As the boy continued to fling his attacks at the incoming blades Nyx would tilt his head while taking a few steps to his left so that a tree would take the brunt of the blows. His positioning left him safe from the sword rain watching the boy fend off the flying blades with a glowing blue short sword though it seemed to be growing larger.

It was then that the Hyuuga asked him if he was friend or foe which made him think quietly. The question made sense to him at least, he was going toe to toe with an opponent that had him outclassed in firepower and now another fighter had appeared. Nyx would lean against the thick tree while continuing to flip the blade sword in his hand watching the light glint off the stone blade while thinking before looking back at the boy while catching the handle. "I'm undecided."

Loki stood there as she watched the two little birds talk to each other. She sighed as she watched the two of them talk. She would let them chat as she looked over at one of her portals. She chakra would flow through it and she would move her chakra in and out of the soil and minerals that where present which in the portals. She would swirl her chakra inside and then with smile as would looked down at the two of the them. "I'll decide for you." Loki would call out to the male leaning against the tree. Two more blades would launch out from the portals behind Loki one of them head towards each of them.

*Flash Back*

Loki sat on a crystal chair in the middle of a rocky ledge. She crossed her leg as she channeled chakra into the ground. As she focused her chakra she the ground would begin to to rumble, and bits of the pebbles and rocks would rumble and clamber together. The rocks would stony ledge began to be crushed and pulverized, and turned to dust. The dust would begin to float up into the air. She was trying to perform a spell she had caught wind of in one of the many books she had read in the Library in Hot Springs. It seemed fairly simple to grasps, and she had nothing else to do today.

The dust and soil and would begin to raise, and as it raised so did more of the little pebbles and stones. Loki looked at the them and held out her hand. She rubbed her fingers together and as she did so the stones and pebbles would begin to turn into dust and soil themselves. The Soil and dust would continue to raise up into the air behind Loki and it would being to look more Like a large curtain of stone wall, than anything else. Loki would look over her shoulder and saw this, She began to twirl her index finger.

While her index finger twirled several sections of the dust curtain would begin to spin. As they spun, the dust and soil around them would begin to gather around the spinning section. The curtain would begin to shrink, and split apart as the spinning parts of the curtain would begin to grow. They grew to the point that there was no longer a curtain there, only spinning discs of dirt in the sky. Loki looked at these discs curiously as she focused more of her chakra into them. As she focused more of her chakra the spinning would begin to halt.

*end Flash Back*

These portals that Loki had control over where shining with light, almost as if they would over loaded with chakra. These disc did not spin but rippled like waves, or a flag in the wind, giving the appeared of a portal in the sky. After Loki had send out the first two weapons she would smirk as four more swords would poke their head out from the portals. She would point the the direction of the two below and they would fire out at their targets. She wasn't aiming directly at them, she didn't want to inflict any damage she wouldn't heal herself. Although she could just bring them back to life if need be... but that was just a hassle. Maiming them would be far more preferable to killing the two of them.

Kyodai shook his head when the newcomer said they were undecided. He didn't have time to waste one someone who wouldn't contribute to the battle with Loki. That was when Loki decided things for them both and it was not good for Kyodai. It seemed now she was firing even more swords than she was before. She kept the same rhythm of firing but enough for the both of them which was annoying. 

Loki seemed to have an over abundance of chakra, she had so much that she was nearly blinding to his sight. She was easily keeping him occupied to the edge of his abilities. His ragged state could attest to this with one look. One close cutting sword grazed his skull leaving a bloody furrow along his head. It tore off his ninja plate exposing his cursed mark for the world to see. 

Kyodai even with the building collection of cuts on him, he was doing well. With a chakra covered hand defending one side and a growing scalpel on the other. The chakra scalpel was just short of being a true short sword now. It would be a full short sword soon and that would complete that particular one. Not that he really knew what to do with a short sword but it was better than nothing.

Kyodai was trying his hardest now just to reduce injury with this prolonged fight with the witch of the leaf. She would shoot swords at him and he would be defending. The only unknowns at this point are how long he could last and how long would she be entertained by doing this. Well there was one more unknown though he didn't need to turn his head to see it, and it was this newcomer. 

