From a previous Chakra Armour technique, Godric thought he could do better. There was always room for improvement. Godric would recast the pure chakra with a series of flipped handseals. He would create that raw energy once again and started to work with it. The patchwork pieces could work but he would have to make it one solid piece rather than in pieces. Thus less seams. Godric kneaded the pure chakra started to draw out the chakra cube. The threads of chakra within the block were solid and intricate. To even comprehend the dismantle or editing of such chakra would take him years even at his level. So this other method must be employed.

Godric would indeed employ his blacksmith expertise to this technique. He would fold the piece over and over upon itself, and press them together. It was odd as the chakra had a natural affinity toward itself and could fuse well with itself. Though he did find that he had to in a way add extra chakra for this process to happen. It was like adding heat to a forge and making the chakra absorb the energy so that it's atoms would be more active. This only made sense as materials would become more maluable. This was the trick to it and he was starting to enjoy this process.

Continuing he created a rather large sheet of this pure chakra form. He could see that it was one task to make the material but to wrap his body in it would be another. And to make it form fitting with flexibility. That's why he took particular note of the thickness of the chakra. It had to be correct. He would imagine and design how it was going to lay around him. As he did this he made sure the folds would work correctly to retract and expand as needed. Thus placing the shroud over him, fusing the seam, and testing it out. As he did he would notice flaws and simply fix them. Taking note of which handseal would be place where to achieve this.

Yet there was more to it. Godric felt he could add solidified plates to the overall design of this armor. He was exploring the reaches of the chakra armor and looking for points where it less give or no give and retention. The chest and shoulders were a good start, but he would notice pretty quickly like a standard suit of armor that one could simply place hardened plates over these areas. And that perhaps was going to be the trick. He was already exploring these sections for the chakra strings and construction of the chakra placed over those areas. So this was more of an addition or a supplement to the original.

Godric started to play around with the chakra strings, perhaps there was a method were they would accept the plates and fuse together. Perhaps there was a texture that would create such a thing. So as an experimentation he frayed some of the surface of the flexible suit of chakra armor that he had already created. Granted this would reduce the overall effectiveness of the chakra armor, but to create more solid plates was a simple task. Each tiny chakra string he would simply snip from the main branch and fray out toward the outside of the design. Though he had to make sure not to do this too much, also he had only create this texture along the portions of the suit where he was going to place the plates.

Continuing Godric had the thought of how he was going to create these plates. The plates themselves would actually be created through the same system as he had done in the beginning. It was a the same method of comparing it to blacksmithing and drawing out the chakra. But to harden the plate, he had to keep it thicker, with less layers, and to bathe it in a cooling effect from the chakra. Attaching the plates to the chakra armor was also a similar method. Usually there was a powder added to the metal and then warmed, but with this he would sprinkle small bits of chakra, then wash it with hotter forms of this pure chakra. Thus he would need to let it cool and see the outcome.

Pondering on things Gidric wondered if he could yet again increase this chakra armour. He had created plates but he was wondering if he could increase the structure itself and make a stronger bonds with the seams and the fusing. Godric played around with the structure as he is apt to do. Generally Chakra being a network of a string like fiber this process would take a little while to conduct. This method he was using meant he was taking small strands of the chakra and interacting with it in ways that it generally was not indented for. He snipped some ends and then he placed them in other areas, even fused them to other structures.

Playing around with this chakra he started to see the basic structure of everything. He started with the pure chakra of the Shape Transformation, and would note how the small strands were intricate. But there was a certain kind of natural movement to it. It was nature in the way strands moved left and right almost like grass. But it was interwoven like a spider web. He was wondering how he could improve upon this design but had no thoughts. The best he could do was interweave the plates and the seams in the same way that the chakra was created. This way it would be as if a natural part of the chakra itself.

Yes Godric felt he was onto something. He continued to fiddle with the strands of chakra, snipping ends, and placing them into a more organized matter. Well he kept with the natural feel of the patterns but he knew to find that pattern and stick with it. Things were in a way being knit together down to each strand. Though he wondered if he could rather produce a trigger in the seams so that they would do this by their own. And then it struck him, rather upon creation he put a trigger within the seams to unravel and reweave itself upon contact with itself. But finally only to an extent and only once as to not make the material sticky. Thus he redid the whole experiment and reformed the armour.

