon slash is probably going to be obscured by the very aggressive whirlwind. Consequently I’m not sure if you’re stable enough or if the storm has you in a position to do tai :/ either way I’m sure you will figure something out, just I don't think Amira can be hit by the attacks, since the dome is also moving pretty fast since it too is in the storm-

Shiki was interrupted by the huge typhoon so his dragons slash was interrupted by the huge buffeting storm that swept through the sky. Shiki held out his arms and noticed that somehow he was now wearing a wingsuit of sorts. Shiki held his hands outwards and his bloodlimit was going wild with all the electrified water that was being swirled around him. Shiki's natural resistance to lighting was enough to stop him from getting more than a harmless static shock as he was stung by the rain drops. 

Shiki realized it was time to use another kyoudo technique to keep himself safe from the coursing water that was coming towards him. Shiki raised one hand above himself and another below himself creating two balls of magnetic energy with himself in the center. Once the orbs were created the electrified bubble around him stopping the rain from touching his body and stabilizing himself in the storm as he continued his fall.

Skill: Ninjutsu
Effect: Allows the user to rapidly manipulate the charges of objects in order to create a shield from an incoming attack.
Special: “Hand Seals”- Bird, Boar, Dog, Dragon, Rabbit, Horse, Ox, Monkey, Ram, Rat, Snake, Tiger
Drawback: The user must hold the Tiger seal. This effect is difficult to maintain without “A” Rank Senshin Keiko, but can be done with "B" Rank Senshin Keiko. All things targeted must be within range of the Sutatikku Nagare.
Description: The user performs the hand seals, creating a mixture of several effects at once. Because of this, an intense amount of concentration is required, and breaking that concentration can have disastrous results. First things first, the user causes several things to happen- moving charges between three objects, it creates an area of a high positive charge away from the user while shifting the incoming attack into a highly negative effect. However, an object in between becomes an insulator, which will act as a buffer. When the high negative charge senses the high positive charge, it will turn towards it, effectively diverting the incoming attack. It will then hit the buffer object, allowing the user to effectively re-direct almost any attack. This ability can be used without the buffer object, although it is un-recommended.
Requires the effected incoming attack to have substance; meaning fire and wind are not affected by this jutsu.

[Tetsu]

Amira could sense Shiki with her ice mist, feeling his movements, knowing what was going one but alas he was moving way too fast, and she really couldn’t respond while inside the ice dome, as she couldn’t really send out any ice that wouldn’t get blown away by the storm, much like the shock based attacks that Shiki would dish out would surely get mixed in too much with the water and wind to do much of anything. Quickly forming a set of handseals, Amira would quickly form a clone out of the ice there inside her dome. “Hey there I, so there is a guy with white hair out there and we’ve got to move this dome really quickly so, let’s do this!” Amira said as she and her now added man power quickly began to run so that the dome would spin in the wind storm, swirling with it as she would move with the movement much, letting the rounded sphere float about, moving faster than it was originally now with the pair of legs powering it so that it would float around, not going all the way around to where Shiki was, but she could sense about a 20 meter distance between them about constantly as they were both spinning the maelstrom trying to survive as she could feel her mist getting displaced by the shock shield that he was throwing up, though she still had some thin mist in the air around him. “This is getting really…intense.” Amira said as she floated around in the ice sphere trying to stay ballast by running.

Hyouton Bunshin no Jutsu (Ice Clone) X1

Skill: Ninjutsu
Effect: Creates Ice Bunshins.
Special: "Handseals"
Drawback: The bunshins are weak due to their material. The bunshins can only use the jutsus of their own element.
Description: Once the handseals are finished a bunshin is being formed from the ice around the user. The bunshin can withstans up to one (1) C ranked Taijutsu/Ninjutsu attacks or lower. First learned the user can create up to two bunshins at the same time, each additional time learned gives the user the capability to create to more Ice Bunshins. Bunshins can only use Ninjutu of their own element (Ice).
Limit: Must know Ice Release. Must have an Ice source.

Shiki would need to do more then just sit here. He was being reactive, he needed to be proactive here. But how... Shiki realized that Amira would have more control of the battlefield with the thunderstorm falling all around him. So he did the one thing he could think of to take Amira down. Releasing control of his shield Shiki grabbed his blade and pointed the sword in her general direction. Without using a single bit of chakra Shiki used as much energy in his gem launching   6-50ap lighting strikes at Amira and her little shield to test her strength. 

