Curse of Kusa - Part 1 [Event]

Tomo quickly followed after the group, simply running up the buildings like a normal ninja. Unfortunately at the moment Tomo doesn't have method for flying. So up towards the roofs of the skyscrapers they went, tailing or running next to Salihn so as not to slow their progress. Tomo honestly wasn't sure how he felt about Epsilon, or Ericson as he was now called. Perhaps... wary? Tomo didn't understand why exactly the robot felt such loyalty towards their group. If he even felt at all, that is. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Moving on, Tomo waited patiently while the others explained or demonstrated their powers to Salihn, so that their new superior had a decent grasp of their abilities. Although Tomo didn't want to do this again, he did grasp the need for doing so. Especially for the newcomer Godric, who just made a baby Godric to stick to Ericson. A technique Tomo hadn't seen before.

Now that Harue finished her explanation, it seems it was time for Tomomi to provide his performance. But... Tomomi hadn't really thought about it. In fact, he wouldn't even notice he was on-deck until the others looked back at him in expectation. Oof.

"OH! Uuuhh... I'm Tomo. I'm a Hyuuga and I'm pretty good at Taijutsu."

It was a shitty explanation, but it'd have to do. Most of what he specialized in wasn't combat related, but that's probably fine. He could certainly hold his own if it came down to it.

Chapter 3: Divide and... Do Stuff.

Team Salihn(Draven, Neko, Jay):

Godric followed order. Placing himself behind Harue, his stare directly behind her. His eyes all seeing for the most part, though in a limited fashion in that respect.

No need to really jump as the cushion of air under his feet provided all the footing he needed. Traveling would be a breeze. His hair flowing upon the wind as he simply ran from roof-top to roof-top, making sure Epsilon could make the venture.

Being within the roll of basically a body guard, Godric had no comments as to is job. He kept an eye out for any trouble and listened to what was being said.

He did keep close to Epsilon. He did watch for anyone advancing or anything that was coming. His reaction to a threat would be swift and powerful should any poor soul come their way.

Godric did ask Epsilon once again, "You didn't answer my question. Is there a major power source that provides for this city. I ask because we could simply take that out to deal with the teleporters..."

He smiled as he continued, "And before you say our only way out would be cut off. Well I do have a Hirashin seal outside this city. I can teleport all of us out of here if need be. We don't need our teleporter to achieve this..." a wicked grin spread across his face. Whom ever may have heard that mite think that could be the simplest option... It did have a simplistic sense that tickled the vampire.

"I would have a feeling the ruling class here would pay attention to us as well if we held it hostage. I'd imagine the deviants would still be a problem though. That is part of the equation that I am yet toying around with." he mused as he was simply thinking out loud... Other options could potential present themselves. Not that Godric was suggesting a change of course, just simply their team could be capable of solving this entire mystery on their own....If needed...

[Inoryu]

    Inoryu had thought correctly in hypothesizing an invisibility jutsu was in effect and gleaned even more when he learned that they were also silenced. He felt some of his nerves returning as he was criticized by Su, but he rebuked his emotions by taking a breath and considering Su's words. It dawned on him that Su was completely right. He let out a breath and felt extremely grateful for this token of wisdom and knew that he would apply it for now on throughout all of his days. He had forgotten that this team was an ANBU squad, the elite ninja of his village. This realization was substantiated as Su went over their strategy and Inoryu nodded along as he went over the plan. Su also stressed how important it was to keep his cover, and it reminded him of something his father had said. 

    "When you are undercover," Shouza Yamanaka began on a lovely Fall evening after an extensive training session, "There is nothing more important than keeping your cover. You are not the only person who is depending on it. Your whole village depends on your cover because it is the village's reputation that is at risk. And what the village stands for is more than a single person's life. You must also have to be willing to make sacrifices to protect the village. That is the essence of a shinobi." 

    Inoryu was eight years old when his father imparted those words to him. When Su questioned their resolve, Inoryu replied, "Understood," with the rest of the team. He had that lesson ingrained in him when he was young and throughout his years his father only nourished that notion. However, Inoryu had yet to be tested. He had always imagined sly ways to keep his cover without making sacrifices when he can to mitigate having to follow through with such an action, but also understood that there are situations where there was no way around it. On the flip side, he was beginning to understand that his teammates would kill him too if it was required to maintain their cover. These ideals brought on an overwhelming desire to accomplish the mission, no matter what it takes. He did not want to throw away his life.

