Accurate Marksman
Rank: "D"
Skill: TaiJutsu/Supplementary
Effect: An attack that allows the user to fire at an opponent who is taking cover with at least half cover allowing the user to attack with greater proficiency.
Special: ---
Drawback: ---
Description: At this point the user is able to hit an opponent who is half covered with great proficiency and power able to hit an opponent with "C" Rank of power. An opponent may be hiding and it becomes difficult for an Marksman to hit that opponent. With this technique the user may shoot 1 arrow against the opponent per movement in which would negate hiding effects unless the opponent is 100% covered from all around. This technique allows the user to hit hidden opponents with much more ease.
Limit: Must be a Marksman. Must know Precise Shot.

But surely one must question the simplicity of this solution, as it was just that: an incredibly simple solution. If it was as simple as a bit of practice, then why could the melee combatant kill a single marksman? Surely they would have practised this very technique? The youth paused for a brief moment considering whether or not she had cracked the ‘code’, before returning to her training. It seemed rather simple to her, intense training led to pinpoint accuracy, thus through this, she could hone her range to meet that of a close quarters combatant.
Perhaps this was all well and good, but she would still require the clearance to use her hefty crossbow, the weapon was at times overbearing, its length spanned several feet after all. She would also have to consider that the opponent was trained for melee combat, so would probably have the reflex advantage. No, this tactic seemed to rely on the element of surprise, her opponent could prematurely count his chickens as it were, lowering their guard once the range had been depleted.
If this was the case her execution of the technique needed to be flawless, releasing the attack a moment too soon meant the opponent could potentially react deflecting the bolt, and a moment too late? Well, that did not bear to think about. Fortunately, it seemed that the youth possessed one of, if not the most important attributes to successfully utilising this technique, a will of iron. She had spent many a year honing her resolve, and no doubt this technique would test it.
She was after all an apostle of death, to tell the truth, she even doubted (at times) that she could die, after all her last encounter had resulted in her resurrection. But that was neither here nor there, all she knew was an avatar of death couldn’t flee before the reapers embrace, it seemed almost nonsensical to even consider it. She discharged a further bolt, continuing her attack over and over, but with a slight twist.
During the reload time she took a step to the right, she was in effect circling the tree: this action caused the shoot to become tighter every time, she was artificially increasing the targets cover by adding an extra level of obscurity namely other trees and plant life. She was impressed to find that her grouping of the shots remained accurate with none of them colliding with the objects she was purposely ‘placing’ in her the path.
