Meikyoku. The capital city of Oto. A booming city of lights, music and dancing. Rose loved coming here. It almost felt like a world outside of the one that she was already living in. Outside of all the politics and the conflicts. Where she could just be a regular person again. Not a shinboi. It almost reminded her of the life before the incident. Like a home away from home. Rose would come down to this booming city whenever she had the chance, to just get away and not have any cares in the world about anything. Every time she came she would actually tuck away her headband just so that she wouldn't be treated special or different. Here she could be anyone she wanted.

Walking down the streets, taking in the scenery and all the sounds, a big smile was painted across her face. The sounds of busy people and music playing from bars, and food stands. Suddenly a bit up a head she heard a commotion. A group of people had gathered to the side of the street. Naturally curious, Rose approached the crowd. To her surprise she found a band of young kids playing make shift instruments that they had. A boy was palying drums from pots and pans. Another was playing a guitar that looked run down. The youngest boy was holding out a hat that people put tips in and finally a girl was standing front and center singing her heart out. Rose stood in awe, smiling at the kids pouring their soul into this music.

These kids are amazing! She beamed out loud as her eyes couldn't be drawn away from the talented children.

Place your right hand on top of his left hand and grab his wrist. Grab his elbow with your left hand and seize his wrist with your right hand as you bring his arm down in front of your abdomen. Take a large step diagonally forward with your left foot, moving his arm forward and down. Pin his arm at a right angle to his body. When an opponent is on the ground, the user is free to break an elbow, dislocate the shoulder, dislocate the write, or even strike the controlled target. The user is able to redirect 15% of the opponent's fighting power back to the opponent when performing this technique as a counter.

The Capital of sound country, Meikyoku was bustling with people. Though it seemed pretty festive, with people in their traditional dress and extranet outfits, Kisara was simply dressed. She was a tailor by profession, and honestly didn’t quite identify as a ninja of the grass rather than a merchant selling her wares there. She had been doing it since her grandmother had lived there after all. She wore a navy blue cardigan sweater, open down the middle and a white blouse underneath. Her long grey jeans that were from fitting, were offset by her black traveling boots that came up half way up her shin. As she cared a pack full of her wares to be distributed to the markets of Meikyoku. She was about as tall as a 12 year old, but alas she couldn’t help her size, as she had been very ill as a child. Now being the sole successor to her family’s martial art, Misuzu-Ryu Aikijujitsu, she had to not only preform her duties as a merchant but also as a martial artist. She mentally visualized the movements of her style, the Yokomenuchi being one of the very commonly practiced maneuver as it was a downward strike matching that of the ken, something else that is widely trained with style derived from traditional jujitsu as it was designed to fight armored and armed opponents.

Kisara being as little as she was, wasn’t very familiar with working her way through crowds as she was surrounded by so many tall people. She hated being in crowds. She could feel people trying to take her things, and even taking advantage of a small young girl in the middle of some strange city. The thought gave her chills as she sighed at the thought. Making her way through the people, she accidently bumped into a fellow who seemed a bit punkish in nature. He looked a bit frustrated from what Kisara could tell; however she couldn’t hear a word he was saying. He was just moving his mouth. When his hand when to his sword belt, Kisara was done messing around. Nodding her head to the fellow, she took her pack off and accepted what she had thought was his challenge as a martial artist. Mind you this probably wasn’t the case as the fellow drew his weapon and quickly sliced downward in an attempt to cause harm to Kisara’s person. The body always moved as the ken, Kisara thought to herself as she parried the blow with her left hand stepping in and throwing her hand towards the fellow’s face in an atemi hand strike, however she was pretty short in comparison to the fellow so she actually aimed her strike for the throat, another close by vital point.

The blow wouldn’t be substantial enough to cause any damage, but alas she needed to keep her focus as she brought her hand down to the fellow’s wrist, using this part of the body as a means to redirect the sword itself. She wasn’t too fond of being cut to be quite frank, and this fellow had obviously not had much sword training, other than a few tensora classes that might have amped his skills a little bit in perspective to her own jujitsu. She had been training since she was a little girl, using her time only for sewing and the martial arts. She might have been physically frail in body, but with the jujitsu that didn’t require any strength, but only an understanding of center of gravity. It was easy to see that she could take on any opponent hand to hand if she so chose to do so. She was using his joints, momentum, and size to her advantage as physically she couldn’t over power much of anyone. She was weak and frail in body, but strong in ability to understand where and how to strike. She took his now controlled wrist and rolled it over her body as she moved along with the momentum, using her right hand to control the wrist, and sliding her left arm down the fellow’s arm to his elbow so that she could control that joint.

there were quite a few nerve endings present, making it easy to control the fellow as she clamped down on the nerves, using that nerve to control the body as she pressed in with her knee, not preforming the takedown, but rather transitioning it into a throw as she took the arm and stepped circularly pulling it up and releasing it as she sent the fellow tumbling to the ground. If she had really wanted to she could have projected the throw downward, putting all the weight onto the fellow’s neck, however she wasn’t killer by nature, it just wasn’t what she did. She wanted to use the martial arts to avoid fighting rather than actually fighting and killing someone. Approaching her things again, she would pick them back up and sling her pack over her back before running into yet another person. Hopefully this one wasn’t armed, Kisara thought to herself as she looked up at the looked like a woman. She couldn’t quite here what it was that was happening as this crowd of people opened up to a bunch of kids playing instruments; however she was aware that she had just bumped into someone. “Excuse me my apologies.” She said looking a bit flustered as she figured the person wouldn’t be able to understand her. It was normal, just another day for her as she suddenly caught the scent of what smelled like someone making dark chocolate.

