Keihatsu Ryuu: Amakakeru Ryū no Hirameki (Flash of the Heavenly Flying Dragon)
Rank: "S"
Skill: TaiJutsu
Effect: A 2 part attack where if an opponent avoids or blocks will find themselves sucked towards the opponent as a second stronger strike commenses.
Special: ---
Drawback: ---
Description: Normally, a normal strike is performed by drawing the katana from its sheath on one side while stepping forward with the opposite foot, however, at the last moment before the attack, the user adds yet another step mid-draw with the foot adjacent to the sheath before drawing his sword. This endangers the user by possibly putting the adjacent leg into the free sword's path and draws one even closer to an opponent's sword than usual, but on the other hand, boosts both the power and the speed of the Battōjutsu swing. This technique is a two-step move and, if its secret should be anticipated and the strike itself blocked or dodged, the second step comes immediately into effect. The immense force of the enhanced draw cuts the air in front of it and creates a powerful vacuum in its wake as the deflected air rushes back into place. Any opponent to deflect or dodge the first swing will automatically be subject to this vacuum and inexorably pulled closer to the user. Additionally, with the great amount of force being applied to the technique, a missed swing leads naturally into a spin akin to the Keihatsu Ryuu: Soryūsen (Paired Dragon Strike). The added momentum of the spin in addition to the pulling force of the vacuum on both side results in a second strike that greatly dwarfs the first in power.
Limit: Must learn from a Master of Busōsen (Arms Flash). Must have Mastered Busōsen (Arms Flash).
Ryutatsu was still spinning from the missed stroke near Kimi when the vacuum effect of that would begin. It was meant to draw in a blocking or dodging opponent. But Kimi did something more than dodge or Block. No Kimi was going in for ultra close fighting attack. It was to late for Ryutatsu to change his attack or even stop the momentum of it. Kimi either by accident or designed moved in at the right second.
Ryutatsu's own attack helped Kimi get in under his normal defenses. It still wasn't going to be that easy on Kimi because Ryutatsu could see and sense the attack coming. That first elbow attack of Kimi's would strike his own off arm in a way that the damage was lessened. Ryutatsu made himself tense the muscles to absorb the damage. He might bruise but no real damage was done.
But Ryutatsu was impressed with the hit and basically avoiding the second attack by attacking. Of course these few seconds were not even close to finished as Kimi kept spinning around the spinning Ryutatsu. TO the watching Master Shaw they both would be spinning blurs of motion. Ryutatsu saw the second attack in coming for him, but as always Ryutatsu reacted with speed beyond comprehension.
