Shiki checked off his gear as he got ready for the mission. He started with putting on his chest piece equipped with all its integrated gear. Same with his arm armor. Each of the armor pieces was filled with different types of gadgets that filled the armor in its entirety with circuits and detachable gadgets. Shiki finally put on his helmet and the hud started to light up and flash. Different charts and lights showing the battery life and status of the rest of the armor systems. 

Finally one of the holo discs chimed in playing an audio recording. The voice as a synthetic voice of a robotic sounding male. "Talos armor system online. Operating on partial capacity. Right Shoulder. Left Shoulder. Right Arm. Right Leg. Left Leg. Offline. Left Arm. Chest Armor. Helmet. Online. Operational Capacity.... 46%." Shiki nodded as the small voice played in his ear. 46% ought to do it. Shiki then walked over to his leg pouches and bandoleers putting them on and checking each of them for their items. He made sure the gear was fit snugly across his chest and legs. Finally he put his armored gauntlets on and tied down his greaves. He pulled his two swords and equipped them to his sheaths on either side of his hips. 

"Talos asses flight diagnostic."  Shiki said to the machine as he turned his visor over to the flying destruction machine. The hud started cycling through several of the different optic patterns analyzing all the substances of the ship, activating x-rays on the ship, thermal imaging on the ships engines. "All systems are nominal Shiki. Bird is green light for immediate departure." Shiki nodded as he did one final pat down to check over his gear.

Tokihaga (Raging Blue)

[Effect] Through a direct link to the user’s chakra system and the human body’s natural electrical impulses, the sword grants its wielder several Raiton enhanced attacks.
[Special] Requires the Raiton release for wielding, as well as an active Sharingan. If Mastery in the element is achieved, the weapon’s powers are naturally increased, almost twofold. The higher the user’s difficulty class, the longer the sword’s effects remain in use.
[Drawback] Due to its direct link to the wielder’s chakra system, being weakened, severely injured or reaching fatigue due to chakra exertion results in the sword’s powers being inaccessible, rendering it nothing more than a simple blade.


[Description] Tokihaga is a legendary weapon revered in Kumo’s history books decades before a mysterious, great catastrophe had ravaged the lands. Appearing as a rare blade with innate Raiton power, it had been wielded by many experienced ninja until glory could befall them no more. While its originators were unmentioned, the blade at once point or another became widely popular amongst the shinobi world’s Uchiha Warlords. It’s unsure whether the blade was commonly produced or merely a rare amount existed. However, after time’s passing, and rumor’s of the one surviving blacksmith said to still be mysteriously alive and forging, it was confirmed that the weapon was intended by those possessing the Sharingan, as its various lightning based attacks could best be made destructive under the Copy Wheel Eye’s predictive powers. It is also rumored the great smith can be found dwelling somewhere in the Thunder Country, and that he will commission the blade only to those that can display the Sharingan.

To say the blade is enchanted is not entirely true. It appears to the eye as a short kodachi, the straight blade and lacking hilt kept strapped at the user’s back, and appearing to simply be a ‘last resort’ type of weapon. When 'inactive', its hilt is a snow white; however, when in the hands of the user, it'll shimmer a deep blue, a sign that the power of Raiton was now alive. It is crafted of the hardest metals known to man, able to withstand a thousand blows through a thousand years and never loose its sharpness. Additionally, some sort of shiki scribbled in small font across the blade of the hiltless Chokuto speaks of crying thunder. To the sages of times long past, it’d be an incantation unique to the blade’s user, tying the sword to their chakra system and effectively creating an open link. Although hard to understand, any adept Raiton user will quickly realize their release’s power is easily channeled through this weapon. After extensive training, the user also learns how to constantly keep a steady flow of Raiton chakra to the blade, allowing it to both cut through almost anything it touches, extend its size through pure chakra alone, and shock anything it strikes, as long as the object is conducive to lightning.

The blade itself is meant for a Sharingan user because of the chakra’s nature and its speed. Without the eye, one cannot pierce the foreign energies and properly understand it, making the weapon unwieldy and most of its powers inaccessible to members outside the Uchiha clan. Because the lightning that comes forth is so fast and hard to manipulate, the Sharingan’s natural talents effectively add reigns to the power, allowing it to be wielded properly. A higher Sharingan means a higher understanding of the techniques the sword grants. Additionally, the shiki itself is engraved into the weapon as it’s being forged by its only master, and it directly ties the user’s chakra system, meaning it is useless in the hands of another. If by any chance someone else were to fall upon the blade (and discover its true meaning), they can bring it back to the weapon smith to be “recalibrated”; it is rumored that while he commissions only for the Uchiha, someone displaying the sword as a prize of battle will be granted the weapon as their own.