Shiki watched as 6 independent strikes of lighting came down bringing the smell of ozone and a bright smile on Shiki's face as he saw the beautiful lightning that came erupting out from the clouds. Even falling from 40'000 feet Shiki could still appreciate just how romantic and brilliant the sky looked under the flashing strobes of lightning and the soft lullaby of thunder.

Amira’s dome was moving fairly quick as she felt Shiki moving around some more, in fact he deactivated his shield; which was an indicator that he was doing something, she could feel his movements as she continued running with her clone, quickly weaving a few handseals as she collected the moisture from the storm around her and began to form another layer to her shield letting the ice hold itself up with supports to put a level of air in between the first layer but putting strong supports along the interior as she prepared her own counter attack. She knew that her shield could likely absorb most of the damage, but she then continued another short string of handseals forming another layer as suddenly there was a crack much light lightning that could be audibly heard from outside. Amira could feel the shaking of the ice dome as the second layer would be hit with the strike sending the dome spinning away as Amira’s clone focused on controlling the dome while Amira focused on closing the third layer as suddenly there were more crackling sounds.

The lightning bombarded the dome, striking it pretty hard, but alas there were three layers of thick ice in between herself and the lightning, as it was bombarding the third layer, dealing most of it’s damage there as the barrage only took place after the first shot (summary first shot hit second layer, 6 lightning barrage is hitting third and second layer for the most part.) Amira could felt the shaking of the dome but alas, she did her best to remain focused as she calculated a counter attack of her own, using her own force of will to focus on the environment change that was bound to come as it had been a short interval of time. She knew that the storm was going to keep raging for a bit, but her ice was only going to follow the slip stream of the wind; which is what she was counting on as she quickly formed a few handseals, ending with the tiger as she felt the barrage continuing to shake her ice shield as the third layer had surely taken enough damage to be shattered and the second layer was now taking most the blunt. She launched her ice needles, directing them along the slip stream as she held the tiger seal, using her control and range to direct the needles right at Shiki, using the storm to increase their speed at his shield was now down and the needles were launching.

Description: The user forms the hand seals, focusing chakra into their surroundings. These surroundings will erupt into being with ice creations formed from the air, or alternatively the snow. The forms created are not offensive forms, but instead mundane creations formed of ice. When the user first learns the C rank version of this technique, the user may create simple objects, like chairs and tables. When the user learns the second level, they may form mundane ice creations in a five-meter cube around them, such as walls, doors, windows, boxes, and so on. When the user learns the B rank version of this technique, the ice becomes more resilient and stronger, allowing them to form creations in a fifteen-meter cube. When the user learns the second B rank, they may form larger creations that conform to a thirty-meter cube. These creations are as hard as the ice they form from, and are no more resilient than that, and only as resistant to heat as the ice they form from. This is a commonly used technique by Snow Ninja to form shelters in the far north.

Flying Water Needles of Death
Rank: B
Skill: Ninjutsu
Effect: Creates up to 500 needles made of ice to strike an opponent.
Special: Handseals, end with Tiger
Drawback: The user cannot control the needles outside of their Ice Creation radius. Likewise, they cannot form the needles outside of their Ice Creation radius either. Lastly, the water must be within the air in order for it to be controlled.
Description: Utilizing the Ice Creation, the Kaishin will freeze water within the air around them, transforming the water into 500 needles of ice. The strength of this ice is dependent on Kuri Buki. The Ice Needles will stay suspended in the air as long as the user holds the tiger hand seal. During this moment of suspension in the air, the user can aim their Ice Needles to strike at the target. Once The Seal is released the Ice Needles will fire off in the last direction they were aimed at.
Limit: Kaishin Bloodlimit. Water Creation. Ice Creation.

Shiki was in mid movement getting ready to dodge the needles by summoning forwards the chakra he would need to destroy them when suddenly the falling stopped and Shiki was underwater. He was in such a state of disbelief he let his guard down that he didn't release his jutsu in time. Suddenly the needles had destroyed themselves with the sudden summon of water. Shiki smiled and slapped his hands together and let out a massive bolt of lighting towards where Amira was. As the bolt was traveling Shiki gave the lighting shape and power. The bolt turned into a massive lighting Leviathan that was being held together by Shiki's blood limit.

Should Shiki's concentration of the creature fade there was a good chance the massive beast would disperse into the water zapping everything around him. Shiki laughed and pulled himself with his bloodlimit to the head of this massive beast. The lightning Leviathan roared and its underwater scream was heard distorted across the sea floor. Shiki focused on holding the rat symbol and sent this beast (and himself) towards Amira.