Rose smiled as she clapped along to the beat of the music. She enjoyed music so much. It was one of her favourite things that she had in the mansion when she grew up. She always danced to the music that her mother would play in the house every morning and out in the fields int he afternoon. The music the kids were playing was very upbeat and inspirational. Just the fact that they took absolutely nothing and turned it into their passion was just truly amazing.

Suddenly Rose felt a bump from behind and quickly she turned around to see who it was. To her surprise it was a woman with light brown hair and piercing pinkish red eyes staring at her. She began to weave things with her hands which alarmed Rose, thinking that it was a jutsu and she was about to be attacked but Rose quickly realized that it wasn't any handseals that she knew. She quickly put two and two together and realized that it was Sign Language that the woman was speaking. She could only guess that the woman had either just swore at her for being in the way or apologized for bumping into her. "It's okay!" She replied very slowly. She also brought up her thump to form a thumbs up and gave the woman the warmest smile. Suddenly her nose noticed a delicious scent. The scent of dark chocolate.

She looked back at the woman, thinking that it was probably really hard for her to get around. Rose wondered if she was also deaf. "Are you from here? Do you know how to get around?" She said slowly trying her best to awkwardly gesture whatever she was trying to say.

Walking into the hospital. Rose finally felt at peace and at home. The smell of a clinic usually scares people away and makes them anxious but in Rose's case it was when she was at her strongest. The ringing and filing of busy people. Watching people hurrily walk across the halls without even the slightest hesitation of movement. Everything seemed to have just be in peace."QUICKLY! WE NEED A MEDIC". Suddenly Rose looked back to see that three medical assistant units where wheeling in 3 ninjas on their backs. Rose rushed over quickly and began to prepare."Status report! What's going on?" She asked as she walked with the team to the operation room. "3 Ninjas hurt during a mission. All 3 have suffered Serious damages to their bodies. 1 has suffered two large slash wounds on his chest. The other has 3 broken ribs and arm. The last one has a puncture through his abdomen. We believe that it missed any major organs though. Rose processed all the information thoroughly. "Put the A3 and A2 under serious care and decrease their pain. I'll start with the puncture."

Rose walked over the man with the punctured hole in through his abdomen. He was smart in wrapping it up tightly to stop the bleeding but she could see that the bleeding was just getting worse. Quickly she took a blade and cut the bandage to see the gaping wound. It was deep and it definitely went straight through him however there were no signs of it hitting any of his major organs. Quickly Rose began to get to work. Laying her hands over top of the wound she would begin to pour chakra into her hands.The chakra would slowly begin to glow round her hands a bright colored green. First step was to stop the bleeding. She began moving her chakra and controlling it to affect the wound. The chakra began to seep into the walls of his tissue and begin to use her chakra so that the bleeding would overall cease.

The process was hard fought seeing as the wound seemed so large and overbearing. She needed to force his body into a state of hemostasis so that she would be able to begin the repair on his tissues. Sweat began dripping from her brow as her face scrunched in concentration. She was new to the medical field, so with better experience she would have been able to treat this faster but because of her inexperience she would need to take longer to stop the bleeding. She began forcing her chakra into the walls to begin a type of layer that would overall protect the walls and stop it. However, after a few seconds she would feel the layers slowly breaking and overflowing from the blood accumulated. She needed to try something else.

Quickly she began to change her strategy and approach in all of this. She began to cauterize the wound with her chakra. Not in the sense that it would heat up but enough so that the wound would stop bleeding. She began putting a little more energy into her hands and the influx would cause a different effect on the wound. The man twitched in pain. "I know friend. I know it hurt's but just endure it a little longer okay.' She began to fuel all her energy into her hands and slowly but surely she can feel the tissues closing up and slowly stopping the bleeding.

She continued to work on the wound, slowly layering each bleeding section and making sure that the tissue was being closed off. She had to be careful however to only affect the desired tissues in his body. if she ended up cauterizing anything else it could possibly turn things into a worse direction than it already has. Soon she could feel the wound closing up and in a matter of seconds the bleeding decreased and the first step in the process was completed. However the worse was still yet to come. She now had to rebuild the tissue quickly before any type of infection were to take place.