The Newcomer could turn the tide either way and in that way Loki did him a favor by targeting that person as well. Kyodai didn't know how the newcomer would react to the flying swords but few reacted well to such a situation. He know he was barely reacting properly himself. He was kinda numb with having to use so much chakra and control just to maintain the status quo. His defense was maintaining but barely.

Loki looked down at the two young ninja and sighed as she waited for them to make their move. She folded her arms and then focused her chakra into the the portals behind her. She increased the amount of chakra into them. As she focused on the chakra inside of the portals she would push ed them into the soil and minerals that were in side of them. She began to yawn as she thought about what she did the lat time and how she could improve on it.

*Flash Back*

As more chakra was added to the portals they would stop spinning. Loki looked back at the plates in the sky and narrowed her eyes. She continued to add more chakra into the portals behind her. As she added ore chakra into the portals it they would begin to glow with power. The plates of soil and Minerals would begin to shine brightly, and then Loki would felt her power flowing through the plates of earth. As her chakra flowed through she could feel it begin to merge with the soil and minerals inside of them. She looked out in front of her at the vasts cavern before her.

As she looked out she would begin to mold the chakra that was in side of the portals that were behind her. As she molded the chakra into the shape of a sword, one of the portal wold begin to react to her chakra. As it reacted the portal would begin to ripple as she began to mold a sword out of the materials that the portal was composed of. She would take her time at first just to get a feel for what she was doing. She was alone and bored it wouldn't hurt for her to take her time right now. She would slowly build on what she was doing.

The ripples would continue a a blade would slowly emerge out of the portal. It's head would poke out first, as Loki peeked over her shoulder she would see that the blade still looked like stone. She sighed and then watched as the blade would begin to dissolve and merge back with the portal behind her. She would begin again as she focused on the chakra in the portal. She would begin to mold the chakra and minerals inside of the portals. As she focused on the soil and minerals she would begin to compress them together. As they she formed the sword it would begin to poke it's head out of the portal.

This time when Loki looked back it looked like the actual head of a blade. She smirked and continued with what she was doing. The sword would soon be formed and then fall out of the portal lazily. Loki looked at the sword as it fell to the ground next to her. She raised an eyebrow, that wasn't going to do at all. She would need to launch the weapons out of the portal with much more force than that. What she just witness was sad to say the least. Speaking of sad...

"You know I prefer moving targets... no pin cushions." Loki would call to the two boys, hoping they would begin to scramble or try to find a way to come at her in the sky. She would then shot out another volley of short swords at the two of them

Kyodai took the hint real quick when Loki said she wanted a moving target though counter attack was impossible as of yet. He had no ranged capability except a few thrown Kunai and that was less than useless. But Kyodai was coming up with a plan as his mind worked furiously. He wasn't going to play dodge the sword forever. Besides his endurance did have limits and with all the bleeding he had to do something about.

So when the next volley of Swords came flying Kyodai did a tumble roll to behind another tree different from the other persons. This would give him a few moments to finish his short sword and to think. While he was thinking however he was far from idle. He used his fine chakra control to heal the wounds that he could either feel or see. As he dropped the ease pain for a moment, and let out a howl of pure pain.

His eyes grew fierce as he finished healing himself and recoated his hands in the protective version of Chakra scalpel and had a short sword version at the ready. With some quick movements that while fast were not in the realm of Shunshin, he made a move towards her little cliff stand. His plan was simple, for he may not have ranged weapons but he could weaken that structure with his fists.

His enhanced hands have the solidarity of steel and the force of a gravity behind the blow. Kyodai figured this would send a shockwave through the whole structure. There was no point in using his fire and ice approach on it as it would have little effect. So with a quick run using his sword as a defensive thing to protect from flying swords he made his way to the earthen structure she stood on.

Kyodai would make dashes from one piece of convenient cover to another. He knew she was allowing this but he had few options at this point. He would stand a slightly better chance in melee. But even that chance was very slight, she had mastery over elements while he was still in the beginning stages of a few taijutsu styles. But he did have his medical knowledge and this protective Chakra Scalpel.