Raiton – Orochi Daija (Thunder Style – Zeus’ Leviathan)
Rank: S
Skill: Ninjutsu
Effect: Summons a huge lightning serpent to destroy an area. Serpent lasts for five turns, unless defeated prematurely. It cannot be stopped by hard-like releases such as Doton for Raiton is flowing and it will simply reform, but flowing type jutsu such as Suiton and Fuuton will certainly put it down. Due to the intense concentrated Raiton chakra, anyone with Raiton mastery loses two charges rather than one for every time the victim is hurt.
Special: ‘Handseals’
Drawback: Takes a heavy toll on the user’s chakra pool. Does not discriminate between friend or foe. Can only be used twice per thread.
Description: One of the strongest and hardest techniques within the Raiton series to create, this technique brings both onto the battlefield an awesomely large serpent like entity comprised of pure lightning. Measured at seventy-five meters long, with twenty meters comprising both its height and diameter, this colossal creature moves as fast as a tai-specialist, and can climb onto all forms of surfaces. The trick is that it is comprised of Raiton energy, so it doesn’t actually walk – it hovers ever so softly over anything it chooses to cross, temporarily changing the surface’s charge in order for it to be compatible with the beast. However, as large as it is, it’s rather dumb, and follows only the most basic of the user’s mental commands. Summon only at appropriate times!
Limit: Raiton no Jutsu

Denki Shihai (Electricity Control)
Rank: "A" Rank
Skill: Ninjutsu
Effect: Allows the user to control the path of electrical streams by constantly manipulating the charges of paths around them.
Special: Must be currently performing a Raiton technique. Must have Sutatikku Nagare active.
Drawback: The technique utilizes the user's hands in order to control the stream of lightning, meaning that performing other techniques becomes impossible. Must remin within the user's Sutatikku Nagare field. Drains a "D" rank amount of chakra for every turn that this technique is active.
Description: After a Raiton-based technique, the user becomes capable of aligning the electrical current to a positive or negative charge. Then, by constantly manipulating the charges within the atmosphere, the user becomes capable of directing the flow of a Raiton-based technique so that, even if the opponent dodges it, the user is capable of continuously manipulating it until it hits a target or the user wishes for it to stop. This manipulation is not as draining as the normal "A" Rank techniques, and is only ranked at such a high rank to define the difficulty of the technique. It drains only a "D" rank amount of chakra per turn that the user is manipulating the course of the electrical current.
Limit: Must have Raiton Rosen, Houkou Keiko x5, Kyoudo Keiko x8, Senshin Keiko "A" Rank.

Suddenly Amira didn’t feel the pull of the wind as she felt the slosh around herself and the displacement of her needles. Her clone focused on directing the ship as Amira on contact with the water knew about where Shiki was based on his previous location being the same as his current. Weaving a very short string of seals, she quickly formed a bubble around him much like hers was, but this being made underwater would be full of water, and alas it would sink unlike her own; which had buoyancy, or more buoyancy as the third layer had been flooded a little bit. She stayed for the most part submersed by the top while the bubble floated downward towards the ground. At the same time she had cast her jutsu, her clone would quickly weave a few handseals doing the same thing she had done with her bubble, but instead the layer was full of water, making it much more dense, and making it very difficult for Shiki to attack while in what was now a lot like a water prison as she figured he would drown underwater like that if she kept him in one place. (Assuming the first layer and the original technique was formed just before the use of the leviathan.

Amira’s clone, now melting as its chakra had been used up, Amira would in turn finish the third layer doing it with her own handseals as the bubble’s air spaces were all filled with water on Shiki’s bubble, as they were made underwater. This would make it very difficult for Shiki to get out, and furthermore meant that if he did not, he was going to drown down at the bottom of this really odd lake that they had ended up in. Amira saw no need to do anything else as she relaxed instead, spending time to repair her third layer of ice weaving a small set of handseals, letting a minimal amount of water enter her sphere so that she could sink down a bit deeper as the water filled the open space of the third layer.

Shiki would now have to fight for his survival as she trapped him with the very environment, using the water that he was stuck in to create a death trap that he would have to solve on his own, he might have even cast a technique on the inside that might have caused some harm either to the bubble or to himself, or both, but alas Amira was hoping that he would try her, let me show you the power of ice.