User coats the target with wind chakra allowing the target the ability of flight. The subject can simply fly. It can ascend and descend. Its maneuverability is dependent on the performer of the Jutsu. Clumsy at "D" Class, Poor at "C" Class, Average at "B" Class, Good at "A" Class, and Perfect at "S" Class. Using Flight requires only as much concentrating as walking, so the subject can attack or perform Jutsus normally. Should the Jutsu duration expire while the subject is still aloft, the Chakra fails slowly. The subject floats downward 20 meters per round for 1d6 rounds. If it reaches the ground in that amount of time, it lands safely. If not, it will fall the rest of the distance, taking 6 Armour Points of damage per 3 meters of fall.
Limit: Must know Wind Release.

    It was about time for lunch so Inoryu skimmed through the contents of the winds scroll for one last jutsu that was particularly interesting. Amidst the C-rank jutsu was a jutsu called flight. As he read the details of the scroll, the name of the jutsu was pretty self-explanatory. The higher the user's class, the better the flight maneuverability. The wind release seemed to answer his dreams of becoming a master infiltrator. With such a technique, he was sure to increase the likelihood of escape tremendously.
    With a new emotion stirring up that was a blend of excitement and anticipation, he learned the hand seals and method of applying the jutsu. As this was the final technique for this morning's session, he rolled up the wind scroll parchment, locked it and secured it in his pocket. He also released all of the active jutsu on his person, including the disguise self, air punch/kick, breeze and circle of wind so that his appearance reverted back to his original short blonde-haired, blue eyed state with a plain dark grey shirt, black cargo shorts, black socks and black athletic boots and the winds around his person died until they coalesced with natural winds. He wanted to feel the flight jutsu thoroughly for what it was and did not want any distractions. 
    Inoryu weaved the eight hand seals in just a few seconds and expedited a small amount of chakra for the wind release. As the jutsu activated, he felt himself become aware of a new, acquired skill. One of unaided flight. Through will power alone, he rose from the nine meter diameter platform and hovered as he felt his heart flutter. The ultimate freedom was what he was sensing as he was liberated from his weight. He flew forward and up, and watched as the platform was removed from underneath him to reveal the sixty meter drop. He was laughing in child-like joy and soared higher into the clouds to explore Kusa no Kuni and its atmosphere more intimately.

Godric still was not satisfied with chakra armour, it was good but could be better. He would have to deconstruct the whole thing. Releasing the chakra easily, he would already be in the fray of handseals to produce the pure chakra. He would look at it as if a blacksmith, but rather with a chakra mindset. He had made malleable form of this and he wondered if he could merge both the hard plates and malleability all in one flexible suit. So rather than a suit of armor with plates, the plates themselves would work like chain-mail or rather closer knit than that. He started to play around with the construction of the chakra itself.

During the kneading process he used he would have to do this anyway, but what if he engineered it from the bottom up in a malleable form. The problem was the complexity of the chakra itself. The most efficient techniques were the ones without chakra triggers. They were stronger and took less handseals, so he would have to take that in mind as he started tracing lines. Ah one of his hobbies, this would take him a long while. This was one of the most pure structures he has ever researched though. It was elegant, it was designed, yet it was natural. As if a crystal growing in nature, the fibers grew in such a symmetrical pattern yet the pattern overal a whirlwind of nature.

Godric would be snipping smaller strands from certain section and attaching them to other, only to get at the center of the chakra veins. He would clear an area then snip a support of the overall structure. This of course taking hours as he got to main veins of chakra and moving them. Then attaching the main vein to another and attaching the supports, then finally attaching all the smaller strings of chakra back onto itself. this was starting to become a sense of practice in and of itself as he did this for the whole structure. As he did this he wondered how he could utilize this in the process of creating a stronger flexible suit of armor that would be seamless and held the strength of the solidified product.

That's Right Godric was learning much of this unique material. Rather with releases, the nature was far more pronounced within it's nature but with this pure chakra he would note the basics of all the releases. Though he only knew one of them, he has seen plenty displays to know what to look for. As he was working the material he would see just how perfect the material was. Like the superstructure of an enormously large structure, without the bells and whistles of an over designed structure. It had the basics and did it well, dissecting it, he would note the neaunses of every fiber of the pure chakra. He was in awe.

