Objective: Stop the panty thief and retrieve the stolen undergarments
Description:
At the local women’s dorm a serial panty thief has appeared and at the stroke of midnight they come and raid the drawers of the sleeping girls. Some of the victims were girls of only twelve! This is a serious offense that needs urgent attention so the Tsuchikage has sent some of his shinobi to go and catch the thief before they're no panties left, or at least before the girls decide to take things into their own hands.

Tara went to the place where the thief had struck a few time before. She was ready to catch the man red handed. A perch that Tara found gave her a good view of the area nearest the window where the girls slept. She sat their squatting wide legged waiting for the thief to show up. Now she was unsure what condition if any that the client want the thief brought in. But it didn't really matter, she wasn't going to kill him or her unless she needed to.

But as far as Tara was concerned that person deserved what they got. Her pouches carried all the tools of her trade including a multi-tool, some flint, a penlight, a compass, binoculars, a walkie talkie, a gem of energy, two slots of senbon, and a flute. Hanging around her miniskirt like a belt was a chain which really was a set of manacles. Her lock pick kit was carefully sewn into her vest so she had a way to reach them in need. A couple more senbon from her stash was actually holding her hair up.

Her eyes briefly glowed red before settling back to it's normal state. Her fanged grin was hungry for the hunt and capture. She had her pack and pouch of clay ready just in case, even her head band was on for once over her forehead. Her tactical vest and miniskirt were not even moving as she settled as still as stone. The night was very dark indeed but there was enough light for her to see the shapes as they moved.

There was a scream in the girls dorm as the thief was caught red handed. Out the window the person dived to get away from the waking up mob of girls. The person was swift Tara gave. But Tara had an ace up her sleeve as the person ran into the town and down an alley. She spread her wings and followed from above. The person running was worried about the girls from the dorm and missed her completely.

The further away he got from the girls the better it was for her. She had a plan for ambushing this person. And She could now see it was indeed a guy. Well he was about to learn a lesson he would never forget. It would appear as the man entered a clearing with a tree in it, he thought he got away. With a coy grin She brought herself up on a updraft and made ready for her move.

Tara dove on silent black wings in an attack all her own. It wasn't the normal taijutsu or even a strong attack. But she used her whip like spade tail to her advantage as she did a fly by and turn over. Her whip like tail caught the main buy the throat and yanked him up and over making him crash into the ground hard. Giving Tara enough time to do a small little flip and land with her butt right into his face.

"What took you so long? I have been waiting for you. You find grown women are much better than being a panty thief. But I am much worse." Tara let out a low throaty chuckle as her bladder released right in his face. It kept him off balance enough for her to quickly use the manacles she had wrapped around her waist on his wrists. She ground herself against his face some more one so he couldn't breath well and two for her own pleasure.

Tara then as she was half sure that her surprise victim was subdued by her unorthodox methods shifted her weight down so she could wrap her tail around his throat. It wasn't a strong tail to actually hold things but it was enough to choke him if she needed to. But the surprised young mail was thoroughly confused and off balance by the change of his circumstances. Tara as small as she was though was taking no chances.

As she hauled him up and began to march him to the tower she used her abilities to drain him of his life force. She wasn't going to kill him, but she was going to feed and as well keep him weak to her. Her plan had worked. She was happy and even that old man in the tower would admit efficient this time.
