Membrane Wires (Usumaku Harigane)
Rank: C
Skill: Ninjutsu
Effect: Creates up to 8 thin yet dense tentacles on the users back to be used offensively or defensively.
Special: Hare, Dragon, Hold Bird handseal
Drawback: Cannot make more than 8 tentacles. The longer and denser the tentacles, the more chakra required. The denser in transitional membrane comparison a tentacle is, the slower it becomes.
Description: The user pumps the water substance and chakra within them into their back and begin to form up to 8 tentacles each up to 10 feet long. Maximum denser depends on the current rank of the transitional membrane. Once this is done, the user can choose to use their tentacles for various situations. They can throw objects such as sharp rocks at an opponent. They can grapple and constrict an opponent as well. They can also help the user mobilize easier. The denser in transitional membrane comparison a tentacle is, the slower it becomes.
Limit: Hozuki Bloodlimit.
[OOC: Please feel free to skip me and train in some fashion (flashback or step away from my character) if I am taking too long. Sorry, didn't expect to be so busy with threads. Let me know if you want me to dip out at any time.]

Titana listened to the man, and she thought that he was probably right... but she had never done well to obey rules like not going out at night. She allowed the water to crawl over her back even more as the two of them spoke, and suddenly he would be interacting with the shadow, then suddenly it would run at her. Titana was a little thrown off at first, afraid to take it on without knowing its true power, but she allowed her chakra to continue pumping water out of her back until it finally began to take shape and stretch from her liquid skin -- forming around her clothing. All of a sudden, two small tentacles were growing from her back as the shadow rushed her. Titana smiled, at least it had helped her in some way.
As the shadow approached, Titana prepared herself to block it with one of her tentacles and sent chakra there -- but soon enough it had vanished. Titana looked at the man who had formed such a thing and then caused it to disappear, and huffed. "That was a little cruel..." Although she was aggravated with him, Titana was also interested in these skills. She had not met someone who could manipulate their shadow before, but then again she had not met very many people in this world yet. She still had much to learn she knew. Perhaps he can show me, Titana wondered and the thought brought her joy, chakra flooding to her back thanks to the power of her emotions.
Soon the water on her back was bubbling playfully and Titana found that another pocket of chakra was starting to morph the water within her body. A third tentacle would slowly be trailing out of her clothing and forming below the one on her right side. "Well look at that," Titana said and glanced at herself, suddenly not so interested in the mean joke that this man had played on her. "So what's your name anyways?" Titana asked, still not looking at him and waving her left arm around -- trying to send chakra to that side of her body and make a fourth tentacle from her water membrane. "You can tell me, I won't blab."
