South of the city of Aramis runs a great river that feeds into a massive delta that spilled into an inlet between the Tydeus Sea and the Jikoku-ton ocean. The mouth of this Delta was the main waterway from the mainland of the land of thunder to the open ocean and thus the ninja world. On this point was the bustling wharf town of Denari. Here under the hot and heavy sun sat the humid wooden city on stilts. Sweltering in the heat the thick muggy air of the river delta was only interrupted by intermittent gusts of the heavy trade winds blowing in from an eastward direction. The smell of the cold water flowing from the mountains that covered the horizon filled the air as it rushed to meet the bay. 



Despite the muggy weather the wharf was alive and boisterous. Crates were stacked high all around as sailors seemed to be waiting around idly. Across the dozens of docks almost every single docking bay was filled with a merchant style vessel save for one ship that was much more angled and aggressive looking. Swabbies and Deck hands moved up and down the port as they carried buckets of varnish towards their respective ships. Merchants hustled left and right down the docks carrying clipboards and manifests. While most people would normally be murmuring about all sorts of things. Trade winds, prices of certain goods and pirates there was a strange silence that clung to the air. Almost as if everyone already knew what was going on around them. 

The buildings were small simple constructs that were made from indigenous wood that was chopped down from a nearby grove. Hasty construction and years of repairs on all the buildings gave them a weathered look. There were hand painted signs to several buildings on the dock. Though the paint was peeling from the sun and the wood splintering from the moisture the signs still were distinguishable. There was a bar called the Focsle where there seemed to be a large number of people standing in front of. A few various stores selling fishing hooks, rope, cargo netting and other merchant equipment.

There was some sort of unexplained tension that seemed to fill the air of the dock. While the dock itself was quite lively the sea seemed cold and dead as the grey water lapped up against the boats.

There was adventure to be had here... The only question was where to start?

Schatzi arrived in the land of Thunder by boat, arriving in the Village of Athos. To anyone who could see the accursed chakra coursing through her body, she would seem to be humming with barely-constrained energy. Somewhat bored, she was currently sitting at the edge of the bowsprit, looking out at the oncoming land.

In terms of attire, she was effectively naked, having only two belts crossed just above her crotch and her Takigakure headband tied around her waist, the arrow-like insignia seemingly pointing down to the gap in her belts. Well, that and the single white agate Lightning Stone stud in her right feline ear, the Spirit Amber chain piercing in her navel, the All Seeing Eye pendant around her neck, and the coral Crown of the Negotiator circlet around her head. Since her ears were on the top of her head rather than the sides, it needed combs to tangle into her hair in order to remain affixed properly. A Fear Charm was set in the buckle of one of her belts as well.

These belts carried nearly all of her possessions as well, with a large number of small knives in easy access pouches in addition to several maps, a pair of glasses with various secret enhancements applied, a Skull of Strength, an Awareness Stone, a Chain of Knowledge, a Skull of Healing, and a Tears of the Fairy Stone.

When the ship was closer, she allowed herself to fall from the bowsprit and took wing on the power of her Infernal soul, gliding through the sea spray just over the water's surface. It was a small amusement to allow the illusion that formed the rest of her clothing to drop as she soared through the cold waves.

Eventually she alighted upon the dock, grinning and dripping slightly with beaded seawater. It was just a small detour on her way to the Fire Country to check on her Master, the revived Godaime Takikage, Rosalie Salt, whom she had left in the Godaime Hokage Gosei Kazeraikou's care. Then it would be back home to Takigakure, to figure out how she was going to honor her bargains with both Tsuchikage Godric Hyuuga and the Black Dragon Beatrix of the Umbra. It was a tricky issue, certainly.

With a thought, the illusion of her adventuring leathers draped itself about her, though she chose not to obscure her true items either, aside from concealing the Waterfall Village insignia from her belt. She reached into one of her belts and pulled out her glasses, flicking them open one-handed and sliding them over her eyes. These too had special combs to hook into her hair. She wasn't trying very hard to hide herself, but she didn't exactly feel like it was necessary. While concealing her identity was normally an important issue for anyone from a Hidden Village, Schatzi had chosen to "age" over the two or three years she had stayed in the Moon Country, and so looked different now from before. As long as she didn't give her social name - which itself was something she assumed for convenience since she didn't actually have a true name - any enemies she might have made in the past wouldn't have reason to molest her.

Once she returned to Takigakure, and when meeting with the Hokage and Takikage, "Schatzi Rutherford" would resurface, but for now she preferred not to give her name when possible. Easier than creating a false identity, though she could do that if she had to.

AS the young amorphous woman started moving across the water towards the dock she would be able to see the hustle and bustle of the docks as all the great vessels on the merchant dock were getting ready to set sail. Everyone seemed to be in anticipation for something. As her former vessel approached the dock the harbor master moved towards the edge of the pier getting ready to document and manifest all the parts of the ship. 

The vessel was slowly brought in by the able deck hands on the harbor. There was a flurry of activity as the men started to tie down the ship to the dock. The gangplank was moved across the ship to the dock allowing easy, non conspicuous- passage off the ship. At the end of the gang plank the dock master and his scribe were requesting documents and writing down the names of the incoming passengers. 

Schatzi would land on the dock near the ship totally unnoticed by many of the sailors near the dock. She would land on the wooden dock and would see all the sights around her. The real question was what she would do now?