[Limit] Must specialize in ninjutsu. Must know ‘Raiton’ release. Knowledge of the sword is extremely limited due to the fact its its ancient and as secret as MS to the Uchiha. However, tales of past Sharingan warriors sporting a glowing, blue sword and dispersing large amounts of chakra has been recorded in history; a careful RP discovering the secret will allow the user to be able to find the source, where they can attempt to gain favor from the creator; the weapon is available through a mysterious weapon smith wandering the Thunder Country. Once accepted, either I or a GM/staffer will set-up your initiation, which consists of completing one ‘S’ ranked Death-Enabled task for them, either in the form of a mission, event or test. He accepts commissions only from Uchiha members, and will require a sample of the Sharingan before the sword’s creation. The master makes exceptions however for those that bring the sword of a previous owner to him, and can in fact be wielded by Raiton masters, or members of clans/BL's prone to Raiton. In order to search for the Master in an effort to try and obtain the sword, you must obtain permission from Fina.

When the user holds the sword in their hands and speaks its name, all those who lay eyes on the weapon must make a Will Save of 35. If the check is failed, then they will be overcoming by a feeling of absolute dread. The Effect last 25 min, causing most to want to escape the presence of the sword. Any Successful save against this effect renders the target immune to this effect from this item ever again. It looks like a traditional broad sword, only that the craftsmanship is otherworldly. There are also 5 slots on the Blade where harness gems could be place. on in the pommel of the blade, 1 on either side of the sword where the blade meets the hilt. And then 2 more on the edges of the hilt itself.

Description: Probably the most sought after of the quartz skulls, the Skull of the Ghost is carved from a flawless gem of smoky quartz with a flowing silver-grey color. The skull that is carved is about 2 inches in height. Once carved, the skull’s natural Alchemical properties are released. When a person carries or holds a Skull of the Ghost, they gain immunity to energy draining attacks. Scratching or otherwise damaging the skull negates its alchemical property.

Description: Jewelers are always after the perfect pearl, a flawless sphere that is the perfection of the oysters toil. While a perfect pearl may fetch a kingly sum, Alchemists and others who harness the natural Alchemical properties from gems and minerals will scoff at such a perfect specimen. For these people, the pearls true luster and Alchemy is only revealed in a seemingly flawed specimen. A pearl that has grown with 2 ovoid hemispheres that resembles a brain in shape allows the natural Alchemical properties to be harnessed. It is rare for a pearl to form naturally into this shape, and a highly specialized profession of culturing pearls to grow into this shape has cropped up. Even with growing cultured pearls, the chance of successfully growing a gem of the wise is slim. It requires a well-crafted seed to be prepared and then placed inside the oyster. After several years the oyster is opened and only then will the culture know if they were successful. The pearls natural Alchemical properties is released in a properly grown pearl. Holding or wearing the pearl improves the wearer’s intuition and strengthens their willpower. The bearer receives a +25 competence bonus to Sense Motive skill checks and a +4 competence bonus to Will saves.

Lightning Gem

Effect: A harnessed Gem allowing the holder to rain down bolts of lightning against their opponents.

Description: The emerald has long been prized as a gemstone, valued for its deep green color. The druids have a long and rich Alchemical history and they were the first to discover the alchemical potential locked away within the emerald. Since its discovery, the lightning gem has become a powerful weapon. When an emerald is cut into the shape of a six-pointed star the gems Alchemy is harnessed. From that point on, a person can use the lightning gem 3 times per day to call forth bolts of lightning from the sky. The bolt of lightning flashes down in a vertical stroke at whatever target point the user chooses within 240 meters of the user's position. A maximum of 15 bolts can be called down over a 1-minute period, one bolt called per round. Each bolt is 2 meters wide and 10 meters long and deals 30 Armour Points of damage. If the lightning gem is used outside in stormy weather (a rain shower, clouds and wind, hot and cloudy conditions, or even a tornado) each bolt deals 50 Armour Points of damage instead. The lightning gem can be used to call lightning bolts indoors and underground, but not underwater.

Description: Cat’s eye (Chrysoberyl) gemstones are valued for the play of light across the gem when it is cut into a sphere or cabochon. While this is pleasing to the eye, it fails to harness the true potential of the mineral. When a cat’s eye of sufficient size is carved into the form of a prowling tiger the alchemical properties locked within the gem is harnessed. When a person holds the Eye of the Tiger, that person gains a +2 Alchemical Bonus bonus to their Movements and +10 to Skill Category 2. In addition, once per day when the command phrase, "Here kittykitty," is spoken, 2 tigers are summoned "D" Class basic (see Creature Index). These tigers have the normal stats for a tiger listed in the Creature Index. The tigers will fight at the command of the person who summoned them and will remain for 12 hours or until they are killed.

