Description: Range of this technique is 7 meters + 6 meters per Class Level. Area of effect is 2 meters + 3 meters per Class Level Diameter. This technique requires a small source of water nearby. User creates a small globe of freezing water around their fist and sends it hurtling forward. The sudden blast of water affects anything within the target diameter. The Jutsu does 8 Armour Points of cold damage per Class Level.
Limit: Must know Water Release.

Special: If the user is currently performing the Hair Extension technique, None. If the user is not performing the Hair Extension technique, the same Handseals as the Hair Extension technique, including the holding of the Ram handseal.
Drawback: Can be easily dodged.
Description: The user holds the Ram handseal if currently performing the Hair Extension technique or performs the Hair Extension technique. The user then directs their hair en masse towards the opponent, where the hair will attempt to wrap itself around the opponent and bind them. The user may add additional pressure and attempt to crush the opponent, but it is normally very difficult to perform such a feat.

There can be a maximum of ten strands shot at once, and because of their small size are very difficult to see but can only cause the most insignificant of damage (almost like a pin prick)

Biting Wind

Effect: This Jutsu creates an animate wind of freezing cold air that moves and attacks a single target as directed by the user.
Special: Handseals
Drawback: ---
Description: Range of this technique is 30 meters + 15 meters per Class Level. Duration of this technique is 5 minutes per Class Level. The breeze is a touch attack, dealing 6 Armour Points per Class Level of subdual damage. The wind is invisible, and gains all the bonuses of an invisible attacker (though it cannot be used to deliver sneak attacks). The wind strikes as a Jutsu rather than a weapon (and thus can hit incorporeal creatures for 50% damage) and always strikes from the direction of the user. It attacks its designated target once each round unless directed to a new target by the user (which requires a weaving movement). Creatures that take damage from the wind must make a Fortitude save. On a failed save the target is shaken and suffers a -5 penalty to attack damage and -10 to skill checks for 5 round per Class Level.

By expending extra amount of Handseals and Chakra the user can perform said Jutsus without the needed requirement. Water Creation Jutsu cannot be reduced by Efficient Jutsu Enhancement Technique, Easy Jutsu Enhancement Technique and similar Jutsus. Jutsu Handseal/Chakra Increase: 1 Rank.
