The arena was 100x100m in diameter. in the center a 50x50 diameter stone stage was set. From the edge of the center stage to the wall for 50m was nothing but water. The top of the stage was 3m from the surface of the water. The bottom of the arena was 25m deep. Yu stood at the center of the 50x50m stage wearing her second battle outfit. A white long sleeveless white dress. The dress splits horizontally at the sides making a front and back tail that end near the middle of her thigh. Both her arms are bandaged up to where the armpit is. On her left arm she wears a separate white long sleeve with a black arm band. Around her waist will be a single grey sash. She wears black loose pants that end past her knees and the rest is wrapped with bandages as well. She will wear a pair of long grey shinobi boots that go along with the outfit. Her hair velvet brown hair will be let down to flow freely straight. Two butt bags sat on her back the right filled with 6 slots of hira shuriken the left had 2 slots of kunai. Her hoverboard on her back as well.
Himayi had been granted power by the relic she had found but in return was forced to do battle in this place. But who didn't like a little death match with strangers to get the blood flowing?

Special: Automatic when performing a water jutsu.
Drawback: It is easy to exceed your chakra level when creating large amounts of chakra- the amount of water needed will automatically be created when you cast a water jutsu when you are not around a water source. Therefore, if you cast a technique and you do not have enough chakra to cast both the technique and create the amount of water necessary, user is incapable of making the technique work.
Description: After spending a large amount of time utilizing water techniques, the Water Shinobi begins to understand the true composition of water. They use this to such an effect that they can create water out of nothing. This is automatic when casting a water jutsu and there is no water source. Be honorable when creating techniques. A small bottle of Water does not have enough substance to create a clone.
Limit: Must have 500 training points into techniques that focus only on Suiton no Jutsu. Once you have obtained 500 training points in Suiton techniques, they gain this technique automatically.