Using this Godric pondered upon how he could make this malleable. It was not enough to simply create pieces and piece them together, no he wanted it to form around his body. There was many challenges to overcome, and it started with the process. As he was dissecting the material he noticed that he would in face need triggers, so he started there and created triggers in every strand of the chakra structure. He put triggers in every support of the structure, and finally every main vein of the material. The trigger of course was a simple flexibility command that let the material bend and shape. Thus he set this material out and experimented with the results of his labor.

He struck the material and observed. What he was noticing is that indeed it was flexible, he could bend it and shape it more easily, but the structure was not strong enough. It had lost it's once glorious strength and now a bit flimsy. The design of the structure had been compromised and was no longer what it was. This was a useless tactic and he would have to restart the process. A failed experiment and he had to ponder upon what he had to do to improve this. But then he thought to himself about chakra natures. There are materials that had that flexibility without changing its nature like that. The triggers were in essence changing the nature of the chakra and compromising the design. He would need to start over.

Godric was pondering about chain-mail. He had already attempted to input the trigger control for each chakra string within the structure, but now he was thinking making rings about all the structures on a micro scale would be the way to go. Thus he would get to work. Once again this would be a pain staking process of snipping every end of chakra fibers within the structure. He would attack each to their base creating a ring essentially. Then he would weave the next one into the ring and attache itself to the base once again. He would continue this through the whole structure, yet he was already running into some challenges.

Godric would note that the support structures and the main veins would be a challenge. In fact if he were to create this ring structure with the main supports and veins, then it would simply become a ball of nothing. Well a very solid ball that has some give, but his goal would not be achieved. But rather perhaps these attributes could be utilized as a sort of base design for the suit. So thus he started to string things together. There were many snips made and many fusing of chakra strings together. It was a painstaking process, and the handseals were mounting upon themselves. But as long as he identified the pattern of handseals and consolidated them into a single branch then he could potential have a viable technique to use in combat.

The perimeters of combat was a fickle mistress as there had to be few enough handseals in a technique where one dose not simple sit there doing handseals in a creation. But as Godric experimented one of the major consolidations he noted was the turning of each string and fusing it upon themselves. Another consolidation was the introduction of another string through the eye of this ring as it too became a ring. This would produce only needing two handseals to produce this effect, so it would be battle ready. finally he would wrap the material around his body and test the results. It felt good, he could move easily, but he struck his person and noted that there was no real improvement. Another set back indeed...

Godric ponder on this. He liked how the chain-mail effect wa flexible but it still compromised the integrity of the structure. Well it did to a degree. It more or less was comparable to the already perfected nature of the pure chakra. He was pushing what he had created with a bit of his finger as he watched the result. He had his hand on his chin as he wondered how he could actually produce what he needed. It was a complex matter that perplexed him, but he watched as the links rubbed together and wondered about that effect. That is exactly what he wanted, that flexibility, but the round rings seemed to only be similar to the structure as a whole.

Then he pondered upon it. He watched, he observed how the interactions where produced. They were sliding upon themselves to create the flexibility. That was the only addition to this form of chakra. But he wished to improve upon that and have an extra reason to use this. Then it hit him. Changing the nature in the most slightest way. Each chakra point of the original strands could simply have that function. Rather than having the strands themselves becoming flexible, or changing the structure, rather the point of fusion could slide back and forth to a slight degree. He thought about this as he manipulated his chain-mail type creation. He wondered what kind of give he would need.

Thus He looked and gave a generalized space that he thought each strand should have. But he wouldn't know until he tried. Reducing his current build to nothing, he already was a flash with handseals in creating the pure chakra. There was a nature he would add to each ends of the chakra strands though. The ability to slide in a tiny section of area within it's fused state upon another string, support or main vein. Though he took particular note in the supports and main veins as he rather them not have as much wiggle room as the smaller structures. How it was simply placing the shroud over his body and fusing the seams. Of course fusing the seams, he would mimic the natural pattern and weaving of the material themselves. Thus he would test his new armour...

Godric was mystified by this complex working of chakra known as Shape Transformation. There were certain attributes of it that he was starting to understand. It was like a diamond, created in nature yet it's complexity was as if produced my humans. Godric had a slice of this chakra as he worked it around learning more about it. The fiber like chakra strands that it was composed of where that of a basic nature, but he wished to take a closer look at this. It was like a framework for elemental chakra, yet it was more than that. There was something bugging him about the construction of the fibers themselves.