Description: The superior make of the armor and fit of makes the armor light as a feather. The armor is a intricate culmination of machine and steel. It's modular components and layered protections allow the implementation of several gadgets within the system itself. The Armor is covered in a dark matte black paint but there are engravings that revealed the soft glimmer of the bright metal underneath. The etchings were depictions of lightning and monsters. Images of direwolves, hydras and dragons. The armor is enchanted in such a way that when the command "Stand aside" is given the audience will become kind to the user unless they pass a will save of 35. The armor is matte black and can be painted to blend into other environments. There are 8 slots on the inside of the armor for harness gems to be contained. There is an auto injector harness built into the armor allowing the quick injection of vials or potions through the armor system. The armor has an integrated tracker, audio bug and camera attached to the chest. It also has two holodisc slots capable or recording information and playing back information. This can be accessed through the users helmet or his pipboy.

The users face is hidden behind a large resistant visor of glass that is modified Obiderium. The user can make the helmet go from tinted to clear at the users discretion. The helmet is made of the hardest material in the world and crafted by the legendary smith Shiki Senri. Should the words "Knell" be uttered everyone in the audience of the helmet would become fascinated.
Stat abilities: +4 to all saves vs. blinding lights, gives a reading of the heart rate, and the status of their condition which are, "Calm, Cautious, Terrified, Unconscious, and Deceased." can project an interactive display onto the user's eyes that shows the results of advanced heuristic programs that analyze the attitudes, voice patterns, and body language of all the creatures that the user can see and hear. While the item is in effect user gains a +50 bonus on their Sense Motive checks, user gains an insight bonus on all Bluff, Intimidate, and Perform checks equal to Half of the number of ranks in the Sense Motive. The kinds of substances it may locate are Alcohol residue, Tobacco residue, Blood residue, and specialized dye. X-ray vision through up to 2 meters of solid objects, infrared vision and two massive flood lights for underwater and fog vision. Zooms up to 150 meters out. Contains enough oxygen for 30 minutes.

James opened his eyes to an unfamiliar ceiling. His back ached as it throbbed gently on the hardened wood floor. James had no recollection of how he got there, only a faint familiarity of the orb he had been holding. The last thing that James had remembered was peeing in the dojo, then speaking to some shiki fellow. He craned his neck, popping it so that the joints would be somewhat loosened. His hair stood at different angled, James noticed as he lifted his head rubbing the back of his white locks. The amnesia didn't seem bad, the worst part was that he knows he was just laying there for who knows how long.

James jolted upward away from the ground. He checked his body for any new markings or missing pieces. Even if the students were his kin, he couldn't expect them not to take the chance and try to prank him. James settled down slightly as he realized he was whole and unaltered from the time he entered. James checked his Jacket with the large collar covering his facial markings, it still had the vest attached with his ninja gear. Filled up were 10 kunai, 75 shuriken; as well as a glass cutter and lockpicking kit. James' side was adorned with an old sword. Generic with a red hilt and sheathe James carried it at his side like an expert.

Realizing he had neglected to check his surroundings scanned lazily by tilting his head. His expression turned to a frown as he saw how many people were going on the mission. He tilted his head back in a bored expression. "So, like, when are we leaving?" James lazily slurred out with the grace of a drunk attempting to tango. James didn't like the idea that more than three people were going on the mission. The only fathomable reason they would be approved is if the kage intended there to be that many. Highly unusual for just some ordinary escaped criminals. Most genin could take care of them, yet the mission was B ranked. There was no real reason to send such a large force out of the village except as an act of war. Most likely not that, seeing how the Kage is very open about the gale empire being on the offensive against us. The only two reasons James could think of would be that there was a spy in their midst, or that the Kage wanted to keep the pr that the gale empire had infiltrated their capital city to a minimum, either way it did not bode well for James' comfort knowing there is most certainly something he is not being told about before going to face it. Hopefully someone else noticed such incongruences, or the real plan would be alerted to them shortly.

Effect: A digging tool, a bit like a trowel. The blade was soft iron and unsharpened because the edges were used to smash plaster and wood, to dig holes and to pry. Also used as a knife.

Description: The kunai is conventionally wrought in ranges from 6 to 8 inches, with the average at 7 inches. The kunai was used by common folk as multi-purpose gardening tools and by workers of stone and masonry. The kunai is not a knife, but something more akin to a crowbar. The blade was soft iron and unsharpened because the edges were used to smash plaster and wood, to dig holes and to pry. Normally only the tip would have been sharpened. The uses to which a kunai was put would have destroyed any heat-treated and sharpened tool like a knife. There could be multiple kinds of kunais such as handless ones, or even double sided kunais as long as they are within the same length.Limit: These types of items may be capable of being bought inside any Weapon Shop.

