Of course there was the obligatory broad chested smirking man juggling with the very oranges he tried to peddle as his loud voice rung out over the street, trying to grab as much attention as possible whilst his assistants tried to unload said oranges on unsuspecting customers. A woman almost bumped into you backwards, loudly discussing the price of the spices she intended to acquire, pretending two times to walk away until they finally managed to settle on a price.

The heat was nigh unbearable as with the approaching spring the sun stood almost directly overhead. No wind managed to sweep through the streets, which were as a result also clammy and dusty. No wonder almost every woman donned a sari here. It also immediately explained why there so many men with mobile stalls selling water and tea. It was however not this bustling market in the city of domes and spires that had pulled you here. First things first though. It was time to find out where the city guard commissioner held office and get more intel on the task at hand as for now, you were clueless and wandered through the city aimless.

rom your previous travels through the city you had a vague idea of where the office of the guards was. With only a general idea of direction it took you quite a while to find your destination, causing you to arrive not only hungry and thirsty, but also quite overheated, considering you had not exactly dressed for this climate. Still, you eventually found yourself facing the office of the city guard, despite not having met a single one on your journey here.

The building was large and imposing, a small guard tower placed on each corner of the cubic building. There were no windows to be seen on the outside on the lowest two floors, although the upper three one seemed to possess them. It was impossible to determine the underlying material from which the building had been constructed as it had been painted quite vividly in a dark green paint, covered with yellow motives of flowers.

Stepping inside you found that this theme continued, all the floors were made of a green malachite like stone whereas the walls were painted a faded yellow colour. Also the temperature inside was a lot more agreeable, someone had put a lot of effort in keeping this room properly air-conditioned. Beyond the steel reinforced double doors, making up the entrance, the inside of the building started with a large entry hall, spanning the first two floors.* The walls were lined with benches on which a multitude of people sat after having drawn a number from the ticket machine in the centre.

Directly opposite to the door the wall donned five windows, each barred with solid steel grating that separated the clerks behind the windows from the public. Each of these clerks were in the process of being addressed by quite worried citizens. Above the windows there was a large sign that currently displayed the number thirty six. The next number in the ticket machine in the centre of this room seemed to be number seventy two. This could become a long day…

As the day continued the sun began to have its appearent effects upon Peisinoe. Entering the building, the siren was greated with an great rustle of busy clerks and civilians. However, Peisinoe still did not see any of the guards which had the information for her assaignment. Silently observing she could see some of their sweating from the pure adrenaline from the rush and bussle of the building. However, the same pains from the blood hunger occured once again coaxing her to spread some of her chakra into the area while directing chakra into her own senses as she closed her eyes from the mental pain. If this was succesful, all of the creatures in the area would glow an faint aura according their emotional state. Slowly oppening her eyes, her ussually rose optics began to slowly turn into an bright and soul piercing pink.

"consume...consume them all eat cleave the flesh swallow the meat" her mind repeated as her sedistic mind was filled with ammusing ways to cause hysteria in the area. Indeed, if the group suddenly turned inot an anger filled mob that would be an delicious seasoning to muse about while eating their flesh after they killed each other. Despite, her stomach demanding that action to be done she shook off the idea for now. The siren glanced over at an machine noticing that it was 72 which the previous ticket was 36. Letting out an irritated growl, she turned away as her mind thought of an way to hasten the line while satisfying her own primal hunger. "it is after all an goddesses responsibilty to keep things interesting for these hopeless cattle" she sedisticly thought before an adorable yet cruel giggle escaped her lips.

n the far right your eyes spotted three doors, one for males, females and one for those who were not able of body. On front of the doors behind a very small desk you immediately found the most depressed being in the entire room: A cleaning lady in a teal, tight fitting dress, who leaned her head on her hands and sighed behind a small plate onto which people threw meagre amounts of coin to recompense her for her labour. There was another potential option however. An incredibly bored clerk behind the second window, who was listening to an apparently dreading long tale from an old lady in a flowery dress and a large pink sunhat. Apart from that none of the auras were very interesting, most were either bored, slightly sad or slightly angered, with nobody particularly standing out.

Silently the cruel songstress pondered as her eyes scanned the area for the possible tool to use. She desired to make herself known by the guards instead of waiting in line that was designated to mortals not goddesses such as her. Her light rose eyes slightly glowed as she continued to scan the area. Eventually she picked up two very interesting emotional auras. Both of them were entertaining one was overwhelmed with despair while the other one was shackled with boredom. Wondering which one would be more delicious to please before consuming, her tainted tongue out before sadistically gliding against her rose red lips. She slightly glanced over allowing her eyes to gaze at the bathrooms before returning her attention to the delectable choices awaiting her. Thinking of the differences in the possible flavors of the two prey, her eyes were drown to the sorrow the maid displayed.

Still the most delicious part would come before then which would be the realization of death from the girl. This was the perfect bait for the lonely girl to latch onto as the songstress seductively slithered her left hand upon her rear.

"O yes leave mortality behind as you submit to pleasure and wooonder" she continued as she slowly headed to the ladies restroom."oh huuuuh aaaah" she continued her song becoming more seductive and alluring as her refined voice continued to echo beautifully. she continued to slowly head towards the restroom, looking back at the targeted maid giving her an wink. As the siren gazed upon the possible victim her stomach raged with demonic hunger. Indeed, it was going to be an very satisfying meal before she had an chat with the guard captain. If the girl continued to fallow, Peisinoe would continue her song. "walk the path of ruiin my dear dooooooe" she continued her enticing song as she lead the girl closer to the restroom.
