(OOC: Thanks for the heads up, ill get to that as soon as I manage to post my pre written gyakusatsu techs.)
Shiro watched closely as Imagawa blocked his Sword strike, the amazing quickness…the amazing force applied to block the strike…it was surely something to remark at, Shiro would growl slightly at his teachers upsetting strength…sure it meant he could be a good teacher, but it also meant Shiro didn't have much of a chance against a defence like this…no, he could do it! And he could benefit from this as well, if he could learn how to defend strikes like that he would surely be a force to be reckoned with.
Shiro then decided try to look even closer, it looked like a simple defense, but Sensei was doing more then just moving his sword in the way, he was actually striking with the same force Shiro was in order to defend from the attack, almost like attacking shiros sword but…different…he was applying the same amount of strength as if he where attacking though "I think I understand now…"
Yobousen (Guarding Against Attacks)

Skill: Taijutsu
Effect: Training that strengthens defense against attacks.
Special: ---
Drawback: These combat principles can only be applied to weapon attacks.
Description: Yobousen is the lesson in which a swordsman learns how to use his/her sword in order to block attacks from another sword, polearm, or other bladed weapons. With each progression in skill levels, the user becomes able to block or deflect stronger attacks with better efficiency.
E-Rank: The swordsman only has elementary knowledge in how to properly defend him/herself.
D-Rank: The swordsman is capable of blocking or deflecting E-rank weapon attacks.
C-Rank: The swordsman is capable of blocking or deflecting D-Rank weapon attacks.
B-Rank: The swordsman is capable of blocking or deflecting C-Rank weapon attacks, as well as push the opponent off balance for 3 seconds (half turn).
A-Rank: The swordsman is capable of blocking or deflecting B-Rank weapon attacks, as well as push the opponent off balance for 6 seconds (full turn).
S-Rank: The swordsman is capable of blocking or deflecting A-rank weapons attacks, as well as push the opponent off balance for 12 seconds (two turns).
Limit: Gyakusatsu
