Travel back to the village

As the mission completely failed Hotoka decided to leave and go back to the village. He looked around, seeing nothing but fog, a couple of trees and the path they walked on a couple of hours ago. He was still tired of the fight and decided to take it easy He simply started walking back east. Hopefully someone followed him since Hotoka himself could get lost while following a straight line. He purpously slowed down his pace so if someone would follow him he would have someone to guide his way back to the village.

Hotoka speeded back to the village as he noticed no one came. He was lucky that there was a path he could follow that they walked on and he was as good as sure he had to go this way. He ran and ran and eventually the sun began to rise. He looked around and saw that almost all the mist was dissapeared as well as any sign of hostile shinobi. After running for another hour he went sleeping. He was immensly tired and after all that running..
Hotoka put up camp and went sleeping. Around 9 hours later he woke up, opening the tent and almost being amazed that he still knew where the path to the village was. He packed his bags and simply started running again. He should reach the village within hours as they werent too far away when they were attacked. He still wondered who the other shinobi was but seeing he didnt came with him he probably enjoyed himself there. As he followed the path the surroundings came a bit more familiar and a couple of minutes later he could see the village walls.

The mission was a failure, but at least Rodok hadn't fallen victim to Kuz's genjutsu, for if he had, he wouldve never been able to get back to the village. Rodok stayed within the cover of the trees, for there could more missing-nin, and he wouldnt stand a chance alone. He leaped up to the mid-branches of the trees, and began to hop along them at a fair pace, back to the general direction of the cloud village. While Rodok made his way back, he could see different place he remember seeing along the mission. Quickly he got past the campsite they were attacked, and he was a ble to follow the trail made by the wagon's wheels.

After some time he saw the time that they were attacked by Kuz, and he knew we was getting closer to the village. Picking up the pace so he could get there faster (As it was still very dark) Rodok decided it was safe to travel along the main path, for no missing-nin would come this close to the village, or try to attack someone this close. Within a few minutes, Rodok was now at the outer walls of the village, having made it back.
