The practitioner of sleight of hand can perform minor feats of apparent illusion by deftly hiding small items in their hands or sleeves and distracting observers. On a successful skill check, the character can hide or acquire a small object (smaller than their hand, unless they use both hands in the operation, in which case the object must merely be able to fit temporarily in their two hands). No observers will see quite how they did it. If the user fails a check by 10 or less, any observer actively looking to see how "the trick is done" can figure it out. This discipline of study explores the theoretical constructs of Chakra, though it does not teach actual mechanics of Jutsu performing. Jutsu Performing and Chakra Lore are related to each other much like engineering and pure science. That is, Jutsu Performing is all about applying basic Chakra principals to demonstrate uses. A junior Jutsu Performer is much like an amateur tinkerer. They know little (if any) theory but has some measure of practical experience—sufficient to deal with the elementary challenges of low-level Jutsus. A person versed in the lore of the undead understands the basic principles behind souls, spirits, the afterlife, and godly vengeance against unworthy mortal upstarts. User can recognize markings related to spirits and undead, though the user does not gain any automatic understanding of it, and the user knows how certain Jutsus interact with the realm of the undead. The user can identify inscriptions on crypts, coffins and other undead haunts as well. The user only needs to learn this skill once to encompass all regions. Each Undead has an Identification Difficulty found in their description. User must beat their Difficulty in order to identify the Undead. If the user succeeds they know what the undead is and what yields they can produce. If the user fails by 20 or less they do not gain any knowledge of the undead and are unable to try again. If the user fails by 21 or more they will gain false information, like a different undead.

Description: Relevant Abilities: Acuity Skill. Die Rolls: 5 Die Rolls. Check Requirement: Normal. Characters with this skill can train 1 Region (declared when the skill is chosen) to cultivate Creatures, Plants, and Undead. A character may acquire additional Regions to cultivate by choosing this skill again. The user may cultivate any creature, plant, or undead so long as they know the Lore to the same region. For example: If the user knows only knows Forest Creature Lore, but knows Grassland Creature and Plant Lore, the user can only cultivate from Forest Creatures, but can Cultivate from both Grassland and Plant creatures. A character with this skill knows the proper procedures to slaughter creatures, cut parts of plants, and to cut up a carcass to provide the most out of it without risking injury. User knows how to trim, if desired, and get rid of everything that is unneeded. User must have at least a sharp knife, and a Creature, Plant, or Undead to perform this skill. How much the user can cultivate is dependent on each Creature, Plant, and/or Undead. Each Creature, Plant, and Undead has a Cultivation Difficulty found their description. User must beat their Difficulty in order to gain the yields of each Creature, Plant, and Undead. If the user succeeds they gain the yields. If user fails by 20 or less they do not gain the yields and are unable to try again. If the user fails by 21 or more, any yield the user is trying to obtain that has a poisonous effect will affect the user. The Vuzalei is designed to be more compact than the average puppet, so that more of them could fit into a singular space. They are best used in the hands of strategic puppeteers, who wish to outdo an enemy with quantity and precision.

The Vuzalei is usually a shining silver puppet, built with steel. Its head is shaped like a human skull. As a smaller type of puppet, the Vuzalei tends to resemble a child skeleton. Its limbs are also designed to look like bones, but they are thicker than bones usually look at that size, due to needing space for items. For skeletal areas that are usually hollow, such as the rib cage, the silvery bones are is encased around solid black steel, which allows to puppet to better resemble a moving skeleton in dark settings.

The right arm of all Vuzalei puppets contain a hidden blade, designed to slash. It is essentially a shortsword in the shape of a cutlass. It extends out from their bony palm, but is made from a black steel alloy.

Vuzalei puppets are capable of flight, and have puppet wings in the shape of bat wings. A silver frame holds the fabric in place, and sticks out in a classical bat pattern, which makes it look like long fingered hands flap behind the puppet. The fabric is durable, but highly transparent.

An afterburner system is installed alongside the wings of the Vuzalei, in order to dramatically increase speed when required.

Overall: There is much to be said about a weapon of this caliber. It is a moderately-sized sword meant for expert piercing, thrusting, and slashing maneuvers. The metal is a refined steel that has been folded many times over, guaranteeing durability in the most aggressive of assaults upon its fortified structure. It is meant to be used with one hand to fully expose the abilities of the Exceed arts, though two hands will only allow the wielder to slash with increased control.
Please Note: Using two hands and attempting to activate the Exceed portion of the blade will result in the blade exploding from the inside out due to over-revving.
Blade: The blade is a tampered metal that is capable of withstanding the wiles of weapons that would clash with it, ranging from blunt strikes to explosions of minor to slightly moderate damage results. Intricate designs lay drawn upon the right, an unknown tribal graphic that spans the entirety of the Niiro Kougou itself. A crimson backdrop lies further back, accentuating the sanguine nature of the sword itself, and its wielder.
Handle: The handle is the truly magnificent work of art that has been crafted onto the blade. It is seperated in two portions to allow the wielder to keep a steady hand upon the instrument, the twist-capable portion of the blade's handle kept in such a design that the user will never have to worry about accidentally engaging the Exceed portion involuntarily. It, too, is lined in red, perfectly matching the hue of the spectrum that either side of the blade reflects. The sides of the blade will glow a continuous red with the chakra stored inside, ranging from barely visible red to a crimson hue when fully charged.
Misc.: The blade is seperated into multiple parts that must be assembled when initially purchased and acquired. This process takes approximately twelve seconds to correctly assemble, after which it will require the same amount of time should the blade need repair and need disassembly for any reason (Overusing the Exceed).
Exceed Modification: The blade's multiple parts all support each other, a cylindrical space from the bottom of the blade to the kissaki open to channel chakra from the user's hand into the sword by way of simultaneously exerting chakra and twisting the handle of the blade to allow for the filtering of the chakra itself; thankfully, the blade is large enough so as not to be flimsy or weak against strikes even with this modification.   Description: The user makes the handseals for the technique and following this their chakra is spread out along the thick mists around them. The chakra then begins to disturb the water molecules within the mist, causing them to attract to each other slowly forming from a gas from slowly into a solid. With the B rank training, the user can use this and cause the opponents movements to slow down as if they were running underneath water, very slow. With the A rank training, the user focuses more chakra to cause the water pressure to get even harder thus slowing the opponents movements to a slow motion type of speed, making an attacking opportunity much greater. With the S rank training, the user puts so much chakra into the technique that the mists turning into a solid(or ice) totally stopping the opponent from movement, meaning the user must know the ice release in order to learn this rank of the technique.