There is chakra theory about fractalization. What he sees in the overall design of this chakra, he was starting to notice as he gets smaller and smaller within the chakra string fibers. The suggestion is that the design is continual throughout the whole design of the chakra. With this thought he could potentially control the mass of chakra from it's core to its outer design. He would start to play around with this idea and start creating triggers and controls for the fibers. Latching onto the single fiber strand of chakra and injecting a command essentially. But furthermore he could create an overall command toward targeting similar chakra strands and in a way target every micro pieces of the chakra itself.

The first command he had tried was the ring. Creating a chain-mail like construct of the chakra design. What he would notice as he had tried in the past is the chakra would bundle up and create like a ball of the chakra. He placed these balls together and they fused with each other much like a mass of bubbles. What he noticed from the start was this material was strong, and if he kept the bubbles small enough he would note that it had a certain amount of flexibility. But the strength produced was really no improvement upon the original design. But it had it's benefits, as it was simply more flexible, much like creating Kevlar.

Godric was under the impression that this chakra could be improved. Already having one experimentation of the substance down, he would start to inject other laws within the chakra. There was a great slide rule that he had created with one of his chakra armor that worked fantastic. The ends of the strands that connected to other strands had a slide mechanism. He would take the rule of fractalization and apply this to the strands. Thus the amount they could slide were larger when it came to larger supports, or even main veins, compared to the smaller strands. As the design got smaller in it's fibrous form, so too would the slide mechanic. Thus he would find an interesting result.

The chakra material would be stronger yet. A slight improvement, yet the flexibility would be absolute. He could mold and shape the material in various forms, and found he could really make anything he desired. Though the benefit was still yet minimal compared to increasing the strength in an overall fashion. There was one failed experiment he had created that he wished to revisit. A flexibility in each fiber themselves. This would have some give and potential absorption properties. Thus taking out the slide mechanic and replacing it with a certain amount of flexibility like a spring. Though he would also make sure that it would spring back to original form. So rather than being a solid material the give would make it so that it catches kinetic force rather than out right trying to stop it.

Godric would experiment the results of this and see what happened. Godric applied various forms of force and see the results. Indeed there was some improvements, but over all utility was not correct. There was some flexibility, but there was not enough. The force impact was relatively fine, and comparable to the slide mechanic, and the ring mechanic, but overall was not an improvement upon those two designs. He still wondered if he could inject any improvement upon the design but he still was trying. In nature some of the strongest constructs were in a triangle shape, and he wondered if he could push this into the fibers to create the strong structures.

Godric thought about this one. Having to employ it was going to be a trick. The perfect shape of a construction was a triangle. It translates in a three dimensional platform as well. He would note that he could potential inject that at every fused point between the fibers, he could create an angle rule. They would have a specific fourty to thirty degree angle. A little variation to account for the natural growing of the chakra itself. He would try this. Conjouring up the chakra then injecting a chakra nature command within the structure. This angular design for each fiber. His method to target even the tiniest portions of the chakra material through the fractalization methods.

Thus he would note the outcome structure of the material. As he assumed it would look like a pyramid. This design almost produced a perfect one as well. The small variations accumulated to the point where the outcome was almost perfect. Thus he conducted his usual gauntlet of tests. The force tests, and impact tests produced something that boggled his mind. The increase of strength was exponential. It reminded him of the wall of force technique, were it was so resilient that no amount of damage could break the structure apart. This was a breakthrough for sure, but he would come to realize the fault of this structure. There was no give what so ever.

Godric tried to form the construct in various ways. But no matter how much manipulation it tried to impose it would not give. Producing a litany of handseals and forcing to shape the thing, he eventually got to a sheet of the substance, but as soon as he released the handseal and tried to solidify it, the form snapped back into a pyramid. This would prove to be a somewhat useless injection of method. If he could not shape the chakra material, then the utility would be reduced to near useless. Though he would keep this in mind for things such as the chakra wall, or other defensive shapes. Perhaps he could use this to improve those forms, just not to the degree of angles that he had chosen for this one.

Godric pondered upon the design. He had another thought. That spring thought. He thought that the fibers could coil upon themselves. This would give a tighter banding of structure, while still giving flexibility. Thus he tried this method. Using the fractalization concept he targeted every fiber within the chakra material all at once. The command was to twist itself upon the other fibers next to it. What he already was seeing that, this process should also happen slowly so that there would be no tangles. Though he had done this there were still some small flaws that were created within the structure. But he did see that this method produces something akin to cable. This was something he could work with as he could weave the cable material together and make sheets.

