Description: A basic technique that makes the opponent see the world around him in a blur, as if drunk.

So, you’re here. Now what? It was a stupid question… She honestly hated it though, even though she knew it was partially correct: She traveled to Cloud, and for what? Training of course. Nene stayed in the corner of a small pub in the middle of the village, looking around at all the drunks, waste, and all the rest who are sober. It was funny, really… Watching them all act like idiots… Seriously, who drinks these things? Alcohol? Rum? Just one sniff of the stuff, and it almost made her puke.

Training. Right. Nene reminded herself as she shook her head, now glancing around the room for the most drunken guy, and there she spotted him. An old looking man who looked like that average Joe who stayed on the streets, begging for some Smokes and drinks. How lame… People ruining their lives. Psssht. Why don’t she train… While having a bit of fun? This type of technique was the Suiganmourou no Jutsu, a Genjutsu her brothers would use in small places, casting it on wandering SOBER citizens.

The man suddenly burst off laughing, almost falling clumsily off his seat like an idiot. Such a good prey… So, if this worked on people who were sober quite clearly without any problem… What will happen to people who were already seeing things in a blur? Say this was a bit of an experiment…

She focused herself onto this guy as best she could, copying what her brothers did when in this situation. After a moment, she stopped, realizing nothing happened, seeing as nothing fancy appeared, nothing popped up, the guy barely even moved. Is it even possible for someone to get even more drunk..? Or would that just push them to the limits..? Well, it was only an illusion—He shouldn’t be harmed at all… But his mind might think so.

A glass dropped, and she watched as his body swayed slowly back and forth in a creepy motion, as if he were about to collapse. No one else seemed to notice—No one ever notices drunks who were on the verge of falling. Nene sniffled, and listened closely, through the loud voices, and glass, she heard perfectly on what he mumbled with a groggy voice.

”I Feel…. I feel…. Ughhh….. Everything is getting worst… I think… It’s—“

The man suddenly dropped from his chair, back face down, his hand on his forehead. The people around him came forth, tending to his weird reaction. He was breathing all right, but he looked like he stayed in a daze, a big one in fact… Fat man… He shouldn’t drink… It’s so not good for the average body… Nene wondered… Was that actually her doing? Did she cause that to happen, or was it just his overly addiction toward alcohol? Couldn’t be—For an addict, he should have been more used to the groggy feeling, and not fall like that.
With a smirk on her face, she let out a little giggle at her own trick she had learned.

Description: Raikyuu is a ninjutsu technique that utilizes the Lightning Element. By concentrating chakra into the palm of their hand, the user can hurl a sphere of lightning towards an opponent.

Hotoka walked through the town after his daily training and having some curry. He tought there might be something interesting to do in a local pub and went in one.
He had quite a good time playing cards with a few other people. He suddenly saw a man suddenly start laugh and loose his balance while he seemed normal just a couple of minutes ago.
and a moment after that he saw another man suddenly fall of his chair and he kept lying on the ground.[glow=red,2,300]This isnt what you could call.. normal.
Is it?[/glow]Hotoka tought and looked around if he saw anything weird besides the man. Suddenly he saw a girl giggle in a corner.
This seemed kinda weird since a man just suddenly collapsed.
With this information Hotoka got the idea she had something to do with this.
He walked up to the girl and said[glow=red,2,300]Hello, if i may ask.. Was that your doing?[/glow] Hotoka points at the two men.
[glow=red,2,300]It seems like quite a strong technique you used there, and seeing you're a shinobi.
Would you mind having a little spar with me?
Just for training/fun so nothing sirious will happen.
I'm just in the middle of a training myself and I really want to try my techniques against yours.[/glow] Hotoka left a little note on the table, went outside and stood there in a little alley next to the pub.

Her attention drew to someone beside her—Looked Shinobi… at age 16 as well. What she noticed was that he wore all black… Was this a fashion statement around here? She gave her blank look at him, realizing he wanted to have a little harmless fight… Should she accept? Of course, he looked years older than her, and that could be either good, or bad. She had just started training… would she hold up with this?