Loki looked down at the flaccid sword that had just be created. She would turn her nose up at it, and watched it turn back into dust and merge with the portals behind her. She folded her arms and channeled her chakra through the portals as she began to mold the soil and minerals inside of the portals once again. As she molded the minerals, and formed the swords, she began to think abut how she was going to fire the weapon this time. The last attempt was a more than a little disappointment. She focused her chakra on the portal behind her, as she focused a sword would begin to peek out.

As the sword's head began to poke out of the portal she would mold her chakra and compress the soil even more. As the sword began to form the portal would begin to ripple, making it look as if the sword was coming from another dimension. Loki looked over her shoulder, as she could feel the power of the portals but wasn't comfortable enough with the jutsu to go by feel alone. She saw the sword begin to come out of the portal and focused her chakra towards the back of the blade. She would let out a sigh and then then let her chakra explode. As she did so the portal would flare for an instant.

After the portal flared a sword would shoot out of the portal. The sword zipped through the air at the speed of a thrown kunia, and Loki would begin to chuckle as it crashed into the cliff slide. The sword would stamp into the side of cliff. She looked at the sword in the cliff, and then began to focus her chakra into the portal behind her. She tried to improve the speed in which she created the swords. She portal would begin to ripple once again. But it wouldn't be the only one this time. As the first portal would begin to ripple, Loki would start to focus chakra into a second.

Two of the several glowing plates behind her would begin to to glow. She tilted her head to look behind her. As Her chakra would begin to the compress the earth and sol that made up the plate. This time two large swords would begin to peek there heads out of the portals. They would then launch out at the side of cliff at a simply thought from Loki, and would stamp themselves into the side of the cliff. Loki looked at the 3 swords that had lodged themselves into the side of cliff. She could do more, she was positive of that.

"Oh my... run run run..." Loki would call out to the boy as he would run to seek cover. She would then focus more chakra into her portals. The rippling of the portals would begin to get more intense. Loki would then yawn as she saw him running behind cover. She began to wonder..."Maybe I should just tear down your cover?" Loki would would say with a laugh as another volley of short sword would fire out of the portals. But this time they were aimed at the trees and stones that Kyodai would use as cover. However, there wasn't enough power behind them to demolish the trees, or stones, But Loki knew this.

Nyx, I decided to give the doubled five, because I even though it was short, in all sense and purposes your post was decent for what the prankster technique describes. Although for something like this, maybe you could take things in a more literal term?

You know, dive into how your character would think is funny how they fight is turning out, or really dive into their kind of humor, even if they are just thinking to themselves. These kind of tips, might get you more points on your posts But anyway grade received as is.

Nyx peeked out at the woman as she claimed to decide his foe for him, but he simply blew past his teeth and rolled his eyes before leaning back behind the tree. The subsequent thunks of blades hitting the tree made him grin a bit though as he caught the sword's handle. With a faint pulse of chakra Nyx pushed his energy through the blade feeling his chakra return afterward. With the pulse Nyx had used it to feel the sword, the density, the composition, the bonds of what made it up.

Despite the look of the weapons being virtually the same as steel they were formed from the ground around the woman. So that probably meant that the portals were just the chakra and material being gathered from the ground. With some interest he tossed the blade again as the tree he was behind began to crack and splinter from the weapons flying at it. With a quick jump Nyx would climb along the tree as it began to fall in the general area of Loki though it would fall a few meters away from her without harm.

However whenever the tree had reached a 45 degree angle Nyx would leap to another tree directly over Loki and throw the blade down at her from above although it would land a few feet in front of her if she didn't move. He didn't expect it to hit, it was more to test if she could freely fire her weapons at any direction she wished. If she couldn't that left her open to a two-pronged assault but Nyx had little to no intention of attacking her. All in all these actions were to study her earth jutsu.

