Characters are capable of noticing any event within their perception. Observation reveals only facts, not motivation. If user has 25 or more Ranks in Evidence Analysis user gains a Synergy Bonus +10 to Observation. Each time learned user gets 1 die roll to increase the skill.

Immediately after exiting the tower, he headed straight to the wilderness to get on with his mission. The mission sounded simple, and in a way he saw it as hitting two birds with one stone. With the perfect skill in mind, he felt ready to commence his task. Before getting practical, he had to first break down and understand the theory behind his chosen skill. In his knowledge everyone has the power to use their five senses to observe and gain information. "Okay... I have two eyes to see, two hands to feel, two ears to hear, one nose to breath and one tongue to taste. All I gotta do is improve the way I use these sense." he spoke to himself. "I gotta listen with more than just my ears, see with more than just my eyes and feel with more than just a touch."
He sat on the green grass with his legs loosely crossed and both feet resting on the opposite thigh. He placed his right hand on top of his left with his thumbs very lightly touching, resting them on his lap at his navel. He closed his eyes and focused on the sound around him. He felt the wind blow on his face, and heard the sound the leaves made as they were swept away by the wind. He concentrated harder, using his ears to try and pick up other nearby noises. It didn't take long before he picked up the sounds of an unknown source taking footsteps. Paying attention to details, he could tell the sound was being emitted by an animal walking on four legs. The moment he opened his eyes and turned to get a view of the quadruple, it ran away fearing for its life, not allowing him to see it.
He rushed over to where the creature had been previously to check for footprints or anything that could assist in tracking it down. His assumptions of the creature being a quadruple were proven correct, as did another problem arise. He discovered footmarks belonging not only to one but two quadruple beings. Even though both marks were left by fourlegged creatures their sizes differed. Scrutinizing the scene he uncovered that they were moving in different directions. In order to capture his animal, he had to first choose the correct prints to follow. He knelt down, used his hands to feel the first prints, heading east, the marks left on the soil felt hard and that told him they were old. He went on to analyse the second prints, the results were different from the first. "These second prints are still soft, so I should go west." He followed the footmarks, heading west hoping to catch up with the animal.
He walked a few minutes on soil following the track until it disappeared when the landscape changed from soil to grass. He knew without any footmarks catching the creature would be almost impossible but wasn't ready to give up yet. He examined the greenery before him. Seeing some parts of the grass bent and broken gave him hope for he had found a track to follow. As he continued his search following the bent and broken part of the grass, his ears started picking up a sound that he was certain he is familiar with. Listening carefully, his ears told him the burble he was hearing was of a riverstream not far from his current location. The footprints he had been following seemed to be heading in the direction the sound of waterflow was coming from. He made his way, following both the marks on the grass and the sound of water to discover a deer taking a sip from a brook.