[Ryutatsu "Sakurai Sword"]

Ryutatsu approached Shiki's Sanctuary inside the Senri Lightning Dojo. This was the gathering place he was told to get to. It wasn't even grey predawn yet being before 0400. It was so very dark out still. Candles in the hall was the light that he could see by. Their light reflected a determined young Kyoudo. He was armed to the teeth, seeming to have an armory with him. But that was normal for the young metal user.

Ryutatsu was dressed in his normal Shinobi fatigues. He wore a a shirt and pants combination overlaid with a tactical vest and a leg holster. His tactical vest a six tear away pouches that looked identical to each other to an outsider's eyes. But to the Kyoudo's metal sense three were full of metal shavings and dust. That meant anyone who knew Ryu well enough would know the other three was full of Silene Seeds. Those seeds were the secret of the Ikebana Clan and him.

There was a waist pack attached to the tactical vest as well. It bulged with the equipment inside. Ryutatsu's metal sense told him what he packed in each pocket in the waist pack. Inside was places for fifty metallic marbles, sixteen caltrops, twenty pieces of flint, fifteen bo shuriken, and fifteen hira shuriken. The outer edge of this pack was sheath slots for a knife and a Tanto as well as a pair of Kunai.

On his back of course was the exquisite piece know as Nightin Gale. The blade has a wide, twisted cross-guard, which makes sure the blade is both balanced and capable of protecting the owner's hands against any sliding sword and is held by a grip wrapped in elegant, black smooth leather. The copper plated scabbard has a beautiful intricate Leaf and flower designed based off of cherry blossom tree and roses. If drawn this Katana crafted by the Konoha Witch known as Loki, would appear curved, slender, single-edged blade with a circular Tsuba and long grip to accommodate two hands with a blade length greater than 60 cm ( 23 1⁄2 inches). The metal is silver-blue with a green reflective shine. The blade itself is engraved, several words of power have been artistically etched into the blade. On one side it reads Florebo quocumque ferar, and on the other it's translation, "I will flower everywhere I am planted". Spirit Amber was set into the piece's hilt along with an skull shape gem on one side.

His primary hand had a weird bracer gauntlet with a surprise for the unknowing. On the crest of his head was a pair of goggles that allowed Ryutatsu see in X-ray vision. Around his neck was a Shinobi plate. He had the right shoes for a long trek on is feet, comfortable and durable. In his pants pockets he had a flashlight pen, a stone of plenty, a pair of Obfuscating Eyes, and a set of five circular LED flashlights.

Ryutatsu walked in with Shiki putting on and checking the fancy armor that cousin of his crafted. He smiled in greeting to him and gave a bow of his head in acknowledgement. He knew Shiki was the original one given this mission. He then took a look at the other members of their team. It looks at least another Kyoudo was also on this team. So the Clan was represented strongly in this. He hoped this wasn't away to get rid the prominent members of the clan in one go.

Kininata was weary about joining this assignment. He'd been out of action for a long time, and while he had been getting back into shape and practice, he was nervous. He also didn't know anyone that he was about to work with - and those people were all from a village that might not take too kindly to an Ame Shinobi being alongside them given the history. On the flip side, this was a chance to show he could be trusted.

As he neared the gathering point, he could see a few figures had already arrived before him. His burgundy tunic created a strong contrast to his light blue haori so that unless no one was paying attention his would be seen. The clothes seemed to hang a little more than they should, as though they were now slightly too large for the young man wearing them. As he came closer the finer works on the clothing would be noticable - the tunic with the fine icy blue designs of rain drops falling, tied around the waist by a dark red belt. His leggings are also of the same shade, with silver designs of rain drops falling. His haori decorated in fine red threading designs of Rain on its back, with small pictures of snow flakes on the arms and shoulders in dark blue.

As his steps drew him closer, the weapons would become clearer to the eyes too. A folded windmill shuriken with a strange cage at the centre divided into four distinct segments. The three katana's he carried would be noticable as well - his two family weapons, Shipijin and Jinyasho, crossing over his back, and Souzen's Salvation, a Tenkyo Buryoku Katana hanging at his side. The belt he wore carried a variety of pouches - medical salves and pills gifted from his beloved, kunais and shuriken, and most notably a gourd marked with tags for the containment of ice.

He neared the group with a degree of caution, staying in a passive posture as his jade/ice blue eyes looked to each of them. To each he would nod politely in greeting, and then halt several feet from them. 'This is going to be interesting.' He said softly as he glanced at the others around him. He couldn't help but notice the Nightin Gale blade on the back of one of them, the highly complex gadget-heavy armour worn by another. He had to wonder who else was going to be coming along to a city he knew very well.