Loki was floating above the the treeline, so the attack would be aimed at nothing. "What are you aiming at?" Loki would ask with a curious look on her face. She folded her arms and then shook her head as she made a hand motion. As the hand motion was made another Sword would shoot out of the portal at Nyx, would was air borne. She wold begin to yawn, and would out stretch her arms. As she stretched out her arms the several blades would begin to poke out the the portals there. She would begin begin to laugh, "You should really probably run... 5..4..3"

*flash Back*

Loki looked at the three swords in the side of the cliff and scoffed at it. She was positive that she could do better than that. She folded her arms and then looked back at the portals. With a twist of her chakra she would would begin mold several swords out of all of the portals at once. Once the swords were molded, she smirked a little bit as the swords head would begin to peak their heads out. With another burst of chakra the swords would shoot out of the portal and wedge themselves into the cliff side.

Loki looked at the sword that were stapled into the side of cliff. She made a curious sound, as she wondered if she would be able to make a continuous stream of raining death? She supposed that she could find out. She twisted her chakra in the portal once again. As she twisted the chakra, swords of earth would begin to form. There were dozens of blades being formed inside the portals that were behind her. She tilted her head as the cliff. She also wanted to test her control over the placement of the swords.

She made a motion with her hand and the sword heads would begin to peak out of the portal. As the swords began to peak out of the portal, Loki would smiled and the barrage of swords would happen. The swords would fire out like a Gatling gun. The swords fired out the the portals and then rocketed into the side of the cliff. The portals would begin to loose their light and disappeared. All of the earth and soil that composed them were made into blade that now were stapled into the side of the cliff. Loki would begin to chuckle. As the blades where arranged in a way that created an image of her face.

"2..1.." Loki started to laugh, then the barraged of short swords would begin to rain down on the surrounding area. She was going to do her best not to kill the two of them, but she gave them plenty of time to find cover. The rain of weaponry would continue, and as it did do she would slowly descend back to the ground. As the last of the swords would launch out, the shine of the portal would disappear, and Loki would land back on the ground. She placed her hands on her hips and then tilted her head to the side, "Are you guys still alive?" Loki would chuckle as she looked at the devastation she had cause to the area. It was only going to get worse.

Kyodai ducked into cover as soon as Loki gave the warning, as little as it was. He was at least pretty decent at protecting himself. With his particular set of techniques the most effective method of stopping the flight of swords that came from above was the spinning whirl of a defense. And so he waited until the right moment and did just that creating a five meter safe zone around him and deflecting the swords every which way. He wasn't going to get stomped out quite yet.

Besides Kyodai had an idea of something that may work. At the very least it would give him a distant weapon to work with. It's distance was limited to about twenty meters but that was enough. Loki wasn't that far away now. And which her floating down back to her platform it gave him the opportunity he needed. The major problem was he had never done this jutsu before. And that would mean it's effectiveness would be cut down a bit.

Kyodai figured it was better than nothing though. And so without further ado, he beganin concentrating on his hands once more. When the chakra scalpel jutsu extension was ready, he stepped from behind a tree. With both arms extended the short sword shattered as well as his little defensive hand shield. The splinters was sent flying at Loki, now because this was his first attempt at this instead of a line of effect it kind of went wide as a cone.

Kyodai grunted and tried to focus the shards as they flew wildly away from him. The shards would shred most things caught in its paths. They were literally flying ultra fine scalpels, meaning flesh and wood would be little defense against this. The chakra wasn't particular powerful it was more it's ultra fine cutting edge that was the danger of the shards. And once they struck and stuck into whatever it hit they would begin to fade.

This was an interesting development a Hyuuga with a distant attack that was still a hand or fist jutsu. It was right up this particular Hyuuga's path to develop such a weapon for fighting with. Kyodai was certainly an interesting development. Very few Hyuuga before him has gone the particular paths that he has. But his control was so fine that the edges could cut between nerves.

Despite his test a failure, it proved the woman was manic and unstable as she tried to obliterate the forest with the rain. Although it left most of the stone swords embedded in the trees giving him the chance to take cover in the nooks and crannies between the weapons themselves and the trees. Even now touching a few he could feel ho w the blades pierced the tree and mingled together, like seeing the inside of a pin cushion.