Harue glances sideways to Epsilon when he looks to her, then back to their particularly elfin, newly appointed leader as she starts giving them instructions. Fairly simple ones, at that. Somehow much simpler than Houkou's, and this leader seemed somehow less... tight-assy. Harue stiffens slightly when she's told where she'll be, nodding silently but hesitantly as she activates her Tasukeru once more. As she taps into her doujutsu, she lowers herself to the roof top so that she may run with the rest of them, though she keeps her planar wings dormant, metaphorically folded. As they come to the leap, she unfolds them briefly to assist her, but folds them again once she's landed safely. She tilts her head at Godric as he scoots up in front of her, or at least close to her, in order to be closer to Epsilon. Though her eyes are forward, she looks both over Godric and the synthetic human, and the life forms surrounding them within her abilities. She was particular to anything out of the ordinary, specific to what the cultural norm was for this realm anyways. 

After Godric has finished pitching his idea, Harue winces slightly and moves her eyes towards Epsilon and then the giant for the umpteenth time. She didn't like having to discuss things like this, but she'd at least have to try if no one else would. No matter how confident any of them were, Harue wanted to make sure she didn't end up dead. Or maybe she was too pessimistic. "If... we cut the power to the whole city, it'll draw attention. A lot more than we deserve... And it'd probably start a panic." She frowns slightly, scanning the area around them to avoid looking at the scary giant guy whose opinion she was disagreeing with. "Even if you want a big show, we might not be able to afford it."

Harue looks over her shoulder, towards the goose of the line, then back forward, all around. She didn't even know if Epsilon had the authority to okay that kind of plan, but still. "Besides, isn't the source of power that crystal? Someone said it would obliterate us if we went near it, right? We'd need to sabotage the portals directly, I think..." She hums for a second with thought, contemplating awkwardly. Was that what someone said? Was it Epsilon who mentioned that? Or was that for the realm before this one? Harue would check her notes, but they're stowed away in her pack, along with her previous outfit. She felt like she was losing her grasp on time. Damn jetlag.

Tomomi's explanation was met with odd gazes, perhaps filled with disappointment or bewilderment. Obviously his description of his capabilities was... less than ideal. But what more could they want? He briefly and precisely provided the skills and abilities he possesses that can directly benefit their mission. As far as Tomo was concerned, he was satisfied, and didn't feel any need to elaborate.

Onto more current events, it seems the three of them were given a formation for running across the rooftops. Tomomi fell into line, despite Godric's improvisation. Tomomi didn't particularly care about the formation, simply choosing to do as he's told in order to finish as soon as possible. Godric suggested a perhaps simpler alternative to their current plan, but was quickly rejected by Harue who sensibly proposed... not doing that.

As Tomo ran along the rooftops with his companions, he kept an eye on their surroundings. He couldn't see nearly as far as his other two gifted teammates, but that's fine. Tomo wasn't especially confident in his sight. Regardless, he was vigilant in his surveillance for interlopers.

Team Salihn(Draven, Neko, Jay):

Epsilon said as he continued to hop from roof top to the next. As they moved through the route that Epsilon was taking them, Harue would notice that there was much life forms down the route they were going. They would also notice that the state of the buildings in this area were a little more in disrepair than the rest of the city, this wasn't uncommon for large cities, nor were the stray dogs, and vermin that Harue would pick up as they continued towards their destination.

"I looked through the entirety of the history of the city stored in my data banks. And there is no clear answer. It's... quite up setting. The crystal you saw above only has enough power to power the portal area, the same will be true for the other area's as well. It would not be able to supply power to the whole city for this long. So there'd have to be, an enormous crystal, at least 5x the size of the one above to power the city for so long... and yet." As Epsilon said this it should be clear what he meant, there was no sign of such a huge crystal in the area. It would be the size of one of these building and radiating with power. And if it was anything like the one above the vibrations it produced would be able to shatter things at the atomic level for several 100 meters at least. And yet... there was nothing.