Nene watched as he then walked outside, feeling un certain. Plus side—This could be fun… and might boost her ego… a bit. Now taking a glance down at her drink, [Which was just flavored water] she wondered. Her hands grabbed the note, unfolding it, reading what it contained. Of course… She must be polite, and fight him. It would be the only sincere, and nice thing to do…

With that, she pushed herself off the chair, pushing it back in with a loud screeching noise, passing by the man still suffering from her GenJutsu. Hey…. Maybe I will be able to use this while in it too… She thought, and opened the clothed door, heading outside, head following around for his path. Instinctively, she kept herself into a small alley located near the place, hand placed on her waist as she entered.

Now that she came closer, she noticed her was about a foot higher than she was, EXTREMELY tall for her… but she kept the determined look. Her shortness was outstandingly weird to everyone, but just hated the fact so much. ”I’m here.” Nene said, seeing the advantages, and disadvantages of the alleyway. In her point, she stood at the opening; darkness grew deeper if she were to head further down…

”Spar, eh? So I see, no killing then…?” She took steps closer slowly, watching him with her gray colored eyes. ”Oh, and I forgot to formally introduce myself… They call me Nene.”

Hearing an annoying noise coming from the pub Hotoka directly looked at it to see if the girl was coming. Seeing the girl walking in the alley he took a good look at her. Hmm i see a sound forehead protector,
this could be trouble.
When the girl walked closer he noticed that she was quite small. I wonder if this is going ot be an disadvantage for me

He was from Cloud. And she knew it by fact—The headband told it all. She watched as he shook her hand—Awfully nice the guy was… Seemed in such a splendid mood. Blinking once, she let her hand drop as he walked deeper down into the alley, now suddenly creating a few clones. Nene recognized this technique—one of the ones they had to be taught at the academy, Ninjutsu, yet she would simply classify them as a Gen, as to the fact they were just illusions… Of course, she herself didn’t know it… But have seen someone else use it in front of her.

”Will do…”

She added, and smiled sweetly, now heading toward the three, punching the first with her fist, running through it easily. What the heck..? Well, she couldn’t exactly hit these things… Staring at her fist for a second, she looked at them all around her. They really are just illusions… Then all I need to do is ignore them… Nenes best point on fighting were GenJutsu skills… and she figured it out clearly.

She kept her position, making it look like she was concentrating, and stared at them all around, looking through to see in the darkness, which surrounded her. There she could see Hotokas figure in the background. Quickly thinking, she decided on one little move. The one she was practicing, even if she hadn’t clearly mastered it—She still wanted to see its effects on someone who was entirely sober. Beginning, she directed her attention toward the real him, through the plain clones, not giving in to these fake things…

Not really noticing anything of the technique, Hotoka had all of his clones and himself run towards Nene to attack her there
[glow=red,2,300]KONOHA REP..[/glow] He wasnt even done thinking when suddenly everything around him seemed like it moved. All these things like walls and even the street, none of these seemed to stay still. These things were quite overwhelming. Suddenly he fell, he triped over his own feet, tumbling towards her. In a quick attempt he made a few orobo bunshin fall down as well leaving a couple of Hotoka's lying on the ground.
Lying on his stumach he tought he could do a quick jutsu without her knowing.

And suddenly the entire alley was filled with Hotoka's even some standing in eachother.

Hotoka learned that the girl was quite good with the seeing of illusions but if there were so many. It wouldnt matter how close she was, finding the real me would be hard. I beter use this confusion to give myself some rest and restore from that previous technique.

Too many clones now. Nene caught a glimpse of him on the ground, but it soon diminished as more of him conjured up the space once again—More than the last time. Better to not waste much Chakra on these… She thought to herself, and moved her hand to reach for her chains—First time in a battle she ever used them… How exciting. Wonders on what might happen.

Since these are just Illusions, all I need to do is hit all of them quickly, almost at the same time… They seemed to all surround her, circling, clustered together in this small alley. She then started toward them, both chains in both hands, spinning around elegantly on her toes, swinging her chains around her in circles. The both were long enough to clear the width of one wall to the other, causing it to go through the clones at each swing. Nothing much happened, and all it did was clarify on which was an illusion, and which was real.

One by one she got her way through the crowd, now suddenly stopping as she reached the back of the alley way. Had she passed him? She didn’t know, but figured this will not work; she had to try something better… She used the Jutsu, hoping it would end up diminishing the amount of clones in the way, probably making it easier to find the real him… She placed three fingers between her lips, and whistled loudly, loud enough it made her own ears hurt as well, yet she continued on, ignoring the ringing noises she suddenly felt as well.

