Basic info:
Personality
Loner
Not that he is antisocial or anything of the sorts, but he prefers his own space and privacy. Most of his time is spent in the wilderness meditating, hoping to find his true self. He believes for his body to match up to its limits he has to accelerate his mind and spirit to their limits, then when that's done, he would climb even higher exceeding all limits. Spending time by himself doesn't condemn him to keep his thoughts to himself though, when there's something he finds interesting or likes, he doesn't hesitate to voice out his opinion, nor does he hesitate to take what he sees of value to him.
Addict
At a young age of only 10, Tevy witnessed the darkest life changing event of his life, the fall of his family, friends and everyone he grew around. After the massacre of his clan, he was left to fend for himself in the streets as a homeless orphan. With nothing to eat and no house for shelter, he experimented on different types of drugs to try cope with the hardships of his situation and discovered that cannabis calms and helps him sleep through the night. Having smoked weed multiple times, he found that he could not cope well without it, he easily gets irritated, and lashes out if he goes a day without his marijuana dosage. He keeps joints/blunts/spliffs stashed somewhere in one of his pockets to maintain his daily dosage.
Power hungry
Having witnessed the people he love get slaughtered right before his very eyes while defenseless and helpless, he walks life with a vow to never be weak again. He knows he was only a kid when the attack on his clan occurred but if only he was strong enough he could have saved his family. He blames himself for letting his family die in the hands of those savage men. He knows beating himself over what happened in the past won't change anything, so he hopes to clear his conscience by avenging his fallen men, and the only way to do that is by first getting stronger. Since the day he got taken by an old master, his goal's been to master the art of using the sword. He spends so much time training you'd swear it was fun.
Intelligent
The ninja world is too complex for one man to comprehend, Tevy knows this very well that's why he isn't too prideful to take nor ask for advice. He isn't all for fighting alongside anyone but against a greater enemy, he would team up with others then stab them in the back when the bigger threat has been eliminated. Having been in many different combats with different opponents, he has learned not to take anybody lightly no matter how they look, and to never hesitate to end an enemy's life for hesitation has been the demise of many. To stay alive in this time where deadly ninjas roam free, it's essential to plan every move taken, Tevy knows this so he keeps his every move calculated.
Go getter
Once Tevy sets his sights on something, it becomes almost impossible to stop him from getting to it. Being from the streets, he would take any necessary measures to ensure he reaches his objective, even if it means having to cheat, lie and steal. Honour has done nothing more than lead many men to the grave, though he knows this he still tries to be as honourable as he can be but at the end of the day, if honour does not favour him he'll do the most dishonourable just to have the odds point out in his favour. Has no problems being told he is wrong but getting in his way is never a good idea unless you got dragonballs or something?
Like all other normal males he finds curves and a pair of good perky tits attractive, but does his best to hide it for in a world like this showing a little flash of emotion can be your downfall. He has heard stories of women being poisonous snakes but has never witnessed it first hand, still he is always cautious when around women whom he considered sexually appealing. He has had girlfriends but never stayed with that for that for cause he fears being attached and dependent on someone.
When Soul Split is used to make a doppelganger, for some unknown reason each of the two identical beings possess a different personality and perspective;
TEvy - He is cool calm, collected and will read into a situation first before taking action. Even though TEviO is a duplicate of himself, he sort of feels likes his bigger brother and always worries when he doesn't know his whereabouts as he know he is prone to trouble. Without his darker half, he's kind and gentle,and shows most of TEvin Murtaugh's good traits he deviates from Lawful Evil to Chaotic Good.
TEviO - He is the darker half of the duo, and is formed from the hatred and rage stored up deep inside the Kamyuja's heart, this half seems to always be in a foul mood and out for a fight. Cares only for himself, and will take whatever he wants regardless of who he harms. This half being made up from all of TEvin's bad qualities, it's alignment is Neutral Evil.
Appearance
Face
He has an oval shaped face with a noticeable X shaped sword scar on his left cheeck .Like the rest of his body, his face is tanned with no pimples. One kid once got his bitchass knocked the fuck out for criticising Tevy's skin complexion. As a result of the cannabis he consumes, the layer of his eye that is supposed to be white is often red. His lips were always dark, the smoke he inhales from time to time has worsened the darkness. Even in their darkest form, his small sized lips still make thotties drop to their knees. The centre on his face, his nose, is nothing out of the ordinary, it is neither big nor small. There's nothing special bout his ears, they're just your normal everyday ears.He has dark brown eyes that change colour when his chaos is activated.
Hairs
Hair causes sweat, and sweat results in an unpleasant odour, with this knowledge he keeps all the hair on his body shaved except for the one on his head. Being in the early stages of his adulthood, his body is still developing, his beard still forming but you wouldn't notice cause he shaves daily. He has straight black hair which is tied in a tight ponytail most of the time to prevent any unnecessary disturbance during battle. When let loose, the hair hangs 2 inches just above his waist. His Takigakure forehead protector used to rests on his forehead but that was in the past. He has disposed of the band of cloth which used to form his forehead protector, leaving only the metal plate which dangles on his chest hung to a silver chain wrapped around his neck.
Physique
Because of the Kamyuja genes flowing in his veins, he is rather mascular built. One would swear he works out hard, but in truth he need not require such to be as stern as he is. Like a lot of the people from the Kamyuja clan, he is tall, standing at 6'2". His athletic built body isn't just a false shadow that's meant to chase away enemies, it is accompanied by enormous strength and stamina that according to science no man should posses. Their awesome strength and unbelievable stamina has some people formulating theories that the Kamyuja are the next generation of super humans.
