Third post for improved toughness
0/10
The kicking and stomping stopped for a moment. He’d long since stopped yelling and screaming in pain, as he no longer felt the sensation as something worth noting. He was too consumed with anger at that that point. He was no longer moving either. They stepped away, perhaps satisfied, or maybe just tired of consuming their energy. In either case, he un curled his form and began to push against the ground to rise. It was laborious as even though he’d stopped feeling new pain, he had indeed been weakend and winded. However, it could no longer tell his body to stay down.
His eyes, his head, head, and his entire body ached, but he was on fire. The man he’s first struck saw him rise. The hateful look on the boys face pissed him off, so he came to strike him again, running towards him quickly, The punch he delivered was a powerful one that should had sent him flying, but it didn’t. Just before the punch connected, something changed. The funny feeling in his head intensified into a cloud of raw deep confusion. It told him one thing, to hurt this man that had inflicted him with pain.
He stood there in grit his teeth as the punch connected to his whole body and felt almost nothing but empowerment. His eyes had turned black at this point and he felt far different than a moment ago. He lashed back and struck the larger man with a punch to the stomach once… twice… thrice… before send him away. Everyone seemed stunned for a moment… then the 12 men ganged back up on him. Now it was an actual fight.
This power he had now had made it easier for him to take blows, so he hardly defended himself. Each time he was struck by one, he struck back harder. The blows felt lighter and retaliating made him feel better, which encouraged him to fight more, until he became enamored with the idea of harming the men. As he fought however, he began to take less blows. His body was began to move naturally with the flow, more knowledgeable. Soon however, he began to weaken again and slow. Then men kept fighting though, convinced that they’d disturbed some demon.
