Lilium walked through the village, her training was to notice things around the village. So as she walked she heard a noise. It definitely intrigued her. It was close too. It was the sound of a battle. Two ninja were training in the training field. She walked over and watched them for a moment, contemplating whether or not she was going to kill them. She easily identified the sound, thanks to the trivial matter that it was.
Observation Rank: "E" Skill: Sophisticated Skill Effect: User's senses allow the user to notice find details and alert the user to danger. Special: --- Drawback: --- Description: Relevant Abilities: Perception Skill. Die Rolls: 1 Die Roll. Check Requirement: Game Master/Described. This skill focuses certain powers of observation - sight, smell, hearing, and touch. A failed check indicates that the character is oblivious until the thing is pointed out to him. This skill is important for ferreting out advancing enemies or ambushes, generally real-time events and actions occurring, versus scrutiny, which covers static objects or areas. A Game Master may roll an Observation skill check for the Character any time there is an NPC, creature, event or happening that a character might notice, even if they did not specifically state that they are monitoring their surroundings. Characters are capable of noticing any event within their perception; this skill will typically be used as a competing check against another's attempt to avoid detection (stealth, etc). Continuing to walk around the village, paying attention to nothing in particular she smelled something awful. She didn’t know what it was at first, but it smelled like rotting flesh. She knew this smell very well thanks to all of the animals that she had killed. She follow the smell, again it wasn’t too far away. She made her way to a butcher shop. She went to the back alley and there was rotting flesh in the dumpster. She took another wiff and walked off.

As Lilium exited the alley, she noticed another smell. It was something that she wasn’t entirely used to, but something that definitely caught her attention. She walked away from the stench behind her and followed her nose. The smell was getting closer and closer. She turned the corner and saw a white mist like apparition coming from one of the stalls in the street. The smell seemed to be the smoke coming from the grill. She walked by and saw someone happily cooking.

As she watched the man cook, there was a couple in the shop that were talking. She tried to ignore them but couldn’t help overhear their conversation. They were talking about a kitten named mittens and how cute he was. She wanted to find mittens and carve out its organs. Then they started talking about the food they were to enjoy. It wasn’t a good conversation, but it was a conversation. She listened to them ramble on a bit more before another conversation caught her ear.

“Do you know that cat, Mittens?” One man asked another. “I’m going to feed it to these two. They’ll never know.” Lilium could hear this conversation all the way from the outside of the stand. She listened to both conversations. The couple talking about a cute cat they saw. The two deranged men that killed it and were serving in to the patrons. Mittens was a heavy topic here and she loved the idea of eating Mittens. She walked in and requested to also eat Mittens and was kicked out. “That bitch almost told them our plan!” She heard them say behind her back.

She was done listening to those four talk about Mittens. She went to walk away and something caught her attention from the corner of her eye. There was another cat walking by. She went to go stab the cat to cook for herself, when she saw another cat. There were cats all over the place. All she could think is how yummy they looked. She watched the cats for a while, her stomach grumbling from hunger. She needed to find some food, and find it quick.

She made her way to another nearby shop. She could hear the men in the back talking about needing to sell their meat today, and she was happy to oblige. One of them came out, took her order, and happily brought out her plate of meat. She took a smell and something was off. It didn’t look right either. This meet had gone rotten. She cut into it and saw that even the inside looked old and rotted out. She threatened the two men and left, still hungry.

She started walking through a back alley and something caught her eye. The wall looked weird in one spot. So she walked over to it and ran her fingers along it. It was different than the rest of the wall. She tapped on it, and it felt hollowed out, despite it appearing to be made of stone. She continued to examine it and found that there was a notch in it. She reached into the notch and pulled. She was happy to see that she found a random door just sitting there in the alleyway.

As she stared into the open door, she heard something. It sounded like taps. Tap. Tap. Tap. Whatever the sound was, it was getting further away from her. So slowly she followed it. At first, her footfalls blocked out the sound. This annoyed her, but she was still able to hear the other sounds. She soon realized that they were also footfalls. Only they were of a smaller animal that was walking. She effectively followed it until she found herself face to face with another cat. Her stomach gurgled some more.

She licked her lips, and as she did she could hear something else. People were whispering about her. One commented on how crazy she looked. Another whispered about how cute the kitty was. Another commented about how the girl looked like she was going to eat a cat, of course talking about Lilium. She listened to these whispers for a bit before walking off, not eating the baby kitten.