Metal Sound Whistle Jutsu
Rank: C rank
Skill: Ninjutsu
Effect: It searches for the hollow metal sound of an instrument, or metal type object, and once found, it with knock off a series of loud clings. The higher the rank the more loud the cling is, the more efficient sound to where it is.

Also may be used as Battle technique; The user will get as close as they can to the enemy and use the whistle, if the person seemingly has earrings or something metal on or around their ear they will be defended to a great extent for a long period of time, but only until the battle ends, Buzzing will occur towards the end when it will stop, the enemy will hit a series of headaches, and bloody noses until it ends. The buzzing, headaches, and bloody noses obviously occupying the enemy for an attack.

If no metal, same occurring will happen but for a shorter period of time, and hurts less
Special: Peace style fingers covering mouth but able to whistle
Drawback: User will have his or her hearing senses and abilities weakened greatly, because of such close range usages
Description: Once you whistle you will hear clings, loudness and lowness depending on your rank.

After seeing a giant iron chain flying over his head Hotoka moved away and decided to take cover. Seeing her spin and move like hat he tought she wouldnt notice him climbing on the roof of a buidling on the side. After climbing on the roof Hotoka whispered Doton: Dochu Eigyo no Jutsu and suddenly he was in the earth searching for Nene. Because off all those clones he himself kinda lost sight of her. After searching he finaly saw her and moved quickly towards her. He just emergedat kneeheight of the orobo bunshin and still a little out of breath and he suddenly heard a couple of loud clinging noises. As he feared, she mostly uses soundjutsu, making it almost useless for him to duplicate since sound can be heared everywhere. The moment he fully emerged his nose started bleeding and he suddenly threw up blood. Whats this!? Hotoka, almost sure he was discovered by her, quickly tried a technique. [glow=Blue,2,300]Suiton: Teppodama[/glow]and he shot a large ball of water mingled with a little blood, giving it a mystirious effect, at Nene just before he collapsed.
Damnit i should stop her using her soundattacks, but how?

Doton: Dochu Eigyo no Jutsu: type: C-rank, Supplementary: Level: 25
Using the Oboro Bunshin no Jutsu (Haze Clone Technique), the Rain Genin use the clones to confuse their enemies and then hide within the earth. However, when using this jutsu together with the Oboro Bunshin, the actual ninja can then attack their target from the ground, amidst the confusion.

Suddenly she stopped the sound, feeling herself grow confused, and a bit weaker now. The sound kept ringing in her ears, annoying her, piercing, hurting in a way she hated whenever she used this Jutsu.Ahhgh… She put the palms of her hands to her ears, but then released it, now looking for him. How clumsy of her to not look around if there was any metal of the sort… but same thing, clearly it worked.

There she saw him collapsed on the ground, like she presumed… a very good time to strike. Now aimed at him, she headed closer, now about a feet away. Yet something happened… He shot a large ball of water toward her, it being red like blood. Immediately she took her chains, taking a step forward, awaiting the right moment to hit… A millimeter almost. Quickly she brought both arms back, her senses distracted by the rings in her ears, and brought her arms together in front, causing the chain to hit the large ball of water both diagonally quickly.

Stupid her…. Nothing happened, except for cutting it in four separate pieces. Her eyes widened as it came directly at her, hitting right in the face. From the pressure of the attack, she fell back a little, but quickly climbed herself up, putting her arm to her mouth, coughing. What a disgusting taste, in made her want to puke… Yet she just coughed, now staring back at the guy. Like she thought—Still there. Her sound Jutsus were irregular… Some say it was a bit of a weird type of element… No one knew about it. She used that as an advantage.

”Ugh… {Cough} That’s just nasty…” She said between coughs, red liquid flew out of her mouth, tasted like some sort of metal. Could you get a disease out of this? ”This is enough…” Nene added with a fierce tone in her voice. The blood like liquid dripped down her face, and down the strands of her hair. Her eyes came dark looking, and her lips curled up into a small smirk.

She slowly raised her hands out together; a black light like electricity flowed down her arms, and out, surrounding her. The air flew fiercely, and she kept her eyes straight on him.