'Looks like I'm just on time' thought the male as he approached the dojo. He had been assigned this mission to oversee a Chuunin candidate. There were four people gathered outside the dojang.
Toshio blinked when he noticed two shinobis with snowy white hair. The third one however had a hair colour that reminded him of blood.

Number three however appeared to be wearing armor from top to toe. But the little skin that showed were nearly transparent in colour. 'I doubt he can be much darker than the other two.
But they appeared to be quite young. The kid with the sword is probably not more than 11 or 12 years old' observed the man.

He had brought quite a lot of equipment with him. His flak jacket had all the weapons. It contained 10 kunais, 30 hira shurikens, 2 smoke grenades, 2 hikari bombs, a multi-tool, 50 exploding tags, 50 senbons and a pair of goggles with X-ray and heat vision.
Last but not least was his small field pack that had all the medical items. They consisted of 4 thermal capsules, 6 bloodclot pills, 4 rebar splints, 4 dokas, a gas mask with filter "C", 8 rebreathers, 6 soldier pills, a rake pick, a ball pick, a diamond pick plus a small gourd filled with water.

The male approached the redhead. "Good morning guys. Is everyone here?" inquired the white-haired man while he looked at the quartet.
He noticed that the guy next to him appeared to be in his mid-twenties or so. The youngest in their group seemed to be 11-12 years old while the other two were probably in their late teens or early twenties.

As the twins arrived at the dojo they would hear the voice of a man they never met "is everyone here?" They quickly replied "I belive we are , now." their voice echoed with eachother as they walked toward the group. They had seen most of these faces around the dojo,  everyone except for the older man next to them. They , however only knew shiki among everyone else. They couldnt help but notice people with white hair were becoming popular - at that idea they chuckled a little bit. "Our names are Calynn and Caela - pleasure to meet you." As they were talking, the twins realized it might've been hard for the people who had never met them to distinguish who was who. "If you have trouble distinguishing us just look at our eyes" finished the twins. Identical through end through except for two things, their hair tips were different in color  - Calynn with a light red while Caela with a light blue as if powder had been sprinkled on them. Their eyes were the same - Red for Calynn and light blue for Caela.

They were wearing their family cloak. It was a long and white and red cloak with white flower markings on the hood aswell as the right shoulderpad. It didnt cover everything however. The right side of it was covered by a white and red cloth that extended from the shoulder up to the knee while the left side was uncovered, showing their left arm aswell as a black leather glove. Long leather boots matching the glove in both color and material. Hidden by the cloak they had a whole bunch of pockets aswell as a pack on their waist behind their back. Inside they had a bunch of shurikens,caltroops, kunais, a lockpick kit aswell as explosive and acid tags.

They were ready to  start the mission and they were showing it in their expression.

Shiki nodded as everyone approached. "This is good we are going to make our time frame." Shiki said rather plainly as he stared at the group. He was sizing them up making sure that everyone was here seemed to know what they were doing. He knew the twins, the foolish kid who pissed himself and Ryutatsu of course. But what these other members were here for and if they cold pull their weight was yet to be seen. Shiki opened up his bag and held out 6 wireless headset radios and held one out to every member of the team. "Here everyone grab a head set and make sure that your radio's work." As Shiki handed the radios out he would press a button on his transceiver. 

As he pressed the button the lights on his flying death machine came on as the engine started to prime. A roar started in the machine as the cargo doors opened up showing the area where the rest of the team was going to sit during the duration of their travel to Enrai. "Mission briefing will happen prior to transit to the OBJ." Shiki said into the radio of his helmet. This would allow everyone to hear him over the noise of the engine. Suddenly Shiki's image would seem to distort as another copy of himself seemed to step out of his body. That Shiki walked over to the cockpit of the Flying Destruction Machine. 

Shiki #1

Shiki walked up to the glass cockpit of the machine and as he approached the machine the rotating garage floor spun around to allow him access to the cockpit. He grabbed a hold of the latter and started climbing into the leather seats of the destruction machine. He primed the first igniter and the engine roared to life. Shiki started working the settings to the bird to make sure that it would be able to fly without any issue as soon as the party was ready. 

Shiki #2 

Started walking towards the opening of the plane. He sat down in one of the 8 open seats and started to adjust his seat settings as he got ready for his mission briefing. He would do all of this assuming that everyone was following him into the cargo bay door and sitting down. Simply ignoring anyone who wasn't going to bother paying attention. He took his helmet off revealing his pale skin, Inuzuka and Kyoudo birth marks and his short white hair. His sapphire eyes shined brightly as he started his operations briefing. 