She started walking and the caught herself listening to another hushed conversation. Some man was talking to the woman telling her to follow him or die. She begged him to leave her alone in hushed whispers. He pleaded, as if in the right, for her to come with him. She started to cry, quietly, and he struck her. Lilium could even hear the slap. They started whispering again and the girl follow the man reluctantly. When they passed up Lilium, Lilium gave him a smile and said to have fun. This spooked him and he ran off.

Looking around at people, Lilium realized how messed up these people were. There was a really fat man walking, holding his tummy. His walk was actually unusual. It was as if he was in pain. The mans face looked focused and she realized that this fat man was holding in a big poop. He let out a tiny fart, which was almost silent. He kept going. Lilium could faintly smell the odor, which made her realize this man slightly crapped himself.

There was a new sound she heard. This was something she wasn’t all that familiar with. Her senses were heightened though. She could hear metal on metal and then something clicking. Looking around she tried to pinpoint the sound. Then she heart one louder click and then a squeak. Then she heard a slam as if someone had unlocked a door and then locked it back up. She then heard the clicking sound again as if someone locked the door back up.

Another sound came to her ear. It sounded like someone was putting tension on something. She listened more and could then hear the release as if they gave up on the tension. The tension sound was very specific. It was as if someone was pulling on a string. She walked around, listening to this tension build up and then release, over and over again. Finally she spotted someone shooting a bow and arrow multiple times.

Something was beneath her feet. The dirt beneath her feet rumbled slightly. It also sounded like dirt was shifting beneath her feet. She continued to listen and feel something moving beneath her. It was getting close and close based on the sound. It didn’t come out and her feet though. Instead it started moving another direction, as if walking beneath the earth. She followed it until she saw something pop out from the ground. It startled her, which meant its life was taken by her kunai as she killed the gofer. Finally she had food.

She grabbed the dead gofer by the tail and walked around the village with it. “Omg, do you see her!” Some teenage girl said. Her friend replied. “Like, ya, it is totes gross!” Lilium kept walking, hoping to find someone to help her cook her meal. More whispers from passerby’s about how some young girl was dragging around a gofer so that she can eat it later. Another commented on how she was covered in blood. A hushed whisper about how yummy that gofer looked was the last thing she heard before she turned into a doorway.

She asked the owner to cook this. He went into the back. “Someone get this girl out of my shop. This is just plain nasty.” He said. She didn’t care. She just stood there with her meal, waiting for him to help her. “She’s getting blood everywhere.” She also heard them say. “Just cook it and she will leave.” Lilium could hear whispers outside the door, and footfalls too. Someone was coming to this shop to eat. The owner rushed out and took her to the kitchen and made her food to eat. She wanted the gofer.

Having finally eaten her gofer, she went outside. She was still covered in blood. She heard the footfalls of everyone around her. She heard people whisper about how she was on her period because she was covered in blood. She followed some weird footfalls only to find a kitten. The kitten was fighting a rat. The kitten had some good moves but the rodent finished it off and snapped the kittens neck. One thing she definitely noticed in her observations is that this place was overrun by cats.

Post 1 of 9 to master Impeccable Will (already learned twice)
The wind roared and mist filled the streets. Lilium didn’t really pay much attention to what was happening, but before she knew it, everything went black. Her hands were tied behind her back and she was being carried. Based on the wind that was pushing against her, whoever was carrying her was moving fast. Most others would probably be afraid of this, but she found this pretty enjoyable.
Finally they came to a stop. She used her keen observation and could hear others breathing pretty heavily around her. She couldn’t sense much from her captors, but she knew there was at least eight other people in the room that were bound. “Is that the last one?” One of the captors asked another. “Yes it is, let’s begin interrogations.” The other responded. “Remove the clothes!” All of a sudden it was no longer pitch black.
Standing in front of her were at least eight members of the ANBU black ops. Each member donning a mask. Five of them wearing a wolf mask, three of them wearing a falcon mask. There were more behind her, based on their footfalls, at least three of them. But they were pretty quiet. “Welcome to interrogation,” a ninth member, also donning a wolf mask, said as he walked into the room. This was obviously a ploy to make them afraid, but a strong will wouldn’t be bothered.
