Setting: A Small Three Room shotgun building on a residential street near the center of Kusagakure. The front yard needs work with some dead grass and a worn path to the front door. At the front door you would find a combination lock that only two people know the code to, Takehiko and Mamoru. If you were to be allowed in or bypass the lock you would end a Nice Workshop with expensive tools for any crafting needs besides smiting works and alchemy.The loft higher level is accessed by a ladder, climbing this ladder would lead you to two sleeping bags for the brothers. There are two work stations set up with plaques with the brother's names on them, Takehiko's to the right, Mamoru's to the left. In between the two tables on the opposite side of the room to the front door there is another door in the far back left side. Opening this door would lead you to a Greenhouse that is in much better condition than the front yard, however not much is growing there these days. On the other side of the Greenhouse is another door centered against the back wall. Opening this door would lead you into a Small Library . The library would hold multiple books on the subjects of botany and cultivation collected from various places in Kusa no Kuni. At the back of the library, in between the stacks, are two sleeping bags where the brothers sleep.

Effect: A combination lock is a type of lock in which a sequence of numbers or symbols is used to open the lock.

Description: A combination lock is a type of padlock in which a sequence of numbers or symbols is used to open the lock. The sequence may be entered using a single rotating dial which interacts with several disks or cams, by using a set of several rotating disks with inscribed numerals which directly interact with the locking mechanism. Types range from inexpensive 3-digit luggage locks to high-security safes. Unlike a regular padlock, combination locks do not use keys. To Lock Pick the user must listen for falling tumblers to assist when trying to search for the combination. Since Combination Locks do not have keys they automatically impose a -40 on the user's Lock Picking skill. Combination locks have 1 lock; add the cost of the lock to the cost of the quality of the lock found in lock qualities.

A single gardener using this area and having its resources all to himself receives a +20 circumstance bonus to their Agriculture. Alternatively, up to 4 gardeners can share this space at the same time, and they each receive a +10 circumstance bonus on their Agriculture skill. May also be built as a greenhouse, a grove, farm plot.