"I can't even scan the energy of such a power source. The most I've been able to gather is that, the Ruling Party found whatever powers this city, and they some how got it under control. It is the base of their rule. But no one has seen what it is, or know where it is. So cutting off power is not as simple as you'd like to believe it is. I suspect if it was that easy the Deviants would have do so already. 2 mins until we reach our destination." [/ul]


Team Su(Jyuuken):

[Draven]

"Very interesting..." Godric noted, the hairs on the back of his neck tingling. He could feel there mite be something nefarious behind what powers this city. "I am curious if they are using another method than a large crystal. Can your data show anything about kidnappings or missing people. Perhaps those who make the rules are above them. Houkou may be correct to be wary of those in power here..." He spoke as a slight theory was hanging in his mind. Another thought was boiling in his mind.

As they were continuing their course Godric wondered, "If they would be doing something unsavory... What if an outside group were to take the yolk of servitude off from the people. Would they not be herald as heros. Would be many benifits to this, including neutralizing a possible threat to Kusagakure..." he grinned. As in a way this is how he had subjegated Iwagakure. It was to everyones benefit, but then something struck him.

"The deviants... I bet their anger comes from somewhere. A ruling party raping it's people of resources. Or perhaps exploiting them to gain such power... Us surfacers know all too well, the well spring of a living soul. Inoryu perhaps should be given word to look out for such things as this." he spoke as he took a mental thought to keep an eye out for any Deviants. Some questioning mite pose answers. But finally he asked Epsilon, "What is behind the Deviants Ire?"

When Epsilon explains this new perspective, Harue grimaces. If it wasn't the crystal on the outside powering this place, then... She shudders, clicking her teeth when she makes the connection. Apparently, Godric had the same inkling of an idea as she did, and Harue nods somewhat begrudgingly in agreement with his first statement. She blinks as he continues on though, only half listening now as she focuses on a sudden change in the population, though it wasn't drastic enough to mention yet. Her attention is drawn back to the conversation when Godric begins speaking in a type of inflection she has a hard time understanding, making her wonder just how old this guy was. Yolk? Herald? Harue shoots a sideways glance to him as they continue their commune.

Wincing slightly at the wording Godric uses about the Ruling Party stealing resources from its people, Harue can't help but feel somehow... uncomfortable, suddenly. Was this party really enslaving its own people to power the city? It was the only explanation that made sense, now that the facts were all laid out in front of them. "Why else would they be snuffing out the strongest?" She says, partly to herself, looking around for any signatures identical to the portal they'd arrived from. She lets Godric's theory resonate in her own. "It could be a type of population control, too. These... non-deviants are all lacking in chakra, to a disturbing point." Would that mean that 'Deviants' grouping together was a bit risky? Targets are much easier to pick off in masses. Harue frowns slightly. They were approaching their destination fast, leaving them little time left to discuss. A large portion of her moral hoped that she and Godric were wrong.

Yikes. Nothing happened. Big yikes. They're running some more. A little dialogue occurred, but it was simply more speculation. Tomomi couldn't help but continue to feel more and more wary of Epsilon. In fact... wasn't it odd that nobody in their group appeared even slightly astonished by the inorganic fellow? Artificial Intelligence. What the hell is that? That's not something that exists on the surface. Tomo's skeptical gaze fell upon the robot, scanning it with his Byakugan thoroughly.

In fact, this whole situation seemed entirely unreal. Was it really that normal for an entire city of high-tech people to be on the other side of a portal? Suddenly Tomomi was overcome by the sudden urge to simply leave and pretend that none of this had even happened. Meeting Houkou and Inoryu, Epsilon, and the others was an experience that could have happened anywhere else and under different circumstances. Or not. Not's good too.

But regardless of that, the sooner they completed their mission, the sooner they could go home. So Tomo bitched inwardly rather than expressing his frustration and confusion. Soon they'd arrive at the first portal.

Houkou watched as the others prepared, greeted, and then made their way toward their separate destinations. He especially watched Epsilon, his eyes darkening with his mood as he saw it, the A.I. perfectly copying a shinobi technique, then reproducing it in only a fraction of a moment; a low growl escaped his lips. This creature could change his form like Su as well as copy techniques the same as himself, not to mention his ability to detect life forms seen earlier. Several bloodlines all wrapped in one package was far too dangerous for his tastes. Rolling his shoulders, he produced a certain something he pilfered from the museum area, opening the pack as he walked and lighting it with raw katon before he stepped out. A pack of cigarettes was just what he needed the most. The tobacco, much like his clothing, was exquisite and something he could certainly get used to.