After the rain was over Nyx would grab one of the swords ans hop down while stabbing it into the tree to slow his decent coming out of the fall with a roll. After a slight huff he would bounce back up on the balls of his feet a few meters from both of the combatants. An annoyed look flitted across his face briefly as he saw the dirt on his black clothing before proceeding to pat himself down however this time he would feel the small aura it created around himself as well as the soil around him spreading outwards. A faint grin would slip out feeling the stones and roots underground before looking back at the woman but now that he was closer he could see her youth. "Oh... You're younger than you seemed."

This creates the imagery of a series of gates or portals stacked vertically into the air, with various weapons all pointed directly where the user desires. A mental command, a slight twist in the chakra giving everything form, is all it takes to begin raining blades at a rate of up to one weapon per movement per class level. These weapons travel at the speed of a thrown kunai, and have the same damage as other Semblance Forged weapons. Loki would raise an eyebrow as Kyodai would launch and attack at her. She would lazily turn to the side as she would dodge out of the way of the scalpel shards. "Huh... not going to lie... that was pretty lame." Loki would say as she turned her attention over to the new one that had appeared. As she looked at him she would begin to focus her chakra into the soil around her once again. She smirked at him, "Yes... I'm just a young lady of 18 full of life and energy... and easily bored. The names Loki Dye... who are are you?" She would continue to focus her chakra into the earth as she waited for an answer.

*flash Back*

Loki was sitting there looking at what she was able to create in the side of the cliff side. It was all well and good, but she wanted to do more damage than that. She thought about what she could do to up the damage for a moment. She snapped her fingers as it soon became obvious. She would just need to make them... well blow up. Loki would smile as she leaned over to the side and touched the ground as she remained sitting there. Her fingers would seem to mold the earth at her grip as if it was paper.

She pulled a blade out of the ground and held it there in her hand for a moment. She focused chakra back into the weapon and then toss the weapon over her shoulder. As the weapon hit the ground it would explode. That was easier enough to to while she was holding onto the weapon. However, she needed to find a way to accomplish the same thing, while not touching it at all. She would reach down into the ground again, pulling out another blade. She held the blade in her hand for a moment, and then she would begin to channel her chakra through it.

She felt the way the chakra moved through the blade of the weapon. She smirked as it was like the extra chakra was pulsating through the blade like blood. So much so that it felt like the blade could burst at any moment. She paid close attention to the way the chakra moved throughout the blade in her hand and determined how she was going to do this. She tossed the sword to the side and the sword exploded. As the sword exploded, she would begin to focus her chakra into the ground around her. As her chakra was being focused the dirt and soil would begin to raise out of the ground.

*End Flashback*

The soil and minerals in the ground began to rise off of the ground again. She wasn't going to waste time with pleasantries. She had two test dummies in front of her she wasn't going to waste to much time talking. As the soil raised, golden portals would begin to form behind Loki once again. Loki would begin to giggle and then said, "You really don't want too get hit by these..." A short sword would launch out of one of the portals and would connect to the tree Nyx was leaning on, about 6 feet above his head. The sword exploded and the tree would begin to fall over, "Their going to hurt... a lot."

Kyodai grunted as he found out that the shards had little effect as they were too spread out. Though that didn't mean he could give up on that plan. It still did reach her, he had to focus more. But focus was seeming to become an issue as a new wringle was developing. Loki had said his attempt was lame, and had turned to the other person on this battlefield. And a battlefield this torn landscape definitely was now.

Loki had launched another short sword at the other persona and that sword exploded on impact. Kyodai realized real quick just how bad that would be to even block it like he was. His agility was certainly going to get a workout as he rolled away from the tree he had been using as cover exploded when another blade hit it. this was going to be a short fight if he couldn't keep dodging these swords.

Though in all honesty the fight has been going on for a while already. It was probably why Loki was bored with them. Either way Kyodai was rolling and dodging from exploding swords and as soon as he could he focused his palms towards the witch. Exploding from his palms was another burst of Scalpel shrapnel that flew fast and was still of a bit of a cone but somewhat more focused.