Ikamono Chikara no Chakra (Fake Chakra Power)

Description: Another genjutsu that is meant to scare the opponent into surrendering or retreating. The shinobi makes it look like a glowing and sparkling chakra aura surrounds him/her, so that he/she is extremely powerful and dangerous. The color of the chakra is up to the user but it is often red, black or purple in order to make it look more evil and powerful. The enemy can see the chakra as well as feel its enormous (but fake) strength and presence.

WOW () There is NO way I'm coming near her Hotoka stood up and slowly walked backwards. Damn, the only techniques that would work against the sound were tajutsu. But if i only thouch that stuff i'd be in a coma for months. Hmm i have got to come up with a plan. And suddenly he got it. Hotoka started using his speed, running over the rooftops from the right to left and back, he also made 5 Oboro bunshin to run around her while switching possitions all the time. Then he picked 5 shuriken and threw them all at once to her, making my clones do the same. Just when the shurikens were close to her Hotoka used his new technique which he had almost mastered.

and shot a not too big electric ball at her from the almost opposite direction of the shuriken, hoping the sound of the electricity would draw the attention instead of the shurikans.

It was weird…. She thought he would stay down longer, but she shrugged that off, glancing at him with the powerful look. That was quick… The girl figured as she watched as he ran away from the position. … More clones..? She looked around at the Illusions running around her, seeing as they suddenly threw Shuriken at many directions. One way was to just move.

Entirely forgetting about the GenJutsu she just used, Nene stopped it, now coming back to a normal state, seeing as that had barely any effect at all. The weapons came at her, and she swung the chains around, hitting against half of them, while the rest brushed past, one piercing her through the left leg. Blood trickled down her skin, and she simply looked down in shock. Instead of the Jutsu getting her attention—She found the Shuriken more certain.

But something hit her back, a shot of electricity that surged through her muscles. Nene hated that feeling of lightning… Even if it was just a small bolt. She paused for a moment, now feeling pain of both sound, and lightning, backing up a bit, regaining herself. The pain in her leg still shot from the shuriken, and quickly she pulled it out, letting the blood just sink through the wraps.

Her eyes searched for him around, following the path of the sounds the lightning had just made, clearly tracing his exact spot.Got em He was up there on the roof top, watching from above. Obvious from the fact the Illusions were just down there…I’m using too much energy… But surly this will fall in position.

Himei no Jutsu (Shriek) NinJutsu
Type: C Rank
A loud scream converted by chakra. Usually loud enough to make people cover their ears and makes their body numb due to high pitched sounds. Should not be over used since the user can also hear it but not to the same level as opponents.

Taking a deep breath, she let out a loud high-pitched scream, a scream loud enough to be heard around the village, almost too loud it caused herself to feel the attack too. Glass broke from a far, others stopped their doings to cover their ears, yet she held the high pitch noise for a long time, keeping it at its rate, not letting herself give in to the shriek hurting in her mind.

A moment past, and she knew that was enough time to make anyone stop whatever they were doing, and have time for another attack. Quickly with a hard thrust, she threw the shuriken directly up at him, quickly enough half a second after her scream. The hit was priceless, the sound and movement around her stopped as if recovering from the noise itself.

Suddenly hearing the most painfull sound he ever heard he covered his earsThis sound, even with my ears covered, its hurts like hell but as he had an incredible speed and suddenly stoped using his arms, he lost all his balance and fell on the roof, rolling and bouncing of of it and hit the groud, falling on the floor, Lying there in pain trying to get up he lost his balance again when a shuriken hit in his back. The effect of all those sound attacks are starting to pile up Lying there on the floor, having a headache, being dizzy, noutious and in immense pain he tried to grab his Kittenmittens.
He just took one on and again felt the unbearable pain.
Is this it? Do I already have to give up..
Couching up a little blood he closed his eyes.

Putting on his other Kittenmitten he slowly crawled towards her. Just e feet away from her he couldnt handle it anymore and felt on the ground.
If I just had the techniques work out instead of trying to keep attacking..

She watched, hands up to her mouth as he fell down to the ground, her ears still painful enough it slowed her reaction time into catching him. He began to put on his sharp like mittens, and she just stared, silent as she watched him attempt to come near her. This could have been me right now… Nene forced herself to come ear toward him as he fainted—Once close enough, fell to her knees, weak, out of Chakra… If she kept the noise up even longer, it would damage her even, probably end up worst than the victim.