Effect: A technique in where the uses the ice that is down upon the ground and is used to encase an opponent in a pure white like prison.

Description: A user quickly does a few hand seals as they quickly slam their hands against the ground. Doing so they can create a large like shield of snow that would either be used against an opponent or for themselves as a defensive like fashion to where the technique comes forth to stop from incoming attacks.

As the lighting rushed out of his his hand Shiki saw that another ball of ice was starting to be formed around him as he fought Amira. Shiki smiled, he couldn't believe that she was simply going to just use her little ice magic to make this bubble around him. Shiki frowned and pulled the chakra in around him and reabsorbed his lightning. Shiki had the lighting back into his body and redirected it into a new technique that he had been working on. Shiki redirected the lightning into a powerful new substance around himself. Suddenly he was in a opalescent barrier of pure plasma in the water hovering in the sphere.

Shiki looked over at Amira obviously disappointed that this is what happened to his master plan. So here they were two floating balls of elements in the water... just kinda chillin'.

Raitoningu Sanmai

Effect: User is able to absorb a lightning attack for a brief moment while using it against an opponent win increased power.

Special: None

Drawback: User is incapable of performing more then eight times a day or else user falls dieing by a heart attack.

Description: The user's body's chakra is ready at anytime the user need it to. When hit by any lightning the user is able to absorb the lightning as their own for chakra. When the user is hit by any form of lightning (Includes Jutsu or Natural) the user is able to absorb the lightning as their own, they can transfer the lightning they absorb into more chakra for them or may have the option to combine that with a jutsu they have that have the same principles of what they absorb to increase the strength of the rank. By doing this the user is unharmed by any damage that it was suppose to be done to them when they where hit with the lightning.

Limit: Lightning Release Skill (Raiton no Jutsu), Must have 500 TP in Raiton no Jutsu. Once you obtain 500 TP in Raiton no Jutsu, this is automatically learned

Purazuma Booru (Plasma Ball)

Effect: The user will create a lightning-based defense barrier around them which protects them from incoming attacks.

Special: "Handseals"

Drawback: Must be stationary. The higher the rank the more the user is capable of blocking. Does not work on non solid like attacks.

Description: Picture The user creates a burst of electrical energy it’s able to stop incoming physical attacks, as well as being used for an offensive move as well. When the user performs this technique a blue electrical field surrounds the user with such great power it’s capable of stopping most attacks. The attacks however that it cannot stop are non solid like attacks such as wind, water, fire, and sound. For the other kinds of attacks including lightning however the power is incredible. When the user learns the "D" Rank technique it’s capable of stopping up to three "D" rank techs. When the user learns the "C" Rank version of this technique it’s capable of stopping three "C" Rank solid like techniques. When the user learns the "B" Rank version of this technique it’s capable of stopping three "B" rank solid like techniques. When the user learns the "A" rank version of this technique it’s capable of stopping three "A" rank solid likes techniques. When the user learns the "S" Rank version of this technique it’s capable of stopping three "S" Rank solid techniques.

Limit: Must have gained five hundred training points into Lightning Release.

Amira could feel the ice that she had begun placing shatter, at least the inner layer as that was indeed the layer that could have been affected by the shield and the lighting blast, as the plasma shield was meant to repulse attacks, not deal damage as it would simply remain contained within the ice sphere (as far as my understanding of this technique goes as it doesn’t allow physical things through) so consequently it would more than likely remain inside the sphere. There was still a large amount of pressure there, and the shield would repulse any projectiles, but alas the water would remain as it didn’t do so well with fluids, (again to my understanding I could be wrong). Alas things were getting kind of stale, they were both sitting, or so It would seem as Amira contemplated her next move, using much less chakra than her counterpart as she thought about what she could do. There wasn’t much sense in recklessly attacking, and to be quite frank, Amira preferred being on the defensive against someone like Shiki who really could use up a lot of chakra quickly, be that on a shield or anything else. She knew that her shield was just as safe as his was, and she even had the confidence to say that it could be repaired with little effort while Shiki seemed to be using quite a lot of effort.

She was even mobile than Shiki as she could move her needles at will, quickly forming a set of handseals before forming the tiger seal, she formed 500 needles within the air pockets of her bubble, using the control over the needles to direct herself around under water as she would push herself deeper and closer to Shiki moving so that she was under him, but still about 15 meters away and about 4 meters below him as she scuttled along in her ice made submarine.