The Briefing

Inserting one of his holodiscs into his helmet the Image projector on his helmet started to shine into the center of the bay showing a 3d model hologram of the City of Enrai. Shiki pressed a button on his helmet as it shifted to a birds eye view showing the entire roadmap and lay out of the town. There was other information as well including the time arriving at destination, current time, languages frequently spoken as well as a list of VIP figures in the city. There were major roadways, hospitals, marketplaces and the prison. 

PHASE ONE -Stealth Insertion into the city- 

"This is the City of Enrai. The capital of the land of thunder. It is currently in a state of lawlessness. Deserters from the military seemed to have settled into the city and are acting like they own the place. This is a simple mission to restore law and order to the city. That being said we do have considerations to take." Shiki pressed another button as he highlighted the time on the holographic projection. "We will be arriving under the cover of darkness around 5:15 native time. As he approach the city the engines are going to be cut off as he enter a glide mode over the the town." As Shiki spoke a small holographic image of the flying death machine appeared over the city.

"At this position." Shiki said holding his hands out to seemingly touch the area above the the point of the map. "We are going to egress out of the machine and regroup back at the roof top of this building." Shiki said as he highlighted a small two story building in the center of the city. "Entry to the city is going to be phase one of this operation. Keeping a low profile is going to be a necessity here. An armed entourage walking through the front gates is going to get noticed by any and all criminal syndicates causing them to just run underground." 

PHASE 2 -Identify and Mark Circles of Power- 

Shiki then held out a small bag full of 64 tracer devices. "That brings me to phase 2." Shiki said as he handed out 8 to every single person that was inside of the bird. "We are going to blend in and observe. We are going to find sensitive materials such as drugs, hoards of money, high profile targets and we are going to track them with these. Once we have a good amount of tags out on this targets we can start getting a better understanding of what exactly we are dealing with here."

Phase 3 -Public Display of Force- 

Shiki flashed a rare smile as he flicked over to the next slide. "Next is the fun part. We now engage all those low level criminals and start winning the streets back for the civilian. We all know that the ring leaders of these organizations are not going to be the ones shaking down the citizens. Rather they will have some sort of headquarters or strong hold." Shiki paused for a moment to make sure everyone was following. "Once the criminals know they can't win in a fight against us they will move into hiding. This will cause them to become scared and paranoid."

Phase 4 -Remove the weeds by the roots-

"Once we start hitting the henchmen all the mob bosses are going to start pulling their assets from the streets. They will start consolidation of their contraband that we have hopefully tagged by this point." Shiki examined the tracking devices in his hands and held it out for everyone to look at. "It should go without saying that once the tracked bags are moved we will have a pretty good idea of the location of a warehouse or strong hold. From there we can set up more operational objectives to capture the mob bosses and remove all the contraband that we can."

Shiki stopped speaking for a moment as he moved the projector slide back over to the image over the city and their flight path. 

"Any questions?" 

Shiki asked letting his sapphire eyes move over the crowd.

[Ryutatsu "Sakurai Sword"]

Ryutatsu entered the bird right after Shiki. He moved with a purposeful air as he sat in one of the passenger seats. The briefing was pretty good assessment of their objectives or least how to get to the objectives. But it seemed something was missed because Shiki knows the obvious. But what is obvious to one wasn't always obvious to all. So Ryutatsu decided to speak up at the end of the brief. 

"Well a couple of observations, Cousin. First, to those that don't know me. I am Ryutatsu Kyoudo of the Dojo in the Kaze no Kuni. Anyways the observation is we need to be careful of not just the Mob Bosses but of killing to many criminals. We are to arrest and detain, only to kill if required to prevent death of others. The second is there are police forces and maybe even undercover in the capitol. So beware of combatants who are technically the good guys who don't know better."

"Now to an actual question, How do you plan to have three Kyoudo, a pale man, a pair of twins, and a blood red head to blend in? Also if we are blending in does that mean we are going to have to arm down? If so what is the plan for a safe room and guard of our weapons?"

Ryutatsu finished his long little speech and sat back. His eyes glazed over their team trying to assess everyone. Shiki and Himself were two sides of a swordsman. Shiki was a powerhouse and now in some sort of gadget armor. He was a speedster with a sword and of course their shared blood. The guy with the slurring words was a Kyoudo as well so that was some of his ability. Ryutatsu saw the twins training a little bit with sword summoning or least dirt swords. The pale man and the red head were unknown to him completely. Ryutatsu touched the rose sticking out of his vest lapel as he looked over the group thinking.