The woman seemed a bit defensive at first as Kisara noticed she then seemed a bit mellow after her initial shock. She then noticed the woman’s mouth moving a bit as she was probably talking, but all it sounded like was a monotone frequency that she couldn’t really understand. She could vaguely make out some of the words, but for the most part she couldn’t really understand. Holding up one finger as if asking the woman to hold on for a second, Kisara put down her pack and began to rummage through it. Though she was actually preforming a task, she was in all honesty thinking about Jujitsu and the complicated movements that came along with using a sword. Yokomenuchi, a downward strike that is attune to that of a ken, Kisara could visualize someone striking from such a posture, armed or not. The blocking of the strike was simply done in order to maneuver the hands rather than simply catching the strike itself. Paired with a weapon Jujitsu was something that was akin to the ancient samurai of old, that have always been enemies of the ninja. By adapting their hand to hand style, it was easy to see why jujitsu would be more favoring against a more weighted opponent. With added armor, being thrown was going to hurt quite a bit more than it would logically without.

Producing a pen and note pad from her pack as she would quickly scribble down “I’m sorry I can’t hear you, would you mind repeating what you said onto this pad?” She wrote as Sign Language and Common shared a written alphabet. Relenquishing her pen and paper, Kisara would again go back to thinking about jujitsu as she could visualize the arm controlling technique’s developing stages. The attacking of the target nerves, the pushing of the elbow, and the hyper extention forcing the takedown. Of course the technique could be modified into a throw; however it more likely preformed as a takedown. Someone who was well versed in breakfalling might be able to escape such a long; however it also came at the risk of personal injury. The joints were very easily targeted, and if one wasn’t careful, they might injure themselves from attempting an escape like that. It was definitely something that should be avoided at all costs. The Ikkyo techniques focused on using the elbow to control the body, where as in Nikiyo it was all about wrists. This instance of Ikkyo was no different as one wrong move could result in the shattering of an elbow or the breaking of an arm or even extreme dislocation. Everything had to be precise. Waiting for her response, Kisara would put her pack back on as she looked past the woman, watching the children do some sort of funny dance with some monotone toots as she couldn’t quite understand what they were doing…weird place.

The girl looked lost while Rose talked, having a very blank stare in her face. She then withdrew to her bag and took out a blank piece of paper and pen and began writing. Rose took the pad and read what she had said and quickly understood. The woman was also deaf and could not read lips either. Taking the pen and paper she began to write out what she had said. "Are you from here? Do you know how to get around?". She wrote as nicely as possible. Then just below it she wrote My name is Rose by the way!

Taking a small break from the healing Rose prepared herself for the next part of the healing process. What she now needed to do was speed up the healing process of the wound. Since it skipped many of the major arteries and organs she would't need to do anything critical. It would only just be the damaged and punctured tissue. It was a hard process repairing tissue of course. She would have to work overtime to even try to accelerate it. As well she would have to guide the growth to make sure that there wouldn't be any type of deformities that would form in the middle of everything. Sweat began to drip down her brow knowing that this process would be one of the hardest she has done. However it would not scare her away. standing up from her chair she walked over to the man and began to concentrate. She laid her hands overtop of the wound and began to use her healing hands technique.

This time the chakra would be commanded to act differently from before. Previously the chakra was used to close the wound, but now she had to command the chakra to work with the tissues instead of against it. The chakra began to align itself beside his tissues slowly coating it with its layers. Suddenly the man began to twitch and flex his abdomen in reaction to the short pain that was inflicted. The tension in the muscles began to fight the chakra making the coating slightly weaker. Keep him relaxed! The more he fights the procedure the harder it will be to repair the tissues. Rose told the medical assistants who nodded their head. Suddenly the mans body began to relax and he began to sit stiller. Sweat began to drip down her brow as she had to focus a lot harder for this to work.

Soon the chakra began to line up with the tissues and now Rose began to change the properties of her chakra. She began to convert her chakra into an enhancement. The tissue would promote rapid growth in his cells and tissues began to form again. If he was to wait for the tissue to grow on his own it would be different but because it was rapid a slight pain would be felt. The man continued to flex slightly and Rose whispered over hoping he would hear. I'm going to need you to not fight it. Endure the pain okay. We need to heal you up!. The man's eye opened slightly and nodded his head. Taking a deep breath he would calm down and the process began to move a lot better.

Rose could feel the tissues repairing itself slowly but surely moving slowly. If she had been more skilled at this she could have probably gotten this done quicker but she had to move slower. Rose was focusing on making sure the tissue regrowth was there as well as the muscle mass in his abdomen. He needed to make sure that the growth was even because it would cause him to have an achilles heel in that spot. Concentration was what Rose focused on, making sure she knew the direction of the chakra and where it was headed. She couldn't simple just let the chakra free roam after all. The volatility of chakra was not one too mess with. She began moving her hands slowly so that she could wokr on the depth. The wound was straight and clean through. Probably impailed by a spear or extremely hard launched kunai that went straight through. Whatever went through this man was clean and was lucky it didn't pass through a major organ.

Soon the wound would begin to close. She could feel the tissue regrowing fast and building up on its own. She had to be careful that the growth was in the correct space and the correct mass. The body would not react well if there was a misdirection or misclculation when it came to body mass. The tissue began to slowly regrow and soon enough the tissues on an epidermal level began to heal and regenerate as well. he man would suffer from soreness and would need time for his body to physically heal from the strain but the wound had been healed and he would be fine. In a couple of minutes the procedure would be done and the man's pain would be gone. Rose wiped the sweat off her brow. Her work wasn't done of course. Not just yet.
