Keihatsu Ryuu: Amakakeru Ryū no Hirameki (Flash of the Heavenly Flying Dragon)
Rank: "S"
Skill: TaiJutsu
Effect: A 2 part attack where if an opponent avoids or blocks will find themselves sucked towards the opponent as a second stronger strike commenses.
Special: ---
Drawback: ---
Description: Normally, a normal strike is performed by drawing the katana from its sheath on one side while stepping forward with the opposite foot, however, at the last moment before the attack, the user adds yet another step mid-draw with the foot adjacent to the sheath before drawing his sword. This endangers the user by possibly putting the adjacent leg into the free sword's path and draws one even closer to an opponent's sword than usual, but on the other hand, boosts both the power and the speed of the Battōjutsu swing. This technique is a two-step move and, if its secret should be anticipated and the strike itself blocked or dodged, the second step comes immediately into effect. The immense force of the enhanced draw cuts the air in front of it and creates a powerful vacuum in its wake as the deflected air rushes back into place. Any opponent to deflect or dodge the first swing will automatically be subject to this vacuum and inexorably pulled closer to the user. Additionally, with the great amount of force being applied to the technique, a missed swing leads naturally into a spin akin to the Keihatsu Ryuu: Soryūsen (Paired Dragon Strike). The added momentum of the spin in addition to the pulling force of the vacuum on both side results in a second strike that greatly dwarfs the first in power.
Limit: Must learn from a Master of Busōsen (Arms Flash). Must have Mastered Busōsen (Arms Flash).
Ryutatsu spun around the fist strike Kimi tried. First he pulled his elbow wide avoid the grip grab that Kimi was trying at the same moment stepping out and to the side. He spun into the steps bring his arm in and drawing his sword in time with his spin. It was so fast that his sword was out and swinging with momentum of the spin before an eye could blink. This was Busosen.
The Flash Arms techniques of Busosen were literally Shunshin of the arms. He moved with a quickness and sureness of a Master. This was the ultimate respect he could pay Kimi at this point. This was a first attempt in training up the mastery technique of Busosen. The sword was not aimed precisely at Kimi but to pass within inches of him. He didn't want to kill the guy anyways.
The speed of this completion of a sword draw and spin was faster than comprehension. Literally between seconds his swing was but it was still to slow for the master technique yet. He had to get faster, much faster. He needed to be so fast that it drew in the intended target by the vacuum of a miss. He wasn't quite there yet, but he just needed to finish warming up his speed and Kimi was decent enough to get him there.