Shiki nodded as he listened to Ryutatsu. "Good observation cousin." Shiki said as he clicked the slide show again. As he did he showed the ethnic make up of the city. "While it is true that there are not exactly hundreds of Kyoudo walking around it is also true that no one is looking for peace officers at the moment. As long as we don't drop in through the front gates and don't cause to much noise we shouldn't have an issue. As for arming down... That also shouldn't be an issue. The whole town is full of mercs and bandits remember? Everyone is armed. Finally... While we need to capture people... Our mission is not to bag drag all these guys to the local police force. Rather incapacitate them and tie them up... break a few legs. The police can clean up after us. Capturing and interrogating the petty thugs and drug dealers is not going to yield much critical information. But if we find and cut off the head of the snake we can pick its brain apart too."

James was surprised that the man wearing some sort of armor had a literal flying transport. A very interesting thing considering James had never quite seen any such devices as advanced as the ones present in his time living on the planet. James' eyes slowly drifted down towards the trackers that Shiki had given them all. They didn't look like much, he could probably use his bloodlimit to slip them into some 8balls, but then James changed his mind that kilos would be more beneficial to find bosses.

The conversation drifted to strategy. Strategy was an ever important part of battle. Without a good plan of attack they would surely fail. After the two finished their short back and forth James chimed in, "We should also leave our headbands on the ship so as to not arouse suspicion if searched. If even one of us gets found out, it would put the whole operation in jeopardy. As of now they do not know ninja are after them, only the police. If we pose as undercover police if caught then the others have a chance to continue the mission with the element of surprise intact. I presume since we are sending a sizable force to our capital it is due to gale infiltration in some form, so we should be careful and follow any leads on that end I think." James wasn't sure of the specifics, but he assumed they had also come to the same conclusion. "I can hit up some parties for some drugs pretty easily, so thats where I'll be best placed." James pointed to the twins. "A couple of cuties like you could definitely get some good deals, and maybe let them be more open if you're flirtatious." James wasn't his normal jovial self as he was still lost in thought attempting to make sense of the situation and mission at hand. His hands crossed as he sat ther with his chin resting upon them in his seat.

[Marii K. Kazeraikou]

'Looks like he got the information part ready. I got the police report here too. I should mention this afterwards' decided the male while he listened to the armour-clad man.
It looked like he had prepared himself quite well. The technology he had with him was not something to be frowned upon either.

The youngest in the group was named Ryutatsu. He was apparently a cousin of the Chuunin candidate. The two recently arrived girls were named Calynn and Caela.
The number of people made Toshio realize something else. They probably had to split up in two groups to work more efficiently.

He put on his wireless radio after he fastened the tracer inside the collar of his flak jacket. The man looked at the other white haired teen who had just spoken up.

"Excuse me...we're not going to Enrai by boat. My name is Toshio Saito by the way. It's nice to meet you all.
I'm a Chuunin with medic jutsus plus genjutsus as my specialities. And no, it's not a bloodlimit that has caused my colouring. I have albinism" informed the man.

"I have a question regarding our team. I think it would be more efficient if we split up in teams of two or three. I want to know what your specialities are too. That will make it harder for an imposter to impersonate you. Second, it should make it easier to find out what our strengths or weaknesses are" told the Chuunin.

"Please continue...sorry...what is your name?" asked the male while looking at the armoured man. The white-haired man was wearing a navy blue sweater, matching tracking trousers plus black combat boots.
His flak jacket was the standard white one that all Kumogakure Chuunins had. The man did not mind since he liked the colour white.

[Starnaess]

After following shiki inside , the twins sat down one next to the other and begun listening. The more informations were laid out the more they got excited. They had been waiting for a mission of shit scale for a while now and they were truly happy that their moment finally arrived. After they were handed new items they immediatly placed them in their bags, splitting them evenly among them. After shiki was done explaining and his cousin gave out more details, they were addressed by one of the people they had never met - after he was done talking to them they didnt bother replying , they didnt need to be told on how to use their beauty to their advantages. Their gaze turned to the albino man as he started talking and mentioning about teams splitting up. The idea made sense to them, the city was too big for one group to handle. Also being big in numbers would've attracted too much unwanted attention. "We agree on splitting up" replied the twins "one group stand out way too much " the twins alterned between one and the other as they were talking, with no delay between words as if just one person was talking. They didnt want to give out too much information about themselves, so they kept it short "Regarding our abilities... sand and earth are our allies - also dont worry about others trying to impersonate us, you cant copy our link"

[Ryutatsu "Sakurai Sword"]

Ryutatsu smiled at the Twins speech. It gave him a small chuckle when they spoke in tandem like that. But the merit of their allies having an idea of questions to ask in case of impersonation. " My abilities, Chunnin, is speed few can match and the obvious blood ties."

"That's the plan." Shiki said plainly. He paused for a moment as the other Chuunin explained his skills and talked about his cousin. Then he mentioned going by boat. "Erm..." Shiki felt at little shocked and a touched embarrassed. Shiki pointed to the winged aircraft. "This isn't a boat. It's a plane." He said rather plainly. Hopefully this persons loose grasp of information wouldn't translate over to his medical skills. "Airship. Not Ship." 