Once out on the streets, the task was so simple, yet it would most assuredly not be easy. First he would need to find one of these checkpoints, those that were closer to the inner city as it was said, and wait for a little action to occur. Not to mention he would have to keep an ear out for Epsilon’s directions, as he would inform Houkou of where any Deviants were, should he detect them. Only one problem presented itself, the lack of a map, so he was resigned to take care of that little problem first. [Observation: 210 + (Roll)] His eyes would scan up and down the street for something that resembled a kiosk, shop, or vendor that could dispense a map for him; or even a place where he could get directions to such an item. Perhaps there would even be those You Are Here boards that he could memorize with his eyes, or record with his mask, but perhaps Epsilon could transfer one to him as well.

He stepped into a secluded alleyway. Skrrt! “Epsilon, are you able to upload from where you are? If so, I have a piece of tech with me that may be able to receive if you use Radio Frequency for it, assuming that is within your capabilities. If so, I need you to send me a map of the city.” Skrrt!! Allowing the radio to die out again, he would step back into the museum and double check for a map rack as well, or perhaps one at the counter for the shop. If there was no success with any of this, his last option was to find one of the patrols of the city and…ask…him a question or two. Houkou hoped it would not come to that however.

[Inoryu]

    Inoryu observed the patrol that became their target. He listened to Kay's report and appreciated her insight. "Total seven in the vehicle. Four of them with normal chakra levels for people in this area, and three must be Deviants," the Chunin thought. He wondered how they would approach this situation. There were five of them but seven in the vehicle, meaning two would be witnesses. How should they manage them? 

    The Chunin acknowledged his directive to follow Su, which he dutifully obeyed. When they reached the side of the building, Su leaned against the wall and ordered Inoryu to observe his team in action. The Yamanaka nodded and put his full attention on the vehicle. He remembered Su ordering the V8 Protocol; a privilege to observe the ANBU Black-ops in action. In true Inoryu fashion, the lesson should allow him to become more adaptable and cohesive with the unit. If it was out of his ability to adapt, at the very least he would know the V8 Protocol.

The conversation between Godric, Harue, and Epsilon, has been broadcastered over everyone's Communicators

Team Salihn(Draven, Neko, Jay):

After he had said this he stopped on current roof top. They were now standing above where the Portal was. As they made their way, Harue would notice that the life signs would have become more numerous.

"We're here..." Epsilon said as he turned towards Salihn. Salihn began to walk towards the front, and closed the channel saying, "We'll table this discussion for later. Harue tell me what you see inside." [/ul]

Team Su(Jyuuken):

Houkou:

[/font] It would not be hard for Houkou to spot the nearest virtual kiosk, it was no more than 10 meters from the door of the museum, and it was mostly used as an advertisement, for what was inside the Museum. The Virtual screen changed into a detailed mark of the city.

"I have taken the liberty of Highlighting the major streets. Check Points of more concentrated on them." Epsilons voice then faded out. There were still no signs of Deviant behavior just yet. [/ul][/font]

[Inoryu]

    Inoryu's focus adapted to listen in on the conversation while he observed the vehicle. He believed that Team Salihn were really onto something and wanted to find information on his end that could either confirm or deny the theory. Soon after, he watched as the vehicle skid to a stop and became engulfed in a soft light. Within seconds, he could hear the sounds of struggle and several shadowy figures then entered the vehicle. There was a brief moment of silence. 

    "So fast," was Inoryu's first impression of the team's maneuver, he was awed by the sheer level of control that they acquired in that extremely brief moment. After a short, adrenaline fueled heart-thumping moment of silence, Su's team informed him that they had control of the vehicle and were headed to the nearest alley. Inoryu would glance at Su with a surprised expression and Su would motion for him to follow to the vehicle. Inoryu's shock wasn't aroused by Su's team's modus operandi, but rather it was their level of expertise and the finesse they displayed while carrying out orders. As he made his way towards the vehicle, Inoryu would heed Su's caution to the best of his abilities. Upon arriving at the vehicle, he expected now was the time that they would steal the victim's clothes, belongings, and assume their role, but he remembered Su would decide how to proceed. He would observe any similarities between the victim's appearances to ascertain any sort of dress code. 