It was less total pieces but larger pieces this time sent flying at Loki and her platform. Kyodai was determined at least to get some sort of mark on this extremely strong opponent. It would be an accomplishment to even touch such a powerful chakra user. She had earned her name in a very serious way as Kyodai was seeing. Either way though he continued to fire the shards until another sword came flying at him and he had to move.

He continued to roll and dodge, it would be funny to watch if it wasn't so deadly. The shrapnel from the exploding swords was actually cutting him up more than just the swords did. He couldn't avoid every little piece that flew at him. He definitely needed replacement clothes after this at the least. But his body was oozing blood from so many small cuts everywhere but he seemed immune to pain at this point.

The rapid pulse of chakra will then displace stone making Large-sized chunks of rock burst up around the user. The stones will stay upright for 12 seconds or until knocked down from a "B" rank amount of damage.

"That's a shame you look 26," Nyx would comment meeting her gaze before she gave him her name. "Nyx Erebus, pleased to meet you Loki, even if you are a bit aggressive, not that it isn't attractive."

His words came out very matter of factly not seeing this as a situation where he needed to try and use the tactics of politics. It was then she launched another blade sinking into the tree further above Nyx before exploding and splintering the tree. Nyx would glance up watching as the remains dropped tot he side creating a thin cloud of dirt.

As she commented about it being best not to get hit by them Nyx would nod and slowly form seals remembering the feeling of the earth below him before slamming them down. A sharp burst of chakra would echo into the ground before he would pull up a glowing gold chunk of earth in front of him though it was really only big enough to serve as cover. The stone would be jagged as if it had just been broken from a boulder.

However sure enough it did what it was meant to easily deflecting two exploding blade as they clanged against the mass of earth. Nyx could feel his chakra acting in a similar way that Loki's had it was enhancing the traits of the ground and collecting the densest material along it to act as a shell to resist the force of attacks coming at it. All in all not bad for his first Earth-Style technique but it didn't feel complete.

"Yes yes, well... wait. What the hell did you just say?" Loki's eyes would focus in on Nyx, as kunia would shoot out of the portals and explode as they collided with Kyodai scalpel shards. Loki would glare over at Kyodai and several more kunia would shoot out of the portals once again towards Kyodai. Loki would sigh, "You sit still for a moment..." Loki then turned her attention back over to Nyx with furry in her eyes. "You saying I look old you son off bitch?!" Loki would begin to channel more of her chakra into the ground around her. As more soil began to float into the air she would raise as well.

As she began to raise the portals would being the shine with bright light. The portal emitted a vast amount of chakra from them. She looked down at Nyx, with a glare. "I can't kill you, because Gosei will be upset. But oh boy am I going to try to get you as close to it as humanly possible." Floated there in the air as she felt the power of her portals flowing into her. She would eye the rock structure that her target had made, and then snicker. It would be easier enough to shot around it, but she rather just blast through. Or maybe both.

Loki would lift her hand up into the air with an evil smirk stretched across her face. As she did so the portals would begin to wave violently. She focused in on her target and her power would begin to flow outward and into the portals that surrounded her. "Shatter to bits, and scatter into the wind." Loki would say as her hand came down, and kunia would rain out of the portals like so many rain drops. Each one of the Kunia would explode upon contact with anything. Even if he was hit directly, he wouldn't die.

Loki was irate at the moment, but she wasn't without her reasoning skills. The didn't put as much chakra as could into the attack. The explosion of the kunia would barely be a 4th of what it could be capable of. However, if he was hit by enough of them, he could probably actually die... how awful would that be? Loki would chuckle at the through as Volley after volley of Explosive kunia would rain down on the area. As she watched the volley of explosive it brought her focus back to when she first learned how to use this spell.

*Flash Back*

Loki sat there and looked at another blade that she had created. She tossed it aside and watched it explode. She focused her chakra into the earth around her, and then soil and minerals would begin to lift up into the air. As the soil lifted up into the air, she began to focus her chakra into the soil. The portal would begin to shine a golden color, and as it would begin to take the look of actual portal. Loki would twist her chakra, and as she twist it she would focus chakra into the the sword that she had just created.

