Name: O Ni Bi (Will-o-the Wisp)
Rank: C, additional D rank
Skill: Ninjutsu, supplementary
Effect: Gives the Gōsuto Hikari (Ghost-light) the ability to give off a more prominent and appealing light, letting people see it even in genjutsu induced darkness.
Special: Handseals
Drawback: ---
Description: This jutsu gives the Gōsuto Hikari (Ghost-light) a stronger and more appealing light, allowing it to be seen easier in the dark and giving off a sense of "warmth" that draws those looking at it closer to the flame. This also allows the Gōsuto Hikari (Ghost-light) to be seen through genjutsu induced darkness, though blinding genjutsu are unaffected. The first time learned the user learns how to actually make the flame more alluring without it being a normal flame. The second time learned the user learns how to project it through genjutsu.
Limit: Fire release. Must learn Gōsuto Hikari (Ghost-light) before learning.
Kuroki produced hand seals to summon towards him a small ball of dark fire. It was a eerie shade of dark, almost blackish, blue. There was very little heat for all the hot color and being fire that it was. The flames were translucent at the edges but the ball itself was almost solid in appearance. One could almost touch the flaming ball that looked like it could actually be a soul. It was definitely a creepy kind of light that it produced.
It was the dark of night and Kuroki was a large man in a cave behind a waterfall. It was weird for anyone to be out on so dark a night much less near the pitch black roaring waters. The cave was little more than an alcove but it gave him some privacy to practice his ninjutsu in peace. He wasn't a friendly man to strangers hence the odd jutsus he uses in the first place. To anyone watching the place flickered with a dull light from behind the waterfall.
He could touch his flaming ball and not get burned in the slightest. These flames were almost cool in comparison to a real fire, and produced so little light. It was barely a torch to see by but that suited Kuroki fine. If anyone else would approach this fire it would flicker out of existence for a bit. It looked exactly like a will-o-wisp and that was the point. He would play off those legends of old.
This alone at night could lead a stranger astray. It could lead them into a bog or marsh away from the sure path. It's a haunted fire but that wasn't the only reason why he summoned it. It was a perfect companion to him the man of unluck. Nothing in life was ever free and he would use his bad luck against those that would harm him or his. This was why he must get stronger to protect what little he has.
His gloved hand cradled the ghost light for a second with a loving touch of a father then he stepped back. He was producing handseals to modify the spirit of the heart that his ghost fire was. He was going to make it more alluring to strangers and others. For it to do it's job right they should follow his ghostly creation to their doom. Their doom will be at the hand of something they think would lead them out of the darkness.