[Draven]

Proving the working condition of their portal would be a moot point. Godric thought how that conversation would go with the authority here. A simple demonstration of his teleportation ability and they would have to recognize that they were surface dwellers. But something tickled his mind.

To destroy the portals and then show the authority that they had unbridled travel to and from here, while they be stuck in this hole. Now that would be leverage, but indeed time to drop the matter as Godric seen their objective. Godic, the chibi version of Godric sat on Epsy's shoulder and whispered in his ear, "How do we destroy the portals?" the little thing questioned.

Though Godric was already eyeing the thing up looking to see if there was a simple means of cutting off the chakra. Though to be thuro one could simply destroy the structure all together. Many many ways of doing just that. But he let the others ponder on this. If he was needed, someone should ask...He stood by Epsilons side...

Just as Harue opens her mouth to tack something else on, she closes it upon hearing that their conversation had been broadcast across the channel to everyone. It was all just theories and assumptions, and momentarily she felt arbitrary. She frowns slightly, as Epsilon goes on and on about how everything they could do would always end in folly. There had to be some way for this to all end well for everyone. For them, at the very least. But she doesn't  particularly want to be the reason for an entire civilization's downfall. Just before Epsilon announces their arrival, Harue lets out a noise. "Careful..." 

When they all crowd around the edge of the last roof overlooking the useless portal, Harue looks up into the sky where the portal ends. If that was how this still worked. When Salihn approaches the front of their small crowd, Harue turns a bit to regard her. Being prompted to see into the portal, Harue feels a little under pressure. It's not like she could see through the portal and into where it previously led, or to some surveillance footage. Even though she was confused, Harue turned her attention back down to where the portal was, looking through it. Then she realized what Salihn meant.

"There are three men working on the portal on the far wall, under the command of one woman. There's at least eight guards..." Harue narrows her eyes, scanning the humanoids with objects. She had no idea what they were, but the amount of chakra they produced made her nervous. "Definitely apart of the Ruling Party. They have little chakra, but they're... wielding weaponized chakra." She looks to Epsilon, though her eyes are still plastered forward. She cross-examines his chakra energy with the weapons, and then sighs and bows her head slightly towards the synthetic human. "I think I know why your kind gets dismantled."

They'd finally arrived at one of the portals. Harue noted the individuals working on the portal, and those guarding them. Apparently they possessed chakra weapons and the assumption was that they could fight comparably to those on the surface with these weapons. Tomo would be surprised if any of these bastards were nearly as strong as Tomo or any of these other Kusa ninja. It didn't really matter though, they had a mission to do.

Tomomi carefully listened while Harue explained exactly what she saw. Unfortunately Tomo hadn't trained his vision to quite the extent of the others. He needed to depend on what they shared, and then participate as their orders were given. Eight plus guards, all with strange weapons.

Epsilon probably intended to share with them his optimal method for destroying the portal, and Salihn would order them accordingly. The guards were the biggest wildcard in this situation, because they weren't given any information on their exact capabilities. They could be on par with, or several times weaker than their party. So Tomo finally spoke up.

"Oi, how strong are these guys exactly?"

So that is his extent. Houkou would give the affirmative that he received the map, copying it with the picture taking ability of the Mask of the Demon Dog for later use, as well as memorizing it with the Sharingan Copy Eye. He would be able to navigate anywhere in the city at any time now for the next month without the need for directions. As such, he began his first move by taking the nearest main street headed downtown, sticking to the rooftops as well, much as the others had done, leaping from building to building with agility, heading toward the center of the city and the highest concentration of checkpoints. It was there that he would assimilate himself with the Deviants by simply saving them using Chakra. Once he had their trust, he could find a way to their leader. Houkou would keep a critical eye out for any checkpoints as he made his way as well, in case he could accomplish his task quicker than reaching the center of the city, as well as an eye out for any chakra being used with the Sharingan. [Observation: 210 + (Roll)]

[DJ Loki]

Houkou:

[/a] if need be. Their were about 10 meters high, and blocked the street, and walkways. It would be a simple thing for him to just run up the side of a building and make his way past. However, as he looked on at the guards, around the check points, he'd notice much of the same thing that Harue had noticed earlier. The weapons they had on hand, looked like assault rifles, but coursing through them was chakra, they appeared similar in some ways to Epsilon. He could not at the moment determine if it had AI capabilities at this moment, but there was certainly for to them than meets the eye.[/ul]

Team Su (Jyuuken):

Team Salihn(Draven, Neko, Jay):

[/font] Epsilon broadcast this over all the channels so that everyone would be aware of the potential danger.

