Law Skill

I want to advocate for a creation of a Law skill. It would be something my character would master at some point, and I'm stunned that such an immersive skill selection doesn't have law as a skill. Especially because I believe that Law has the potential to be a sophisticated skill. The sophisticated law skill would entail knowing the due process of law meaning people with this sophisticated skill could use the law for their own agenda, or change it. Just some vague examples of what a sophisticated law skill would entail.
-Know the law- with a successful skill check, one may know what is criminal behavior as well as punishment for that crime. This would allow a person to act as lawyer/public defender/attorney/prosecutor in court. This would apply to a single region and must relearn for every region.
-Change the law- with a successful skill check, one may convince advisors for a single law to be changed to suit their own agenda. For example, a lawful good character may change the law to make theft a crime. A chaotic evil character may change the law to make theft not a crime, but may mandate a holiday where all crime is legal like the purge.
-Enforce the law- with this skill, one would act as a law enforcer and with a successful skill check could determine a person's attitude toward their role as enforcer beforehand.
I bring this up because at some point I plan on my character entering into the Wolf (torture and interrogation) and Owl (Stealth and Information Retrieval) ANBU divisions. My character is a lawful good character and would be compelled to seek justice for people's crimes/war crimes and law would give him the tool to do it rather than being a vigilante. If there is no law skill, then my character would be forced into a vigilante role. Though I believe that there would be times where my character will act as vigilante, I would also like for the law skill to be available to him to seek out justice in that parameter, as well as giving him the option to change the laws he opposes.