Shiki buckled in his seat and smiled. He spoke into the microphone on his helmet and his soul split was listening in. "Alright... commencing flight pattern now." The soul split in the cockpit started the ignition sequence and the rotating hanger floor started to turn as the ceiling opened up above him. "Buckle up. We are going to run through our pacers." After just a few more moments the bird would start to build hum louder and would commence a vertical take off through the roof.

With the aid of his night vision camera and thermal optics Shiki was unhindered by the inky black skies. Dawn would break In a couple of hours and he needed to break that time frame. Throwing fuel to the afterburners the engines roared to life as the plane cut through the clouds. Shiki handled the bird with the skill of a professional. Being able to sense all the movement on the planes functionality helped.

They knew this was going to take a while, so instead of making small talk the sisters decided it was best to start memorizing everyone's faces aswell as what they were carrying.
The twins thought it to be important to memorize everyone's face in case they would get separated, it would be easier to stop them among the crowd. They would go through one by one memorizing every detail they could possibly came up with. The albino man came easy, aswell as shiki since they knew him already. It took a while before they could memorize the others but after a quick memory game they would finally etch them into their brain.

They had never been to enrai so they wondered what it looked like. They were also wondering why would a situation like that turn up in that exact spot. what had let people to cause such chaos in that  city? They didnt want these questions to get answered by the other members of the group, they didnt feel like taking after all - they wanted to get to action as fast as possible. They noticed they were being stared  at by one of the members, the kid that made a remark about their beauty. "that is going to be annoying" thought the twins.

James shifted in his seat placing the radio and trackers in his tactical vest. His attention turned to the chuunin while chuckling a bit. "I have no skills whatsoever."

Kininata listened to the briefing. It seems that there was a good functional plan in place, with plenty of well thought out ideas of progressing. It did have a couple of unusual ideas - the entry seemed a little over the top, even given the circumstances, but he couldn't argue against it either. He was more concerned if one part of the briefing was wrong - what if the upper echelon criminals weren't in hiding; what if they were in the hierarchy of the city itself. The thought briefly ran through his mind and as he was about to suggest it, stopped. These people made the plan, had the detailed intelligence - they would have considered those options if it was a major concern.

Taking a flying machine to the city did seem a fairly fast and reliable way of arriving. In saying that, he needed to change his outfit if he was going to head anywhere. 'I think I'll head out with the airship. This is going to be an interesting assignment. As to my skills,' he said softly, looking at the newcomer, 'I'm a former Amekage - that should be enough to gauge imposter from reality.'

He entered the plane, seating himself and fastening the belt. "Alright... commencing flight pattern now." The voice of Shiki sounded over a microphone, the ignition sequence and the rotating hanger floor started to turn as the ceiling opened up above him. "Buckle up. We are going to run through our pacers." After just a few more moments the bird would start to build hum louder and would commence a vertical take off through the roof.

'So, Do we have any initial intelligence as to potential heads of the criminal groups we're dealing with? I'm assuming there is going to be at least known group there given the activity.' He said as he slid off his haori, folding it up along with three Ame head bands into a pack under his seat, and started following the same with his top.

'Whoa...amazing' thought the male as he entered the vehicle. He had never travelled with something like this before. "Alright...commencing flight pattern now. Buckle up. We are going to run through our pacers" told the familiar voice over the intercom.

Toshio did as he was told. Their team was quite diverse. They had a former Amekage, a pair of twins with some sort of link plus two cousins.
"So, do we have any initial intelligence as to potential heads of the criminal groups we're dealing with? I'm assuming there is going to be at least known group there given the activity" inquired the other male.

"We do. I have the police report with me" shouted the man in an attempt to overpower the sound of the engines. His indigo eyes stared into the distance.
It would not be long until the sun rose. No wonder that the Chuunin candidate wanted to travel this early - it would make the vehicle a lot harder to spot.

Shiki winced as the person started to yell into his his headset. He spoke in a very normal tone as they entered the cloud line. "No need to shout. That's what the radios are for." He said pointing to the head set. "Doc. Check it out." Shiki said as he pressed a button on his arm armor. As he did the metal seemingly started to peel back revealing all sorts of medical tools built into the armor. Including a field cauterizer, anti-gravonic bandages, a strange machine that cloned blood, an auto injector gun filled with stop bleeding serum and several rebar splints. "I can't use most this stuff myself. But if someone goes down and you need anything let me know." Shiki said.

Shiki paused for a moment letting the man examine the items. As a medical professional he should know what they were he just would need to know where they were. "So tell us doc. What's in the reports?"