He then turned his attention over towards Godric would asked how to destroy a portal. Epsilon shrugged saying, "I'd assume the same way you'd destroy anything else. Hit it hard enough with something, and it goes boom." Finally her turned to Tomo who asked how strong they were, Epsilon thought on this for a moment, "Without AAUs I'd assume the weakest among you would be exponentially stronger. However, with the AAUs and those weapons, it's hard to tell." Salihn who was taken this all in was just standing there with her arms folded. she finally asked, "If we simply destroy the portal, how long will it take them to remake another?"

"Hmmm, about a week." Epsilon responded. Salihn eyes narrowed as she thought as much. "Then we'd need to destroy not only the Portal... but all the data gathered during their repairs. If we do that, how much time does that buy us?" Epsilon blinked a few times, "That means they'd have to start from scratch, couple of years if the scientist down there have extraordinary memories. Even more, if their information retention is average. Though there is the possibility of off site back ups."

"Hmm... the best course to prevent that, and assure the maximum amount of time... is to kill everyone there..." Salihn thought on it for a moment. " No... kill the guards... leave the the scientist alive... we can use them as leverage if needed, and gather information from them. Epsilon you are capable of erasing their data. Do so, but save a copy, and give it to me. We are at a disadvantage in numbers here. The more cards we have the better." Salihn then looked towards the group and then said,

"Harue, give us the exact location of each Guard. We may not know their full offensive capabilities, but we do know Su's team took out a squad, so quick and precise assaults will be effective. Once Harue has given us their exact locations. Godric will take the lead, Epsilon, follow closely. Godric kill any guards in your way towards the Scientist. Render them unconscious and teleport them back to base. My team will extract any useful information from them. Me and Tomo will act as clean up. taking out any guards Godric may have missed, or are not in his path. Harue your job is the most important... keep us informed of any unusual movements while we are in action. The last thing we need is one of them calling for back up."

After she had given her orders she turned to face the building below where they where. She looked over at Harue, and then said, "After you've given us their positions, we'll make our move."[/ul] [/font]

[Inoryu]

    Inoryu observed the vehicle carefully and the passengers within. He remained calm despite the shouts of the victim. Though he was exceedingly nervous about his performance for this mission, he possessed incredible composure as was instilled in him since childhood. The shouts of the victim seemed to melt away into indifference as he turned to watch the area. He quickly assumed his position to secure the perimeter with the team and listened to the victim's and Su's exchange. For an instant he felt a sinking feeling as Su single him out from the others as a member of the Yamanaka clan yet on the outside he remained composed. "Yes, sir," he replied confidently.

    The Yamanaka approached the victim, secured by another member of the team and respectfully make a request, "Sir, with your permission, I would like to attempt a genjutsu to render him unconscious. The mind dive ninjutsu works faster when the subject does not resist." If he was granted permission, Inoryu would work a phantasm on the victim named curse of the putrid husk, where the subject would believe that his skin was rotting and falling away from him. Due to the trauma, the subject's mind would effectively lose consciousness [Will save: 32]. He would attempt the genjutsu twice if needed. If it was successful, he would weave the hand seal component necessary to activate the mind dive ninjutsu. With disciplined concentration, Inoryu would make contact with the subject's forehead and his palm to peer into the subject's mind. 

    If Su preferred the subject conscious or if his genjutsu was unsuccessful, Inoryu would inform the team on the matter, "I would need to keep physical contact with the subject in order for the ninjutsu to be successful, and it may take a moment to penetrate his mind if he is resisting. I would need at least 24 seconds or less," then he would proceed with the mind dive jutsu, placing his palm on the subject's forehead, closing his eyes to facilitate the concentration necessary for the jutsu.

    The moment before he initiated the ninjutsu, Inoryu had realized that Su had applied a psychological trick to intrigue the subject's thoughts with any information he would rather have kept hidden. The Yamanaka experienced the chills at his team captain's mental aptitude and was garnering much respect for the man. Su was knowledgeable with the Yamanaka clan jutsu and even had methods of making them more effective. Inoryu would remember this mental tactic for the rest of his life.
