Looking back, he figured the last mission he needed in order to actually meet the requirements for something as grand as the Chuunin Exams should have been a more intriguing event than wandering the village in search of anything illegal or unethical. Instead, he decided to pick one of the less interesting and hard missions, one had already gone by once before if memory served him correctly. That said, he had made it somewhat more exciting in the sense that he had gone about doing the mission at night, which was when most of the rats left their dens and started roaming the streets while marking things down on his map.
Stopping by the Anbu member stationed near the cinema, he checked himself in and started doing his rounds. He still knew his rounds for the biggest part due to the time he had gone about it some weeks ago, which was also what jogged his memory a bit. The last time he had been on patrol, he had been forced to intervene in a somewhat more problematic area in the village, resulting in him sending the involved individuals to the police station. There, they would have been able to settle their disputes without keeping the entire street on its toes.
Not really dressed up as a Shinobi nor having any of his gear on him, he wanted to create the illusion that he was just another generic citizen, even though he still had his headband hidden in the inside pocket of his hoody. If anything did end up happening and he needed to exert dominance, he wouldn't get much done by looking angry, as people would just see him as a mad ten year old. And since things like that usually just invoked laughter, it would lead people to the point of not taking him seriously, and that was something he would prefer to avoid if at all possible.