Breathing in and out as slowly, and calmly as she could, she ducked her head down to her knees, putting her arms behind her head, her veins thumping hard, her limits pushed just a little. The world was shaking before her, yet she forced herself to stay awake, watching as the boy stayed un conscious on the ground, her hand reached for the shuriken jabbed on his back, and pulled it off as clean she could.

”You put up a good fight…” Nene talked to nobody, mostly herself. Her mind was being delusional… But she hated the fact he wasn’t conscious, and she was. What if someone saw? A tear dropped from her eye, sliding down the dried up partly bloody substance of her cheek. It wasn’t because she won, but because of what is going to happen next… In the future. Why she left like that. Of course it was because of goals, but sometimes… She felt as if all she cared about was herself. The feeling chased her around everywhere… She hated the fact she hadn’t followed her mothers word…

Drowsy like, she placed the palm of her hand against her forehead, closing her eyes. Go. Away. She attempted to drive away the pain, but seemed as if mental healing wouldn’t work as well…

”HEY YOU GIRL! From the sound Village I see..? Well, you are in a ton of trouble missy! Your voice was heard throughout this city, and had caused a mayhem alright! DO YOU HEAR ME? OR DID YOU KILL YOURSELF WITH THAT DREADED NOISE?! Eh… Get OUUUUUT OF HERE or I will have to report you!”

Great… So they just have to come at this exact moment… Nene thought dryly to herself, glaring at this guy. She didn’t really want to disturb townspeople, didn’t want to be the antagonist of the story at all. With a quick glance, she looked down at Hotoka. 3. 2. 1.

”WHY YOU? WHAT DID YOU DO TO THAT BOY HUH? ASSASSIN..?! MURDERER? I WILL GET YOU!!”

His voice roared into her already painful ears, and she rolled her eyes as he began to run around frantically, as if awaiting for someone to take her away. That wasn’t going to happen, ever. ”I’m sorry, Mister, for all the trouble I have caused.” Nene muttered under gritted teeth. ”But I can’t go wherever you are trying to take me… As you can see…. I am not allowed to socialize with strangers…” With that, she slid her hands under his body, and with the rest of her physical strength, picked him up with both hands, giving a glance back at the man. ”I have to take my leave now…”

Nene jumped quickly on the rooftops, one after another, heading away from that place—It only made things worst. She got to a flat roof, and stopped, placing his body laying on his back, letting herself sink down to her knees, just staring at him with a blank look, letting her thoughts fill her mind.

Hotoka slowly opens his eyes, seeing nothing more than a dark sky, not even the moon visible. Ugh, what have i been up to? (-.-') He blinks a couple of times with his eyes and notices a painfull stinging in his back. He turns around and sees a bit of blood... ouchie (>.<), Hurts. Then he looks to the other side and sees a girl sitting next to him...

Appearing silently on the roof behind her a boy of fourteen mettered a curse, his delicate body gracefully stepping over the flat roof as he looms over the genin's. It had grown troublesome, and he could see things getting rusty quickly. Yet after making the Cloud citizens return to their homes the jounin child can only close his eyes and shake his head. "You love trouble, hm?" He would ask her, folding his ars across his chest as he stated so. He was baffled, and a little annoyed he couldn't make anything blow up.. or die.. but this was the way their kage was.

He was quite stoic behind her, his emotionless face not giving away how he was feeling inside, which was in quite boredome. Yet he could see that things were getting 'unbored', which he smiled. His dark hair flowed slightly over his forehead as he murmured to himself again. He wore nothing above his top, leaving only his lower clothing which consisted of a black waist cloack and shinobi pants, sandles strapped to his feet tightly aswell.

On his forearms were his fingerless forearm protectors, his waist having his kusanagi blade slanted behind him horizontally, which his right hand rested on slightly after adjusting, his left hand uon his belt. Her face was blank and emotionless aswell, thus Masa had quite a difficult time reading her, yet reading didn't matter at the moment.

Hotoka stared at the boy for a while and finaly asked him, What are you doing here? in the middle of the night.. He stood up and climbed out of the window, walking towards the kid. Looking at him with his eye Hotoka suddenly felt a chill going down his spine.
Tapping repeatively with his foot on the room Hotoka asks again
I asked you something,
What are you doing here?