Description: This is a technique where the user produces small bolts of energy from their hand, similar to shuriken, and shoots the smaller Chakra Scalpel blades at the opponent. The user is able to perform this technique at a distance of 7 meters plus 6 meters per class level. The number of shards released is dependent on the amount of fingers the user has. Since it is a multiple projectile attack this technique is weaker than a normal Chakra Scalpel. (Divide the power by the amount of Shards released).
Limit: Must be a Medical Doctor. Must know Chakra Scalpel: Sword.

Kyodai smiled slightly as Loki actually used something to defend herself with. That meant the technique had some potential. This happen as the explosive sword contacting his shards blew him backwards. It was an odd roll defense to lessen the blow that was really meant for falls that he did. It was better than nothing, though between explosions and sharp shrapnel the only thing in even a little condition was his pants.

He ripped off his shirt and vest that was now in tatters revealing a very tone and muscular body that his lean size had hid. It looked like he was very much the martial artist his father wished even he didn't look it most of the time. He focused once more between flying swords and explosions. He noted that Loki was now distracted thanks to that other guys insults on her age. This would be a good opportunity to strike.

And strike Kyodai was going to do. With movements only a martial artist would understand, he weaved and move until he was back in range of Loki again. There with a outstretched palm he sent another flurry of shards at his opponent. The shards were many and small but they were a lot more focused this time. They were not quite the finished product but they were a lot closer this time to what he was going for.

It was the equivalent of a bunch of shuriken with edges so sharp that they can cut between nerve connections. They were deadly sharp and if they reach their target could do lots of damage but the power behind them wasn't all that great. The power of the technique wasn't the strength of it rather just the ultra fine edges and the number of pure chakra creations that race towards their target.

It was still a fire and forget kind of technique though. He couldn't control the scalpels once he had basically shot them out of his hand. But maybe he didn't need to control them after he had shot them if he aimed right. And his aim and control was improving. Kyodai's breathing was hard and ragged as sweat dripped down his brow. This fight was an exhausting one but one that needed to be done to grow.

Loki's main focus was on Nyx at the moment, but that did not mean she would ignore Kyodai. That would be foolish. Loki knew how the mind of the weak worked. He had no chance against her one on one. He could gather a million of himself, and it would not matter. Zero power times zero power is this zero power. The only chance he would have were ill advised sneak attack. As she rained down destruction on Nyx, she would make a slight twist of her chakra as she floated there in the air. As she did so several of the portals would stop firing.

Weapons would poked there heads out of the portals once again. This time they were aiming in Kyodai's direction."Foolish boy..." Loki would say as her would prepare her attack, Kunia would staple into the ground around him, in the shape of a heart. Just as they hit the ground they would explode, "You're far too slow... I thought Hyuuga were suppose to be good at Taijutsu?" Loki would chuckle as she ridiculed the young Hyuuga. The rain of explosive weapons would come to an end. She began to scan over the area checking to see if she seriously injured anyone of them.

*Flashback*

The portal would shoot out a single weapon and it would crash into the side of the cliff side. Once it hit the cliff side it would explode. Bits of rumble would fall off the side of the cliff, and fall in the valley below. Loki smiled as it seemed that she had a good idea of how she was going to do this. However, she would need to take things slow like she had done so so far. She began to focus her chakra into the ground around her, and the dirt and minerals would begin to float into the air around her.

She began to form her portals once again. As the portals were formed, she channeled even more chakra into them. After the chakra had been poured into the portals, they would begin to shine and wave. The shinning plates of earth would shine and being to wave, making them appear to be opening portals in the sky. As the portals were formed she began to focus on the chakra inside of the portals. She began to twist the chakra inside of the portal. As she chakra was twisted she a blade would begin to poke out of the portal.

She launched the blades out of the portal towards the cliff side in front of her. This sword was followed up by several more blades. They all sped out of the portal and crashed into the cliff side. As they crashed into the cliff side they would explode. Loki would tilt her head to the side as she looked at the destruction. She was thinking of ways to make this a little more effective. Shooting swords was all well and good, but there might be a better way to do things.