Scars
Having been through many rough nights and stormy days, his body is covered in scars that have a tendency of leaving people in shock; the first being the X shape on his left cheek. To him the scar serves as a reminder of the day his clan, along with his parents & little sister met its demise. Looking under his shirt, or whatever he uses to cover his body, a diagonal scar, moving from his left chest all the way down to just above his right hip is visible. Just above his bellybutton, an 8 inch scar resides. The young Kamyuja's body has been through harsh conditions that no ordinary body could survive. His back has been whipped and stabbed so many times, it's not possible to make out the shape nor figure out the pattern of the marks of torture lying there.
Attire
Despite not caring how other people perceive him, he keeps his body well maintained and dressed. Raised by a woman who was way too hygienic, Tevy does his best to look neat at all times . He isn't really into fashion nor latest trends but he has an undeniable sense of style. His outfits range from a variety of clothes, which he picks depending on the task at hand. Most of his wardrobe consists of combat gear as you would expect from a shinobi. Being a ninja, you can never be too sure about your safety. It is very unlikely to see him without his favourite toys, his swords. His swords not only serve as protection, two of them are the only belongings he inherited from his deceased parents, and serve as reminder and inspiration.
Tattoos
Inside each of the four triangles formed by the X shaped scar on his cheek now rested drawings of the four things he valued the most in life; inside the top triangle a heart shape shaded green was engraved (💚), inside the triangle on the left he had a drawing of his favour flower - marijuana flower with five leaves (🍁) it was shaded purple like his favourite strain, inside the bottom triangle the drawing of a musical note shaded black, and inside the left triangle he had a drawing of the fruit which many regarded as booty (🍑) this one was shaded with peach colour.
Background
TEvin Kamyuja was born on a stormy night to a single mother who had just taken refuge in a foreign land with the little remaining of her tribe. The labour was very long and painful, but when Zefa held the life she had brought into the world in her arms she was a overwhelmed by a deep feeling of love. He had a big sister named Vivi who adored and watched over him since the moment of his existence. Tevin's father sacrificed his life to get his pregnant wife and daughter to safety four months prior to his birth. He was born big and healthy as you would expect from a Kamyuja. As a child he was always energetic and less affected by diseases. His birth sparked light in Zefa's life, freeing her from the grief caused by her husband's death.
The Kamyuja family were financially struggling but Zefa made sure to put bread on the table every night for her two kids. She wished for her two kids grow into great people who would change the world for the better through nonviolence. Being a former shinobi, she had seen the outcomes of war and violence, and didn't want her kids to experience what she had experienced. Vivi was always by Tevin's side and would babysit when their mother was out hustling. She cherished every second with her little brother, and read him bedtime stories every night. Being a foreigner from another land Vivi had no friends in Takigakure and felt lonely a lot, but after her brother was born she felt a strong bond that washed away all the emptiness in her heart.
Even though they were poor they lived a happy life. Vivi taught TEvy (As she would call him) how to read and write, and also some of his clan's history and techniques. She had only been ten when they moved to Waterfall but she had knowledge that far exceeded her age and wanted to pass it down to her beloved brother. TEvin was seven when his world turned upsidedown; He was training with his sister in their background when they heard a mob of people howling words of hatred. The gang of unruly villagers marched through the streets, where the Kamyuja refugees had been allowed to settle, killing everyone they came across, be it man, woman even kids. Vivi grabbed TEvy and tried to make a run for it but the mob had already invaded their field. They came out from all sides carrying weapons and bashed down the two Kamyuja children.
After they finished off the last Kamyuja, the mob dispersed and went back to their daily business. An hour after the mob had gone, Tevin's eyes flipped open as he feld the heavy mass of his sister lying on top him dead. Recalling what happened he pushed her sister off gently, got up, tried to wake her and when he realised there was nothing he could do he took his mother and sister's bodies and cremated them. He walked away from his former home in tears and sorrow with nothing but the sword his sister had got him as a present for his seventh birthday. With no family nor relatives, he moved to the inner skirts of the village near the markets where he survived by pickpocketing and doing odd jobs as a street kid.
To cope with the stress of living alone in the streets he experimented on a lot of drugs and fell victim to the goodness of marijuana and automatically became an addict. After three years of being a street orphan, he entered the academy and became a genin. His main objective for becoming a ninja was so he could get stronger and avenge his clan. After his clan's extermination he felt a deep resentment towards the village but the experience he had serving as a ninja restored a little of the love he used to have for the village. He saved money received from doing missions and got himself a house. Despite the anger and hatred boiling deep in his heart, he always seems cool, calm and carefree. He is all alone in the world and at age Twenty One he is still trying to decide what he wants in life besides revenge. He is known to people as TEvin Murtaugh, keeps his Kamyujaness a secret.
He started rapping at eight, and used it as a way to express himself since he did not have anybody to talk to. He is good with the rhymes and is always seen with a notepad which he stores notes on when inspiration strikes. He always keeps his notepad with him unless on a really serious mission. During his teens he found an old stereo with a bunch of Nas tapes. He idolised Nasty the moment he heard his favourite song on Stillmatic. Besides from being the strongest ninja he dreams of touring the world as a rapper and meeting his idol, and if possible even do a song with him.
