Description: This jutsu allows the user to make small amounts of water explode into a barrage of needle-like drops that would remind one of hailstones, using water pressure as a catalyst by packing the water in tight with their chakra, the releasing the pressure. The affected water spreads out in all direction and cannot be controlled by the user, which could pose a danger to their creator if he is not careful, possibly even killing him/her. This technique is fully capable of slicing through clothing and skin as if the water were razors, making this technique potentially deadly. This jutsu does not discriminate between friend or foe.
Limit: Must be taught by a Rain ninja/All Rain nin can learn