The results were astounding, and he found that a sheet of this weave was stronger than most of the stuff that he had tested so far, save for the pyramid design. He noted that it was nearly as flexible as well. But then it struck him. He coud combine the slide method, the ring method, and the twist method all into one. Then he could weave things into a triangle design overall. This tickled him bout would need more manipulation than normal. With a few handseals he was already constructing the material. With the injected commands, it would be a rather complex network of handseals and chakra manipulation. He would design from core to overall in the chakra material the twist, the and to a micro level the rings.

It was like a chain linked fence, yet one that twisted upon itself in a cable like fashion. Finally the flexibility was so great that he could work it to any specification. Thus he had strands of this stuff and weave them together in a criss cross pattering followed by a lateral. It was a basket weaving method. The final design was a sheet, something he could work with, something he was already testing in different shapes. Indeed it was ultimately flexible, but how would it deal with force and impact. Thus he started his experimentation by physically hitting the material. He would strike it with various forms, blunt, piercing, slashing. Each one would be resisted, because the method was so deep within the fibers. He would be astounded. Was this truly an improvement upon the overall design of the chakra...

Godric's thoughts went back to the rock. He remembers sitting there and a terrible feeling overcame him. It was when he was in despair of his whole situation. What was the point of it all, what was the reason for living, why was the world so, so bleak. His thoughts were so profound, his stomach was starting to turn. This was starting to affect his physiology, he felt the wrench of his body. He almost wished it to happen, yet his mind snapped back into focus. No he was stronger than that. He would resist this. His body was stronger then that, always riding the edge of mortality, yet staying within the bounds of immortality. A rebirth as he felt the stomach churning effect of his emotions.

It was almost like a poison to his being as he felt his stomach turn. He pushed it through his mind yet his body would push back. He focused himself and calmed his body trying to calm his nerves, but the situation always seeping in and reminding him just like a foreign invader to his physical being. He felt he would evacuate the contents of his belly at any moment. But as they say he would swallow that feeling and return to resolve. He calmed his body by breathing deeply he felt the wash of calm as he let his mind clear. Yet the chain reaction had already begun. He was gagging on his own emotions like some sort of tainted blood.

Godric would steel himself, steel the muscles along his stomach, but that seemed to only make it worse. He would calm himself then and let the feeling pass, or simply ignore it as if his body were reacting like any other day. It was gut wrenching yet it was all mind over matter for now. His body was already reacting as it should and he wished to sooth his body, yet it was already trying it's own ways to deal with the stress. He felt his body churning as he tried to breath in slowly, then breath out. He willed it so, yet he felt this was not enough. He had to let his body go through its own resistances. His body reacting and get use to the feeling, to resist the feeling. Thus rather he did the opposite, edging himself to the point of failure but never wanting to cross that line.

Indeed Godric's body was calmed, but he wished to rather let his body improve rather than give it a crutch. So Godric called forth his own emotion and the stomach wrenching feeling returning. He held his mind in this space as his muscles reacted to the feeling. He wished to expunge this feeling from his gut, his belly wished to do so, but as that feeling came closer he cleared his mind and let his body calm. He would feel his body able to hold that state longer without failing, and he returned it to that state.

Godric cycled through this act of purge and calm over and over. He wished to get rid of this weakness all together, to numb his body to such things. This would improve his overall fortitude if done correctly. To throw off the shackles of such weaknesses. His mental strength was enough to purge such weakness, but his body must catch up to this prowess. Thus he cycled the thoughts of the most vile things done to his name. Those scum whom wished harm upon the village he once called home, the vile persons whom constructed the deaths of so many innocents, though not one for that kind of justice, his position usurped from such actions. His stomach churned once again.

He held those thoughts in his mind, and forced his own self to reconcile such issues, without his mental strength purging it. No he held the feeling within his body, right down to the core as it resisted such notion of expunging it's context. It was a wretched feeling, his body was swet as he felt the context wishing to excape. His through would well up with the bile and taste of emotion that he wished to get rid of. But Godric would simply not let this happen, and let his body deal with the result of such disgusting emotions, that made him sick to his stomach. He could feel himself inches away from such notions yet he would force his body to deal with it on it's own.
